Went to Lawley dodge couple of months ago and the financial manager John ran my credit and sold. A car I was looking at to another customer. The sales rep mike was also surprised John did this. I will never go to a Lawley dealership ever again. The best place to buy a car with awesome deals is Larry Miller in Phoenix or Tucson .
Sells reps kept walking away. Judged me by what I pulled up in. Sells reps had no interest in making a sell. I love dodge trucks but I wont be coming back. Ill go to a different dealership.
Took the Jeep in for its first oil change and received amazing service. Even though the computers were down, everything still ran smoothly. Most definitely would recommend this dealership for any car services you might need.
I turned my vehicle in for oil and fluid change and it was returned quickly. Some warrentee work was also done. I was a great job

We purchased new Nexen tires (five of them for our Jeep Wrangler) and had them installed. We also got a scheduled oil change and had some recall work done on the passenger side airbag. We were greeted very professionally and friendly. The work was completed on time and we love the tires. We could not have received better service anywhere else. Dropping a star because you cant make appts for service. I drive from Tucson for my worry free maintenance deal and Im always rolling the dice if I can get in. It hasnt been an issue yet but it would be nice to have the peace of mind of having an appt.Excellent dealership and they are 5 stars in every other capacity!

Jorge Rodriquez never disappoints. Our first experience with Jorge was with our 2006 Dodge Ram, required some major work and Jorge kept me informed every step of the way. Jorge is very thorough and customer service is his top priority. Today was another great experience. My 2004 Jeep Liberty started making some noises, I dropped in and Jorge not only took it for a test drive but put it up on the lift to give me an idea of what was going on. If I had taken the vehicle to any other service center Im sure the response would have been, make an appointment for another day. I just recent took My 2020 RAM 3500 Laramie in to have the front brakes worked on at Lawley Chrysler Dodge RAM.I met and was greeted by Mr. John Fabbo, who already got the details to my front brakes from the folks at Arizona Auto and Radiator in Sierra Vista. I was told that it would be a few day to get the remainder of the parts in due to Backorder and high demand.. I said no worries, to get an occasional update let me know how things are going with the Brake work... While I was waiting for the brakes to get done. John constantly kept me up-to-date daily and even got me loaner to use while during the time I was waiting for the work to get finish. John and Team really went the distance with trying to get the OEM Brake pads from other dealers yet it seemed no one had any stock, just as John feared...Thus I was put on an expedited ship and receive here very soon . Thus while wait for the OEM Pads John got me a alternate ( Third Party) set of front Brake pads till my backordered pads come in for my Truck. They (Mr. Fabbo and his team)even took care of the front caliper that was possibly faulty as well. Present I have received my truck back and awaiting for the OEM pads to be installed. I cant say Thank you enough for Mr. John Fabbo and the Team at Lawley for the efforts they made for me.

Was in a couple weeks ago to have our Dodge Journey serviced. Long story short, Jesse went above and beyond to care of us, and was a pleasure dealing with. We have had our car in the service department on many other occasions, but this was the first time that we had some significant vehicle “issues” identified. These guys are the best!! I brought the truck in to get the tires checked. They wont stay at the correct pressure. They had it taken care of before I could use the restroom and get a cup of coffee. I had just sat down with my coffee when the fellow came in with the keys. Amazing service here! I have yet to be disappointed at this dealership!

The V41 recall was done incorrectly. The steering Damper is upside down. The sticker that clearly shows the arrow, that is supposed to point to front, pointing toward the rear. Can their tech not even read?I provided the dealers service manager the instructions photo, clearly showing the orientation of the part. He still acted like I was wrong and never apologized for the inconvenience. I think they reluctantly twisted the damper, so it was oriented properly. Guess Ill go to Tucson from now on.Maybe if Robert Santa Maria wouldnt go to his go-to saying thank you for your input – sometimes it’s the only way I learn of these instances. I dont think Id admit to not knowing, what is going on in my dealership.

I have never liked going to car dealerships for services and especially the car sales department, but the boys there are great. I really feel cared for and respected, especially by Jorge and his team. I bought a used car from someone and he mentioned Jorge here for services and i thought, so what? But this reason alone makes me thankful i bought a car in the first place, otherwise i wouldn’t have met good guys.
There are some of the nicest and most professional people working at this Dodge dealership. The fellow that helped me this time was as good as the last time I was there. I dont dread going to get my truck looked at anymore. They just tend to it right away while I wait in their lounge. I didnt even make it through a whole episode of Bonanza!
Nice people, good service, came for 4 recalls on my 2016 ram 1500 quadcab, unfortunately on 2 of these repaired recalls 1 my taigate still opens unexpectantly while driving and my cruise control only works sometimes, its hard for me to get to a dealer for repairs so now, i dont know what to do. Recalls are tough to deal with but 2 of the 4 recalls that i took to Lawley Dodge to repair arent fixed and i cant drive the Ram 1500 with the tailgate falling and the cruise control recall isnt fixed and is a safety issue, what do i do now Lawley?

I cannot say enough good things about Lawley Jeep in Sierra Vista. Their turnaround time was about 24 hrs for a water pump replacement. They were on the phone checking on manufactures warranty and they communicated via text and telephone with me during the entire process. Had a great experience at this dealership-- much simpler buying process, without the typical song & dance of some of the bigger name dealers in Tucson (worth the drive to Sierra Vista if you dont live there locally). Was able to accomplish most of the tasks via email. Ask for Rusty (Internet Sales Manager) and hell take great care of you.
I contacted Lawley Ram about a new Ram 1500. I was put in contact with Miguel. Miguel worked diligently to try to locate a 1500 equipped as I wanted and, when there were none, to walk me through the ordering process. Miguel is responsive, patient, and low pressure. Definitely keep him in mind if youre in the market for Ram, Dodge, or Chrysler.

After researching the cost and payment on a lease for a big horn sport and coming up with $357 I was told me it would be much more.Every experience with Leakey Ram has been terrible. They have straight out lied to me, under paid the trade using excuses that I smoked and they couldn’t sell the trade. They sold it in 3 to 5 days. And many discerning other items. I have purchased 3 vehicles from that dealership and felt ripped off each time.
Ive brought my vehicle here twice now for service. The first was for an oil change, it was a fairly quick service and everything seemed to be fine until I checked the paper work which stated that the wrong oil was added, I shrugged it off as poor office work and a typo. I wasnt going to write this review until I knew exactly what to write. Upon changing the engine oil they used the wrong oil type for my car and mileage which has been verified by another Chrysler Dodge service department.The second time the vehicle was brought in for service was for a very simple check engine light fix for an oil pressure sensor. After having the vehicle for an hour and a half they quoted me over $1000 to repair a $50 part, which is easily accessible based on the Service manuals. Somehow the techs and service writers failed to realize after having the car two times that I do not own a six cylinder vehicle(which is why they quoted such a high price) but an eight cylinder engine.This is not a simple overlook or poor paper management especially when I gave to them the exact specifications and a TSB from the manufacturer on exactly how to fix it. The TSB itself lists the repair to take less than an hour to repair.This shop is obviously poorly run and is in need of glasses. Will not return and will not shop for new/used vehicles in the future. With a service department that cannot even use the right oil or figure out what engine is installed in a vehicle I can only imagine the poor product they are slinging out the door at unsuspecting customers. I can also only extrapolate that Lawley dealers are all suffering from the same problems. Stay away and save your investment and time.If anyone is interested in the actual Ddoge TSB #: 18-034-14

My 2020 Dodge Journey wouldn’t start (I purchased it from a different dealership). I took it to Lawley and they had it fixed within a few hrs of the tow truck dropping it off.
Had the factory a/c repaired and 40,000 rear and trans service and they found a bad fan clutch and replaced did a fine job everything is ok so far

My Car was repaired by them. Had to replace a water pump. Its obvious someone had to use a lockout technique on my passenger door...my door frame is bent and a dent and paint missing and the Rubber seal is torn! After calling the service department about the damage they said the vehicle had been left inside the whole time waiting for the water pump to come in I have a app on my phone that tells me where my car was and it was parked outside the entire time after notifying him that the car was not inside and that I did have the app he stated oh yes thats right it was parked outside the building!! he said I could bring it back and someone would look at it at this point I dont want them touching my car and not sure what to do about the damage. Very unhappy! I have 5 years to pay on my car!!
