Home Depot is like a used car salesman. They installed my windows at home and they promised a service to go with it. Do you know why they promise a service because they never deliver. They always have excuses. So far it is taking more than three months to replace a handle on a window. Not done yet. So don’t fall for their false promises. They’re like used car salesman they sing a great song but once you sign it’s all over. All you get is sorry you have to wait. They depend on you giving up at the end. That’s not in the contract. Lying and deceiving people at a very skilled level. It’s unfortunate that Home Depot presents such a false view about what they promise. This is not a company to be trusted. They show that and they don’t even care. They don’t follow up and they don’t even tell you that they are trying. You paid. Done. On to the next victim. Don’t let that be you. I am a customer. I fell for their trap. Be careful. Do ur homework. These people are unprofessional, disregard the customer expectation and they do it flagrantly, sad that American companies nowadays don’t honor the flag they fly on their stores.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and great customer service! Especially appreciated the help from John in Door Installation, the Locksmith, and the contractor Danny. John has been a big help from the initial door and lock assembly combo selection process to any required follow ups and questions. He is always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous. The Locksmith was also professional and courteous and quickly matched up all the keys. Danny arrived early to do the measurements for new security doors and locks and was professional, friendly and thorough. So far every experience with this Home Depot has been top notch! Look forward to the installation!

It was okay it looks to me to be a lot like Lowes just another big box store out in the desert with employees that are probably not treated that great but they have to pay rent and buy food. What can you say about a big corporate store well its there you can buy stuff that take your money and theyll probably let you return it if you dont like it just like Walmart Target Kentucky fried Chicken McDonalds Wendys Burger King Midas jiffy lube theyre all the same just keeping the system going and keeping life in personal but at least its less expensive though the quality well who knows

I cant stand this store and will only shop there if I have absolutely no choice. Its arranged poorly. Most of the people working there are unfamiliar with products and their location so they pretend to call someone to come help you leaving them a way out or they just point you in the wrong direction and then they disappear.

Three out of five stars.I only go to Home Depot if Lowes is out of a product.Its like a ghost town in the morning. Many areas, such as plumbing, could be structured to make it easier to find an item.They need to train newer staff better. If you ask where you can find an item they often either point you in the wrong direction, say its not their department or make a call to someone who is supposed to come help you and then they take off, meanwhile you are waiting for no one to show up.

Awesome! From the 6 am, phone call, to my arrival 2 hours later! The courtesy was royal! My freezer was a sudden disaster that brought me in from 51 miles away! The help in appliances was very knowledgeable and kind. Taking her time to explain options! One good experience lead to another, all over that store! From kitchen remodeling to paint. Shopping there was not adding to my stress! It was a fabulous adventure! I was very pleased with the fast service and check out and loading also! The cashier fellow was extremely helpful! If I didnt live so far away, I would be there more often! Excellent!

Ordered for curbside pickup only couldnt get it curbside until AFTER 9 AM. Then had to wait almost 20 minutes for the ONE and only clerk to help me. The military discount is ONLY if you purchase IN STORE. Forget it if you purchase on line.

Good selection, though it seems ge light bulbs are no longer carried. Just an observation....Need more associates at the checkout. I watched a woman wait for about five minutes while the check out station said something like waiting for associate so she could finish.Like every other institution I assume they are having problems finding workers when unemployment pays so well.....

When we left the house we were thinking of either a air conditioner or a swamp cooler we wanted something that would help keep our home cooler (and not having to use our A.C.)have a 1660 square foot home with a Arizona room which is a 20x12sq.ft. and this room gets very hot because its on the west side of the house there was a young man by the name of Christopher that was taking care of the air conditioning department, my husband is a type of person that asked many questions before he makes up his mind and this young man Christopher went above and beyond to take care of us especially my husbands questions and needs. Then when we went to pay for our items we had a young lady at this register very nice but very talkative and very confusing which confused my husband and was upsetting my husband but no matter we bought the items that we wanted and also I asked three of the registerers to please have someone help my husband with this large item that we bought was a bit heavy but no one came out to help him.TI was not very pleased with no help and we left but my husband and I were very very content with the young man Christopher you may have a many employees by the name Christophers in your departments but this young man had long black hair and glasses and slender this way it makes it a lot easier to express who Im talking about. We will of course come back to shop at home Depot because we do like Home Depot. And also I like to express that Christopher was very knowledgeable which helped a lot.

The staff at this Home Depot and many others I have been to, are lazy and useless. They never want to help customers or no anything about the products, or their locations in the store they work at. I will never buy another product from them again. It’s all about Lowe’s for me. Good by HomeDepot unless you replace your workers with computers and robots.

Home Depot yesterday. Went to buy a trailer price listed was 1948.00. Went to customer service, got a employee, picked the trailer, man told me I was luckily the larger and smaller trailers price increased. Went to pay the receipt listed the trailer as 2400 plus. I said that’s not right the price listed on the trailers on the line was 1948. After much haggling I asked to speak to her supervisor, she made a call and gave me the 1948. Price. I still had a problem in that she would not give me a military discount. (31yrs of service) said I could not receive two discounts,. I could have 1 or the other. My point was that the price stated on the trailer was 1948, was not a discount. It was Home Depot’s fault that they didn’t have the new price listed and thus 1948 was the correct price. I didn’t get the military discount. One o the draws for me shopping at Home Depot is the military discount. What’s up?

Still one of my favorite stores of all time. During a time of crisis when my generator failed, I went online and found a great one at a price too good to be true. And you know what they say about something too good to be true! But this time it actually was true, and after verifying the price at several competitors was up to $100 more, I promptly ordered the generator and it arrived in very short order. Upon pickup, the service was exceptional from beginning to end, and because of a physical disability they even loaded for me into the bed of my pickup. I couldnt have been happier with my purchase and I highly recommend Home Depot to everyone.

They have what I need, and its in stock. For me thats important as its about 120 miles round trip for me. Associates are pretty knowledgeable and willing to assist. They can get pretty busy though, especially around noon. I use a lot of Ryobi tools and they are the only local place that sells them.

There is new life at Home Depot, Purchased over 800.00 in paint and supplies today. Annie at the pro desk was on her ( A ) game today. really helpful this morning. Scanned a cart load of materials, and about what seemed like 10 seconds we were on the way out of the store. She came right up to us and asked if we were ready to check out. Great job, seems that things are getting a lot better at HD.

I was in the Sierra Vista location today and was very impressed with Wendy. She was so pleasant even though the area was chaotic. I have had experiences with other associates that were very unpleasant, examples - Yolanda ignored us as we stood in line for some time only to be told that we could not check out in the Service Department. I can understand if they were busy but they were not, I was last in line. Today Wendy was happy to accommodate this old couple. Its nice to see someone thats dedicatedto customer service. My wife and I appreciate her kindness and knowledge! Thank you Wendy!

Ive been disappointed by their stock. Last night it was a large pipe wrench and a D handled spade. Both out of stock. The place is clean and the staff is nice enough. Lots of self check out, usually only one lane with a cashier.

We recently had carpet installed in our home and I want to really thank Home Depot Flooring Specialist Heidi Johnson in Sierra Vista who was so great to work with and who was very knowledgeable, and very patient and nice with all of our questions throughout the whole process. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and happy with the new carpet. I am impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship of the installation. It was a smooth process from start to finish and the end result is a great value for the price. Thank you Heidi and Home Depot!

Quite the place for those who need to get that supply or tool for the job to be done. And even if they havent what is needed it can often be ordered. Yes, as a handyman myself, I truly think The Home Depot is one of the best to shop at. They have good help and you dont have to hunt them down. I will admit that they dont always have everything you need, but when it is just one thing you can always check some small store. But I do enjoy even window shopping, not just for windows, at the Depot.

A word to the wise. Don’t ever consider home depot window installs. Talk to others who have had this done. False promises. Deceiving customers. When you speak with their corporate they simply say there is nothing they can do. Do your home work. Don’t just take my word. Ask them if you can to other customers. See their answer. Home Depot lied an deceived me promising they warranty my windows. Now repair time and for 3 months no response and no repair. Such liars. So much for customer service

I can not tell you how helpful the sales associates were. They double and triple checked on 2 items I was looking for. Neither item was in stock but they handed me off to the help desk. My experience was not a five at all. Isaac, the assistant manager resurrected it. After waiting for 3 weeks for a grill that we were told would be on the next truck multiple times we were finally informed it was ready for pickup. I sat in the curbside space for about 5 minutes (not long at all). Then a team member came out and tried to hand me a paper that stated we had been refunded. He said he didnt know much about it, but that the grill was deleted and it was never coming in. I went inside, very dissatisfied with that answer and the terrible communication and low level of customer service. When no one else attempted to resolve the issue Isaac stepped in. I told him I wanted options and not just a blanket refund that I had not asked for or been informed about. Instead of pushing the unwanted refund on me, he did the only thing I wanted: He went and found the grill that had actually come in and was brand new in the box high on a shelf. Its a big store, but someone else should have done more looking and finding before it got to the point of refund. Another team member got it down, Isaac discounted the price for my trouble and offered to help me load it, while apologizing for the mishap, the bad communication and the time wasted. The 5 is definitely warranted. By Isaac. I didnt ask for a discount. I was not rude. But Im firm in my belief that good customer service isnt quickly dismissing a customers problem and attempting to cut ties. Its finding the solution that reasonably satisfies the aggrieved. In this case it was rather simple. Isaac did what it takes to take care of a customer.

My project was completed three months late and everyone was very unprofessional and condescending towards us. The first person we spoke to (Oct) about our door had us schedule an appointment to finalize our purchase and then didn’t even show up to the appointment. The “manager” finalized our purchase (Nov) and made changes to the size of the door saying the other guy was incompetent leading to the wrong size door being ordered, adding another 2 months to our wait. The “manager” also did not honor the quote we were told for the installation, saying that the people who quoted us “didn’t know what they were doing and needed more training.” The “manager” basically strong armed us into having the door delivered instead of picking it up - he actually looked us up and down and said “I think you need it delivered” as if we were incapable of getting it ourselves. He assured me the door could be delivered when the installer was there so it could be done all at once, which I was informed months later was a lie. Right before the door was to arrive, I got a call saying the delivery was delayed by about a week or two - a month went by and it never came. I called to see where it was and was told it was still delayed another week. I finally was able to set an appointment with the installer to come - he had to reschedule because the day he was supposed to come was the same day the door was supposed to arrive (which was what I was told would happen) but the installer said they couldn’t come until AFTER the door arrived. The door finally arrives mid January and the installer has to reschedule again because it was snowing. The delivery guy was complaining that they left the door in the A frame and he wasn’t allowed a companion delivery guy so he had to leave the door outside. I was messaged that he would do deliver to the first room of the house but he refused. I barely got him (with the help of my boyfriend) to deliver the door into the garage. The installer finally comes the next week, removes the door frame and the door - surprise, the door we received was the wrong size. He calls to have the right size reordered and I’m told it’ll be February 5th when the old door will be picked up with no eta for the correct door arriving. The installer puts the door back on but the frame is now missing and there’s a half inch gap between the door and the house, all the way around the door. There was already a gap between the two doors and now there was even more. I get a message from the store saying my new door is ready to be picked up - what?? We paid to get it shipped so we called the number and asked the “manager” (who was different from the other “manager” we spoke to) to request the delivery fee be refunded or for them to ship the door. She tells me they don’t refund those fees so the earliest delivery date is Feb 22. We tell her this is ridiculous and we’ve been waiting months already and it was the other “manager” who changed the door size and the store is like 2 miles away - why is the next delivery a month away? She calls back and tells us they’ll come the 18th - best they can do. The guy who comes to pick up the wrong door on the 5th calls us and says “Hi I’m on my way to pick up your merchandise.” I asked him what he was coming for as we had multiple pieces to the door including the assembly pieces, etc. He says he doesn’t know what he’s picking up, and that we should know. I explain to him the door is in the A frame and my boyfriend could help but he said he would figure it out when he arrived. He gets TO OUR HOUSE then calls me and says “I’m here but I’m not gonna get the door. I’ll just come back Monday with a second guy to help me.” Monday comes, no one comes for the door. I called the store, and I’m told the door will be picked up when the new one arrives. The installer calls a week later and says the earliest they can come is March 10. The installer made a mess of my foyer, said the security door is crooked because the house which made the deadbolt holes uneven, requiring two people to lock it. $3000 wasted. I 100% do not recommend

Josh, our checkout guy was terrific. Humorous, happy, and did a very fast job while maintaining a personal touch.The two guys that loaded my lumber and cement were much chagrined by the work they had to do(but did do), for yhis 72 year old man that APPEARS to be quire healthy.Reality, 3 heart atracks, stroke, diabetes, 6 stents etc.Believe me, I felt terrible not being able to jump in and help.Overall, I LOVE Home Depot. Blows Lowes out of the saddle with total performance and help.Thx for the opportunity to comment. One last thing...DUMP THE MASKS, THRY ARE USELES, and I refuse to wear them, in spite of my health concerns. Heard immunity does it, not masks. Come on, we all know that by now.

This store continues to be slightly understaffed, which is understandable in the current climate. Of those people I know who either work here or have worked here, they are rarely fully invested in the job, rather seeing it as couple of levels above unemployment. I hope the end of the Covid-19 situation brings back some improvement in these areas. We need and want this store in our community!

A big F for customer service. The employee at the service desk on 06/10/20 around 2:10 pm., refused to ring up a purchase, stating she could only receive returns. I has the only person in line. I will let all my contacts know how lazy she was. You need checkouts in the middle of the store if that is your company policy. Lowes rings up purchases at their service counter. Will not be returning to your store in Sierra Vista. Not the only game in town
