He is very patient. He waited until I found the perfect bike for me it took 4 months for me to realize what bike I wanted and he never rushed me at all. I used to be able to fix EVERYTHING on my motorcycles thru the 30+ years Ive rode and owned a bike.Then there is old age and chemotherapy for stage III throat cancer.I TOTALLY WON THE BATTLE but it took alot of my knowledge away about programming, networking, mechanics and much more.The service staff at Cochise Motorsports is by far the best in Cochise County if not the whole state. On a 4,000 mile ride I threw a wheel weight on my Victory magnum. I happened to spot them while riding and even though it was closing time they fixed me up and sent me on my way. So generous. If I lived closer ide buy my next bike from you.

I recently purchased a razor 1000. From cliff and Lindsey at Cochise motorsports. Awsome people so helpful and made my purchase fast and easy. Been in for service on my razor there staff from parts,,,to service is second to none.

I wanted a set of tires mounted and balanced (not mounted on the bike) and true to their word, and the only reason for 2 stars, the job was done the following business day. However, when I brought my wheels home and checked the balance with my balance stand, I found that not only were they NOT balanced, they didn’t bother taking any of the old weights off. There just seemed to be way too many on the front tire that was off balance by 15g. The rear tire was a very different story. Of course it wasn’t balanced and the original weights were STILL on the wheel including an aftermarket weight I put on after losing one. I removed ALL the weights and balanced them myself. The 45g that was put on the front were barely stuck to the wheel and popped off easily with just my finger while the rest had to be pried off with a screwdriver. I will never return to this place for any reason and would not trust them for any services to my bike.

If I could leave no stars it would be better. Took our rhino in to get fixed. Excuses and ordering problems, 4 months later we get it back. Missing hubcap and broken tailgate included. After arguing with them they agreed to replace the tailgate they broke. They ordered the tailgate and had a recall on doors that were never installed. 2 months later. Scheduled us for a month after that. Dont have a trailer, so went in to get the parts today. Was called a Liar to my face by Victor the service man and was told that they have to install everything. Long story, Do not trust these people or their service dept.

I love this place! Everytime I have been up there the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a few different bikes and have had them all serviced here with no issues and most recently purchased a new RZR1000. The price was outstanding and the process was almost too easy. Once again Cochise Motor Sports comes through. The team in service department is outstanding!!! My girl lost electrical power 30 miles out. My roadside assistance said it would take 3 hours to get me. Called Bobby in service department he had David out with a trailer to pick her up within 1 hour!!!!###. His team (Bobby) got my girl running that day!!!!!!!!####. Simple fix. Topper on the whole ordeal. NO CHARGE FOR PICK UP.!!!!!!!!! Who does that??? Cochise Motor Sports. Let me share my experience so someone in my situation buying from a different state knows what they are getting into. I am looking for a Yamaha FJR1300es and went on the yamaha motorsports page and found that they have the bike I am looking for. Its still on Yamahas website as I write this. I called and talked to Brian and up front explained to him I found a reputable company that will ship and Brian said they are a good one and he has heard of them. I told him I live in Florida and would like to have the bike shipped and I would be paying their preferred method of cash. I also made it clear to him I was having a delay getting the total funds transferred to my bank from my financial institution and it would be a month at the latest and worse case scenario I could have the deposit by the third when I get paid, but it should work out sooner. Brian was ok enough with everything to tell me to talk to them about shipping and to call and get a quote and he would get in touch with me tomorrow. He sure sounded like he would have taken a deposit right there. I spent the day getting the shipping quote and working out details to get it set up, got insurance, and was able to get the down payment. After this I called Brian the next afternoon and he said he found out that morning someone was already making a deal on the bike. He said I will be the first to know if something happens. I was kind of in shock, but called him back and explained how messed up it was that he found out in the morning and wouldnt even call me to let me know. He knew I was going to be working on getting the deposit and shipping set up, but obviously customers time isnt very important to him. He didnt offer to help me in any way or even apologize. Just a snarky you will be the first to know if something happens. Speculation would tell me he talked to his sales buddies and they talked him out of it. The chances of a brand new 2019 that has been sitting for how long happens to have two offers at almost the same time is possible, but unlikely. I understand if you dont want to work with someone out of town because they wont bring their bike there for service, but please let me know up front.I thought this would work out great for both of us. I didnt even haggle on the price Brian quoted for the bike. This would be a new experience for me buying a bike out of state and it seemed him as well so I understand if unexpected fees came up and wouldnt leave a bad review because it wasnt exactly the price he quoted. I was going to have a backrest, upgraded windshield, and oil and brake change supplies for a while to the order so I had some wiggle room. It would have looked good on his resume having a 5 star review completing a sale from someone out of town. I definitely am looking for that in reviews now. Instead, here is your one star because you couldnt make a call. If most of my day is wasted, I will waste the rest, writing this review. It sucks if Brian wasnt at fault for the listing still being up and employees not communicating deals they are working on with each other. I would have given him the benefit of the doubt if he would have worked with me or at least apologized. All I ask is for a salesman to be upfront and not waste my time.

The parts salesman gave me the incorrect part and I returned said part but the man rudely suggested that I needed to learn better English and that it was my fault. Avoid this place at all cost. Bought 2 motorcycles in the last 2 months, the staff are awesome always willing to help. Plus awesome deals. Cant go wrong with them. Even able to get Yamaha outboard parts, for the same price as on line.

Although my trip did not result in a purchase, I was able to talk to the owner and see his collection of motorcycles. I can see the passion and love of the motor sports with the collection of retro, muscle, and unique motorcycles in the shop alone. Seeing the collection in store definitely grounded further my love of motorcycles.

Amazing experience, and best price around. We live in Tucson. Worked with Doc. He’s been straight forward and about everything including price from day 1. No fluff or run-around like other dealerships. Very honest company. Price was also thousands less than the big dealership in Tucson. Totally worth the drive. He took our info over the phone and when we got to the dealership, everything was ready to roll. The whole signing process including financing paperwork took maybe 15 min.

If you are into bikes this is a great place to visit. The showroom is large, beautiful, well-lit, with a lot of stock to choose from. The people who work there are extremely knowledgeable in their product, they are friendly and welcoming, just a fun place to go. I do not ride bikes, but that doesnt stop me from looking and admiring.

My first experience was in sales with Darrell, he made selling me the ATV I wanted quick and painless and was a huge help! There was an issue with the Jets on the used 4 wheeler and when I called I got a call back directly from Cliff (the owner) you could tell he had a genuine interest in correcting any issues and made it very clear. From there I moved to Bobby in services, Bobby kept me informed through the whole process and fixed the ATV in an extremely timely manner. Overall I see why this business has stuck around so long! They are experts and extremely professional treating every sale as if it is the most important sale!

I took an ATV in for service. I had scheduled the appointment with the service department so I could get the service completed in the same day. The folks there were very professional, courteous & helpful. The service - with an extra, unplanned, repair added on - was completed in a timely fashion. I will return to Cochise Motor Spports for future service.

I am an enthusiast of classic and vintage motorcycles and the first thing that attracted me at this dealership was the wonderful collection upstairs. Then I chatted with the owner Cliff and felt immediately at home. Now I just purchased a new Yamaha at Cochise Motorsports and have had nothing but good experiences with Sales, Service and Parts. Their business model values integrity and puts customers first, as befitting a family run operation. Update: the manager did call me to see if there was anything he could do, which I appreciate so ill give them one more star. still hesitant about going back here..My experience was less than average because all they did was do an oil change on my bike and a supposed full inspection and it took then 2 hrs to complete with my apt . and they said it would take about 45-55 minutes. I noticed they didnt even mention the dirty brake fluid in my reservoirs or the loose shifter among other simple stuff . It made me not trust them especially since i paid the labor to do said inspection . Like most dealers i think they just charge you and dont do it .

I took my Yamaha 3000 generator in to Cochise for some repair work. Bobby Hickman the service manager provided the best customer service Ive experienced in a very long time. Called me three times to give me a status update on it and just yesterday a call telling me it was ready to go. Most of the time its me calling whomever asking whats going and getting the run around, not with these guys! I live in Tucson but would highly recommend these guys both for service work and for sales. My son bought his RZR from them a few years ago and could not be happier with it. We take the RZR back there for all its service needs. Kudos to the Cochise team you guys are great, keep up the good work.

Thought I would save a few dollars by ordering some CST tires and throttle cable form Amazon for my kids Yamaha Blaster. I just happened to stumble in by chance on a lightbulb for the bike, they had all three in stock !!!!!! Even ordered a sprocket for my bike. They beat Amazons price before I even told them !!!! Awesome place !!

I visited this place on Saturday and I was really impressed with the dealership and the people there are great! I will buy my next Yamaha from Cochise. Its a bit of a drive from Tucson but its well worth the drive. I wish the Yamaha/Honda dealerships in Tucson were like this.

Service team was awesome on getting me checked in

Bought a bike there new in 2013 and got a good price but service and parts have come up lacking in the years since them. Most of the parts they offer are as much as double the prices that I can find elsewhere in town or online. The service department has routinely failed to fix things that they claim to fix. On numerous occasions my bike has come back with bolts stripped out and I was never told about it. Even basic oil changes have lead to my drain plug getting stripped out. Might be a good place to buy a bike but a terrible place for parts or service. I recommend shopping around for parts. Unless all I have needed was oil and filter, they rarely have parts in stock.
