I have a 21 year old vehicle. It has many issues. These guys have dealt with them.one by one as money has allowed me to get them done. I asked them to rank.them in order of most pressing to least pressing. You would think the most expensive would be up at the top. It wasnt. It is now, after 3 or 4 visits. My vehicle came from New Jersey, so she isnt exactly the easiest to work on due to rust combined with her age. The only improvement I see needed is fewer people needing repairs, services, on the exact same day. They do get jammed up from time to time and appointments frequently start a little late. You can have speed and risk missed problems, or you can have it done right. Take your pick

Just needed a good once over and an oil change after a nice drive to and from California (sad to say).All the while of waiting and talking I was able to enjoy the company of the folk who were in the office, many of whom had stories to tell. Customers and employees both. The friendly environment made me feel like I was part of a family, and welcome too.After the whole thing was done and I got my report, I only had a small amount to pay and also enjoyed yet more humor. I would give a higher rating if the option were on my list, but hey, they got the Midas touch!

I limped in on a flat tire. They didnt have the correct tire size I needed but they were able to put my spare tire on and locate the tire size I needed, all without a charge! Thank you Les, and your team, for you professionalism and kindness.

I was apprehensive about taking my vehicle in for repairs due to the fact that I have never been here before. After checking out some reviews, I decided to give them a shot. There were a few hiccups with communication (the shop was pretty busy), but Dave, the manager, ensured me that everything would be taken care of. Long story short…they delivered quality work at a great price. Dave seems like a stand up guy, and he made sure we were taken care of. We would not hesitate to take vehicles back there in the future.

I have been to midas many times. Mostly when I either mess up something or is beyond my skill set. Everytime they take care of me and their prices are fair. Example, I am not the greatest exhaust welder and needed to fabricate a repair mid pipe. 3 inch to 2.5 at an S curve bend. Welded all my gaps as well. 103.19 out the door. Cant beat it. Plus they always look out for LEOS/SERVICE MEMBERS.

They wanted to charge $240 for a MAF sensor. I bought one at NAPA for $28 and changed it in 5 minutes. Receptionist was very rude. Ill never recommend anyone to go here.

So far, so good. Clean lobby. Very friendly staff. Took me out to my car and walked me through everything they were seeing needed repair. Very easy to work with.

Work was fast once it got started, but the work did not start for an hour after my pre-scheduled appointment time.Was not given any explanation.Whats the point in making appointments if they arent honored?

I went in a few months ago not knowing what was wrong with my car. Got a quick diagnosis and prices are great; I usually do my own maintenance but their price was only a little more than for me to buy the part and fix it myself. They got it fixed up very quickly with no follow-up issues

Called to get a price quote on four rotors with labor. And they simply told me that they would have to take a look at my vehicle. Thats not true. Just look up the price with labor.

Best and cheapest oil change/ tire rotation around. They fixed my flat tire for a low cost on another occasion. Quick service too. Great people!

Not at all impressed. I gave you $449 to fix my truck the correct way. I brought it back to you the next day because the repair wasnt done correctly. You tell me basically tough luck that next I should buy a whole new engine head.I took my truck down the street and had another shop look at the work you did, not only did you use a inferior part to do the job but my engine head is fine.The other shop repaired my truck correctly with the proper parts. The noise is now gone, the same head is on the engine and everything works fine all it needed was for right quality part to be used and installed correctly !!I want a refund. What happened to the 90 day warranty on all parts that is on the bottom of my receipt? You wouldnt even double check your work. Pathetic.

Called ahead to make sure they had an opening was told yes you are good. Was told 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation when we arrived. After finally finishing over 2 AND A HALF HOURS later all I got was a well diesel takes longer. I have never waited 2 hours for this service anywhere else and why not tell me that up front!? If you have nothing to do all day go here if you have any plans for the rest of your day try literally anywhere else.

I broke my shift knob and bought a replacement one the guys at midas put the replacement on at no charge thankful these guys are looking out for the community.

Dave and crew are always on their game. I came in for a brake service for pads but they diagnosed rotors being close to out of tolerance. They brought me into the bay and showed me the micrometer readings as they measured the thickness and compared them to run-out specifications. Ive done brake jobs myself before and knew they were doing it correctly so I had no problems following their service recommendations to ensure my vehicle was in proper and safe operating condition. These guys and shop are my go-to for proper and honest vehicle maintenance for brakes and suspension.

Ive never had bad experiences yet with Midas. Ive heard mixed reviews in the past, but I have been coming here for the last 8 years or so with multiple vehicles. The staff is knowledge and respectful, and they dont try to upsell stuff you dont need.

These guys are great, they kept me informed the whole time and got the work done quickly and even applied every available discount to the bill. Great job.

Customer service was great. But they didnt fix the problem after bringing my car in twice and then making me buy a tire that ended up still not fixing the problem. Finally, took my car to another shop that fixed the problem for free.

I got an oil change today and must say I really enjoyed the feel of the place. I honestly think you have to walk in and witness that for yourself to understand what Im talking about. :) Scott seemed like a very humble and easy going guy and I believe its good to support our own as well (Vet owned and ran!). He kept me posted on my cars status. He told me about upcoming and recommended services not in a pushy manner and more of a courtesy. Got in and out in no time with my car waiting for me at the door. I usually dont write reviews but I was amazed by the quality of service of the whole entire team. They made me feel like an actual valued customer instead of a number. They offered me services and showed me what was wrong with my car, instead of pushing on specials or services without showing them to me. It made me feel like I had a choice, which is refreshing compared to most places. Due to my shop being in the car, I had trouble getting a ride to go get my car. They picked me up from work to take me to the shop. No one has ever extended that courtesy for me before. You can see that they truly care about you as a person. The whole entire staff was nice to my husband and I. The owner, Scott, (I believe thats his name- sorry Im bad with names) was so welcoming and friendly. He didnt want me to leave without showing his appreciation for my business. He says that he wants to show every customer that. That truly made my day and shows that he cares for each and every customer that comes to the shop. I sincerely thanks you guys for the best customer service I ever had. They also are vet community oriented and brake pads are the affordable in town (especially if youre military)!

First time visiting and wont be my last! Had work done on a 1987 nissan, didnt take take long maybe about an hour for part replacement. Everyone was friendly and professional which gave a good vibe for me to trust them. Ill definitely be back and I definitely would recommend Midas to my friends/family.

Had a disabled kid in the car, no diapers, and a tire emergency 90 minutes from home that I wasnt equipped to handle. They were the only place open and they just said no. This isnt firsthand but the wrecker who came and fixed me up had a lot to say about the mechanics there, and they were very strong words. Can you believe they told me to call places that were closed?

As a local portrait photographer in Southern Arizona... I travel a lot to get to session locations, and like anyone else, having my car in tip top shape is paramount and not something I take for granted. Scott and his team are all top-notch and always do such a fantastic job not only with working on my car, but also with their superb customer service. Guys were great

I went to Midas because I was unhappy with the quote from another shop for my brakes. I was told from the other shop that I needed front brakes and rotors only. Midas did a free inspection and took me into the shop to show me that I also needed rear brakes and rotors. The showed me the damage and wear so I could see firsthand that they were not trying to rip me off. It cost 1000 for front and rear pads, rotors, and hats. Sierra service center wanted 900 for just front rotors and pads. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Love the staff very helpful and did a great job!! Paid less here for expensive work then other places highly recommend

Normally dont write reviews but customer service was terrible. Had a complete brake job done on a heavy truck, two weeks later pulling a heavy trailer I smelled brakes and took it back in to have them checked. The tech refused to talk to me and made a loud comment about not wanting to talk to the customer. The manager was working on another job right there and heard the whole thing. He didnt say a word and let a dissatisfied customer walk out of his shop. That was my last trip to Midas.

Fast efficient friendly and reasonable prices.

I came in there today to get my brakes looked at and I had the opportunity to talk to Scott who is the owner of this Midas. He really helped me out with getting new brakes and rotors for my Cadillac and gave me the best deal in town. He really wants to earn your business instead of thinking of you as just a number. They also have BBQs every Saturday and I had some awesome grub while I waited for my car to get finished. I definitely recommend them to anyone, even if you just need to check and see if you need a brake change. 5 stars all day!

I cant speak for the service during the old ownership, as I have only been coming here since the new owners took over.The service here is excellent.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Owners are military friendly.Best oil change and tire rotation in town!Both my wife and I have taken our cars to get oil changes and tire rotations at this location. Based upon our very positive experience, we will be taking our cars to get all their maintenance and repair needs at this Midas location for as long as we live in the area.In fact, my car needs a 120,000 mile maintenance including changing out spark plugs and transmission fluid. I will be taking it here.

Health concerns require trips to Tucson every other week. I DEPEND on my car for continuous safe round trips; clearly the health of my car is of top importance to me. For several years Ive put the health of my car in the hands of those at Midas; they have serviced my car extremely well. In a sense Ive put my personal health in the hands of the staff at Midas. And as a local resident I am pleased Midas is now locally own so those dollars go back into our community. In addition to fair pricing, watch for their coupon deals... excellent!

This place is really terrible like Im a mechanic by trade but didnt have the time to do the repair myself.so I had to go ahead and do it myself because of the high price they wanted to repair it they quoted me $268 for the repair. I made the repair myself parts only for under $100. The exact cost for myself repair on this exhaust manifold 2001 Ford mustang was exactly 8293 after tax and all for the part they wanted to 68 thats ridiculous there even no welding nothing its a direct bolt shut up like crazy Im glad I did it myself I knew I could but sometimes I dont have time I have 32 piece of equipment I take care of out here so I dont have time for my own stuff a lot but Im glad I made time for this is it just goes to show people hey theres takers out there everywhere

These guys are Straight Shooters! I own six Cars, one motorcycle and one ATV, they have worked on all of them and done a phenomenal job whether it be my little Chevy beater car or my over price European sports car. They know what theyre doing and theyre good at it.

They are honest and caring. I love the service I receive here and they will not push you into getting work done. Only let you know what you need and it is up to you to decide what you can afford. They are reasonably priced and the staff is the best.

It was totally my second mistake to took my car to this place. My car before went in was totally better then after get out of this shop. It was just a normal, simple thing, and they couldnt make it right then how can they able to fix the major things???? The guy in front so p***y, trying to sell me things I dont need, and repeated many many times. He thinks Im a woman and have an accent, so he thinks he can say whatever he wants, as many times as he wants, even though I said NO many times??? They refused to fix my car the next day after I found out something wrong with my car after the first fix. He literally said: Nothing we can do, if you want we can put the tires back to original. What a totally nice customer services??? Also, thank you so much for dirty my windshield MIDAS. If you need anything done with your car, go to a real mechanic, NOT MIDAS. What a wasted of money, time, and BIG regret.

I have been going to Midas in Sierra Vista for 10 years. They are great! Many times when you walk in the door they greet you by name as they have looked up your car as you drove in. The staff goes above and beyond to help and the price is VERY REASONABLE. You are told when things are starting to go and about how much time before a replacement is needed. Thank you all at Midas. Excellent service. Been there only twice so far but I have had an excellent experience both times.

Had to take my 2004 Ford Expedition in for new tires/oil change/fluid check/air filter change AND to get my turn signal relay switch replaced. A list like that can alway hurt a little, but I had a very reasonable outthedoor bill. Great price on tires! A very fair price to get my command center lever to properly execute the functions it was designed to do, considering the fact they had to rip my steering column apart. They are all so nice and very easy to talk with :)My brother has also taken his Audi in and out of this shop over the past month to get major and minor things taken care of that needed fixing; and these guys are nothing but straightforward and honest. They know their limitations when it comes to luxury vehicles and will tell you from the get go if you need to take it to a dealer. HOWEVER! This is after they all put their heads together to address any given problem/issue. I find this extremely refreshing coming from a mechanical background. They want you to leave a happy camper, and go out of their way to accomplish this!Raves, all around!

Friendly but took a while

Scam Artists! Took my car in for an oil change and afterwords it was leaking...I took it back up there and they informed me it was a blown gasket and Id need over $1200 of work done with them...had a Master Mechanic look at my car, found that they hadnt put the oil filter on correctly and it had expanded in the heat, thatswhy my car was leaking oil, also showed me that theyd put a TON of dye in the oil (no idea why) which had severely watered it down....to top it all off the receptionist there was incredibly rude and obnoxious (chomping on food, talking loudly on his personal cell phone about customers) Im still peeved that I lost money to these scam artists, not to mention all the added stress of believing I was going to have to pay all that money! Thankfully Big Os got me all taken care of xoxo go there instead for oil changes, they are HONEST and do it right!

Had to get an oil change. Best price in town, fast service, and David was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a really honest shop. We had our suv in over the weekend for what we assumed was a catalytic converter issue (strong sulfur smell filling the cabin). They found that the problem was a leaking battery (a much cheaper fix). My car is working great again, and Im a very happy customer. A lot of shops would have seen dollar signs when we mentioned what we thought the problem was, but these guys were honest, and rooted out the actual problem without charging us for a bunch of extra bs.

Such a shame, me and friend of mine came for an estimate yesterday since the car was shaking really bad, they listed bunch of things needed to be repaired close to $1,100++. We went to Big O Tire and did the same thing and the total was only $300 for the same repair. You need to be more honest to your customer and not to throw things and numbers to gain more sales, especially if you see that the customer is a woman. And to top it all we came home and the shaking was worst than before. Shame on you MIDAS. We are calling the corporate!!!

This place is a joke. Dont bother scheduling an appointment as it doesnt matter to them. If they are running behind schedule on your appointment dont expect a courtesy call either. Loved the employee who was not the service manager who told me other vehicles are a priority.

Scott and his team have always gone above and beyond when my car has had issues. Most recently, the battery died on my Acura. I called over to Midas when they opened at 0730. Scott sent one of his guys over to give me a jump. I then followed him back to the shop. They installed a new battery for pretty much the same price as I would have paid to get one myself from autozone or Walmart ... in other words very reasonable price. The best part is, I was back home a little after 0830.Caveat: I got lucky with the timing. I wouldnt have been at all upset if they couldnt have gotten over here to get me until later ... or if there had been more other customers ahead of me and I had to wait longer. The 5 stars is for the great service. The quick turnaround was a bonus.
