This is a terrific shop!! Kevin and Rosetta are both so kind and helpful. I have had jewelry repaired here numerous times. Kevin helped me design a silver feathers pendant which I love. I have also sold gold here. They always gave me an honest and fair evaluation of my items. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I havent even mentioned they have an outstanding selection of jewelry and antiques.

Quick & Easy!! I tried to replace my watch battery but couldnt attach the back. As a last ditch effort I brought it to Golden Rule. They attached the back while I waited... and it was FREE!! They refused to charge me. The Golden Rule in action! I will definitely be returning.

I got a bracelet from my son for Christmas it needed to be sized I stopped in here to ask how much they would charge. They were so friendly he said no charge I offered to pay he said no need. I looked around while he did the sizing they have a lot of cool stuff to check out. Ill be doing business there in the future for sure.

I received a new watch for my birthday and needed to get the band sized. I went to a mall jewelry store and Walmart with no luck. The mall jewelry store wanted $20 to size my band. Walmart couldnt do it because it was a Seiko. I stopped in at Golden Rule and the jeweler sized it in a couple minutes at no charge, no problem. Wonderful people. Im very pleased. You can walk into any business and get a smile or a friendly greeting from a staff member or an owner of that particular business. Thats business. they want to make a sale. recently I found myself in a situation that Im sure a lot of people find themselves in. I lost my mother and was left withboxes upon boxes,and sheds of her collecting this and that, from her parents, and her grandparents.I didnt know an antique from a common piece of garage sale stuff. What I do know now is that I had to liquidate some things. start to clean out sheds and rooms of her house, but I didnt know what was valuable and what wasnt but then I went to Golden rule They helped with information, and items they dont deal with every day. They are Honest, fair, knowledgeable,, and above all else a place Id recommend to anyone. I knew honesty when they ran out of the store to give us more money because of a minor mis calculation.

I was recommended to Golden Rule. The prongs on my ring were bent. I was nervous having someone else work on my custom ring. Kevin said he could do it while I wait. It took no more than 10 minutes and he polished it also. He cared for my ring and treated me so kindly.I highly recommend Golden Rule, the 2 ladies in the shop were very nice too. They saw to my needs and were helpful.
I have been to the Golden Rule twice. The first time I needed something repaired and I must say, these folks went above and beyond! After working on my item for over an hour, in the end, it could not be repaired. The effort that was put forth was amazing. They also give fair and honest appraisals. This place has awesome antiques and the people are wonderful! Ive had several pieces of jewelry repaired, purchased a nice necklace and my girls have had the best offers when they sold some of their jewelry.
Rosetta and Kevin are amazing and so wonderfully nice! I needed a new chain for my mother’s heart pendant. They not only found me the perfect chain, but they cleaned the pendent and my ring for free. They look better than when I got them!!! They were able to trade my existing chain for the one they found for me even though my chain was more expensive! Very honest people! Please go see them!

Wonderful service! Kevin appraised some jewelry for an estate I am managing. The cost to have the appraisal done was hundreds of dollars less than an estimate I received from another jeweler, mostly because Kevin was able to quickly discern what pieces actually needed to be appraised and what pieces did not. He helped make a rather daunting task easier, even allowing me to mail him some of the jewelry to his store in Arizona since I had moved to Georgia before I was able to make the sale; and he, in turn, mailed a check back to me. A very trustworthy business.

About 6 months ago I smashed my hand pretty bad between the kitchen counter top and our movable dishwasher. In turn, my beautiful diamond engagement ring was banged up pretty bad. I stopped wearing it for fear of losing the diamond. I started wearing a beautiful sapphire ring I had in the meantime. I really liked the look of the band of the sapphire ring with my wedding band, so this past week I went and saw Kevin at Golden Rule and explained what my vision was. He made one beautiful ring out of both my diamond and sapphire rings. I picked up the finished product today. I am beyond ecstatically happy with it. ❤💍 I will be back for future service, and will tell everyone I know of this superb business! Thank you so very much!!

Great people, great experience. I went to USA pawn to sell a few Silver Eagles. They, without a hint of remorse, offered me $5 per oz. of silver(Spot was 16.94). There were US Silver Eagle coins, not scrap silver, not rounds.Needless to say I left. Went to Golden Rule and wow what a difference ! Great, friendly and paying spot.DO NOT go anywhere else if you have an item you need to sell.
I visited today and the customer service was great, they are very attentive. Upstairs they have very nice antique furniture, artwork, lamps and knickknacks and downstairs they have the jewelry. Worth a visit if you are into any of these types of items.

There was one man there when I went so you may have to be patient if there are other customers here but he was very kind and the value is great! Sold some gold jewelry as scrap and my expectations were met.
