Its pretty decent size hobby and fabric store for the city. I go to it often for yarn and fabric, I like the yarn and fabric here better than Hobby Lobby. Its one of the few reason I even step into the mall. A bonus is the military discount, which I truly appreciate.

Store is clean and well staffed. The cashier was so great, she offered to look for coupons for me (and found some! ). I love when people go above and beyond.

Did not shop there or display I.D. Can not figure out how it was known that I was there. Big Brother is getting to be a bit much. Advice to Corporations, dont contact people unless they shop. These facial recognition contacts are getting creepy.

Well I am a fine artist and to tell you the truth this store has not much that Im interested in. But I gave it five stars because a friend of mine who used to make quilts used to Rave about this place and really loved it and her quilts were great so thats why I gave it five stars. As an artist I would probably just go to hobby lobby Michaels or Walmart they do have a little bit more than Walmart I think but as an artist a painter of fine artist it just did not strike me Im sure if youre into quilting and other crafty things that this might be a really great store

Always like stopping in at Joanns in Sierra Vista when visiting my daughter! This store is located inside the mall and is open for walk in with mask a must. Employees are following strict guidelines for covid safety and employees are always friendly and helpful. Although this Joanns usually is more stocked than my own in California since Calif seems to have an issue with keeping any of their stores stocked with inventory and for that matter, opening businesses up period, I was disappointed to find that they were also lacking in some of my needed supplies after coming from another store that was also lacking for the supplies. But, that is not going to stop me from stopping in at Joanns when in Sierra Vista. The store is clean, stocked with more fabric than my Joanns, and the staff are friendly.

Always a good store to shop. Friendly employees willing to help out if needed. Prices arent bad, now there are many sales on fabric. Stop by and visit.

Who doesnt love a craft store. They have the best customer service

Prices were really high compared to other local stores and employees were really short when answering my questions. But unlike the other stores, they do have a huge varity of fabrics so i am willing to pay the extra to shop there. I just wish the guest service was as good as their varity of sewing materials.

Its always fun to walk around no ann fabrics, just to look at The house decorations you can purchase,great place to get ideas for your rooms at home.

My wife found everything she was looking for. And we got a military discount. Thats nice.

Went in for some blackout material. I had a hard time finding it but there was someone always roaming around the store to help. Its nice to know you dont have to go hunting for help.

Shopping at this fabric/craft/hobby store is addictive. I make sure to use most of the coupons in their app and the register coupons to make purchases on their fabric. Their fabric is a little expensive if the fabric isnt on sale OR if you dont use their 20%-50% off coupons.

Horrible customer service. Went in after work very excited to get something I found on their website. The store was very empty with other shoppers but I did see 4 or 5 employees, as I am browsing down every single isle searching for what I needed I pass a couple of these employees, not once asked if they could help me find anything, I ignored and didn’t ask as I enjoyed looking at it everything, when so decided I needed to ask I went to an employee in fabric folding fabric, I asked if she could help me find an item I saw online, she (annoyed) said “sure”, I showed her the item on my phone and she said, “ya idk if we have those” and I ask do you have anything similar, her response, “idk” and began to ignore me continuing what she was doing, I asked do you have any other employee I can speak with who would know,, she said, “what is it used for again” and I explained and she replied “I don’t think we have anything” so I asked well can you please ask someone who would know! And she rolled her eyes and asked on her over her mic and then looks at me and says no we don’t. And then looks down and continues what she was doing. Won’t ever go back, should have just went to hobby lobby from the start!

Everything you could want for sewing if you know what youre doing. Not enough people to answer questions if you dont. The lady in the sewing department was very helpful, but I had to wait several minutes for her to be available. There was someone else waiting for help after me. I will be back, though.

Lots of empty shelves...was able to get a few items needed. Great help at fabric station. Use a cart if needing fabric cut.Saved $.14 with a 50% off coupon. Yay!!

Jo-Ann Fabrics is an awesome place for everything crafty. My wife and I went in for a few bits of fabric for some projects and walked out with WAY more than we had on our list. They sell SO much stuff there.Besides carrying a huge array of fabrics, including satins, sheers, curtain material, furniture upholstery material, batting, etc., they also carry a huge assortment of other stuff. The had a whole aisle dedicated to buttons. That includes regular buttons, as well as all kinds of specialized buttons shaped like whatever you can imagine. They carry a huge assortment of ribbons, zippers, clothing patterns, and just anything else you can imagine.On top of everything else, their customer service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If they didnt walk us to whatever we were asking for, they gave us directions. The lady at the fabric-cutting counter even pointed out some discount fabric when we mentioned that we were just trying some things out. It was awesome.If youre looking for a huge craft store with great service and plenty of accessories, this is the place.

While this location isnt as large as the ones in Tucson, they carry a huge selection of fabrics - from lightweight cotton to formal satins and lace to upholstery weight to outdoor fabrics. They carry all of the supplies needed for sewing and quilting. Theres also a couple of rows of yarns and embroidery threads, as well as beads and beading supplies, cake decorating supplies, and seasonal items. They employees are always friendly and super helpful. The Joann app keeps me up-to-date on all of the sales, specials, and coupons. I usually find what Im looking for - and more!

So glad that Sierra Vista has this place now. My mother had done sewing /crafts my entire life, and I have vivid memories of going to Walmart for fabric with her. Now, she had this resource, and she seems much happier with it. Selection is great, service is fast, and the staff are friendly. It really is such a step up from what we used to deal with.

We just moved to AZ from WA state an I needed some Christmas fabric for a child so finally made my first visit to my new Joanns. Not only were the ladies welcoming an helpful but I got some awesome sales. It was wonderful to not feel so disoriented an in a strange place but to feel right at home. Ill be back for sure. Had a great experience here. The women working the fabrics area were incredibly helpful when I needed tulle to make my wedding veil. They held the fabric to my head to help me measure and even suggested a coupon to help me out. Thanks ladies!!

Spent way to much money! Ha! Had great service. The fabric was a little chaotic in the clearance isle but its kind of understandable. Love all the fabric they have and the sales that they recently had going on

I dont know who helped me with my fabric, but she was very nice and helped me a lot. I was looking for some fabric for my chickens bandanna and she knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me get the correct amount.

Nice store. Fairly well stocked - but much smaller than most Joanns that I have visited - probably about HALF the size of others.

Have always had great employees and service to match. Not today. Waited for several minutes to have fabric cut while two employees chatted. One of the employees kept looking at me without acknowledging me. After their conversation, they both walked off. Pathetic. They should both be fired.

This store used to be a favorite, unfortunately thats no longer the case. After being on the new rewards program (including joanns+ business rewards) for some time, its obvious it was redesigned to save the customer less money overall. The coupons come with longer and longer lists of exclusions and as a result dealing with customers has become more difficult for the staff who USED to be very friendly but are now just as worn down and grumpy as the disappointed customers. The Last 3 trips i made to this joanns i watched customers being mistreated by the manager herself. Today they left the up to 60% off entire yarn stock ad signs UP FRONT in the store and when a rather elderly lady tried to buy yarn expecting a discount she was told SO, theres clearance yarn in the back.. By the manager. Disgusting shameful behavior, i work in a retail space and i can tell you it is FALSE ADVERTISING to leave an ad sign up past the promotion dates then refuse to honor it. You could be sued for it, its also irresponsible since all you had to do as a manager is run your store efficiently by CHANGING THE SIGNS. Lastly everything in joanns is either plastic, acrylic, or polyester. Im a seamstress who basically came here for buttons only because everything else in the store is fake walmart quality garbage. The best yarn blend you can even get there is Buttercreams angel hair or alpaca blend which is STILL ONLY 12% natural fiber roughly. This store is no longer worth the trouble or money.

The Lady was on the rude side. Also they dont honor there own websites prices. Claiming they are separate stores. This is ridiculous.
