We bought our carpet here a year ago. Employees and installers were courteous and professional. However the carpet is already showing a lot of wear. Way too worn looking for the minimum use it gets, since it is only my husband and myself living here. Would not recommend.

Very nice flooring store! The sales people; Judy and Jennifer are awesome and very friendly. They understand the types of flooring products and are always willing to help out. The store provides free in home estimates for ceramic tile, carpet, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl planks, and laminate. Pancho and Linda are great store owners and have been in business over 20 years.

Judy and her assistant were very friendly and courteous while taking care of all our questions and carpet replacements. The store has a wide selection of carpets and the quality is very good. The two men who installed my carpet worked quickly and did a well-done job. Would highly recommend and come back for all my flooring needs. Choose a local company and they will take good care of you.

I went into the showroom because I needed to send and receive a fax. Judy was very helpful and took great care of me. They generally do not do this, as they are not an office supply store. When she heard of the urgency she was right on it. We recently had carpet and commercial vinyl installed, if not I would use Cochise Floor Covering.

Wonderful experience! They moved all the furniture lay tile throughout the whole house put all the furniture back in place we didnt have to touch anything took just less than 2 weeks to complete the job totaling 1100 square foot

I cant speak to their quality of work because they are impossible to deal with... They dont really care what your schedule is, and they dont care what you want. They think theyre going to dictate the while thing... I dont think customer service is even in their vocabulary... I wouldnt even waste your time calling.

I had an awful experience. I orderedArmstrong tile for a rental unit. It was a raised floor with a brand new sub floor. The installer laid the tile without sinking the nails. The nails were coming through almost every tile on the floor. Some of the tiles even cracked. Many of the tiles had gaping cracks. The gaping cracks between the tiles in the bathroom have now lifted from the water getting in under the tiles.When I called to have them fix the job they were really pissy and were not interested in sending someone out to inspect, much less repair the damage. They only repaired some of it and I had grown weary discussing the issues with them.As time passed, from the pressure of walking on the tiles, more nails have come through. It was a very tiring experience.I would most definitely NOT recommend them. 1 - star, is only because they will not let you leave no stars.
