Ladies I am so grateful for you. The other day I went shopping because I needed a pick me up, every store I went to I had problems and had to deal with rude workers and was just having an unpleasant experience, so much for a pick me up. But you guys were amazing. You were kind and pleasant and helped me find exactly what I needed. I really appreciate your customer service skills and kindness.

My fiancee and I always have a great experience every time we go to Sallys. Joey is such a courteous and professional employee. She is very knowledgeable about the products, and genuinely helpful. We couldnt ask for better customer service.

I love this store the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been using purple shampoo to tone the coppers out of my hair for quite some time now. Nedless to say I have never been very fond of the scent. One of the store associates named Chelsey, took the time to show me all the other choices. I found one that I really like! Thank you Chelsey keep up the good work!

I love this place its kinda pricey but its good to take advantage of clearance sales. Mainly hair n nail supplies not great on costume or Halloween selections so far though..

Never in my life have I ever been to a store that would hire such a perverted person. I was shopping here trying to find a pair of good beard combs. As I hear the clerk talking on her cell about preforming oral on a female, who does this at work. Especially where other patrons can hear you. Her name is Joey id keep my kids away or out of this place while shes working. I am reporting this to corp. as well... Ill drive to Tucson before I ever step foot in this establishment ever again.......

They were out of 3 items i needed.. an they had it in stock just in a box an the worker was to lazy to pull it out an sell it to me.. An i tried to get the sallys card an she next time you come in. So went in the next time an asked an still did not get one!
