This is all too common of a sight, even before covid. Walmart needs to pay their employees more and maybe theyll find employees that have the energy to work.

I got help from many of the associates and they were very very helpful unfortunately even though your computer system said there were several items of an item that I was looking for on the shelf there wasnt any.There were no queen size zippered waterproof mattress covers although your system showed there were 9 on the sales floor. There was also no 2 quart pitchers. I was charged twice for the same item one was the full price and one clearance price. I was charged 17.32 for a 50 ft garden hose when the shelf showed 8 something. I suppose I will need to return to the store to get these incorrect priced items taken care of. I guess I will need to check with Amazon to see if they have the items you did not have.

When its really hot outside I go to this Walmart to get my steps in. However I have a feeling theyre skimping on the air-conditioning. They have an average amount of stuff I would say. I always use the self-checkout because the lines are so long. However their produce is fresh so I give them that.

This is your ordinary Walmart. The workers that are at the door greeting customers could be a little friendly but I get it they deal with a variety of rude customers but most arent so rude. So, now I decide to do the pick up which is amazing..

Its a nice place. Smells clean.. But when I was there the last time, all the freezer sections were closed off. None of them were working! Whats up? And they were out of the canning jars I wanted. ????????

Love the clearance isle! Craig in the deli goes above and beyond! He made my visit extra special. Ill continue to return. Thank you! Everyone should have an employee like him.

The self check out lines were not running cash sales and there was no signage until you got up to the register. Had to go to opposite end of store to pay with cash, upon getting to a register the ones working there were leaving and closed the lines down. Got lucky with a nice employee who let me pay really quick as I had few items. Overall poor experience with lackluster leadership and employee/ customer relations.

Store temperature is always very warm I feel sorry for the employees.. Shelves are never fully stocked. Stockers are everywhere and will not move out of your way or even acknowledge you. Electronics well, good luck if you have a question to busy on there phones. Ive shopped in several Walmarts across United States this by far is the worst. Needs better management and purchasing personnel!

Waited 40 minutes in the online pick up parking to pick up a online food order. Checked in online when I got there. Im done with Walmart. Ill shop at Safeway for now on.

This was the best shopping experience Ive ever had. It was easier than going to the mailbox. Text when you get there pull into a number slot. You pop your trunk. They put groceries in.I live in Benson are Walmart doesnt offer delivery or pickup. I am getting older hard for me to walk all over that store and wait in line. Id rather take a 35 minute ride to Sierra Vista go eat lunch then grab my groceries and go home. I stopped and filled a couple coolers up at a gas station before I got there. Next time Im just going to order a couple bags of ice with my order. REALLY is a One-Stop shop.

Its very organized and very accessible place, but it would be a bit better if the place can show a more easier specification of the extras you can also find in that part, or have a map that can actually tell were is the item that you are looking for at the entrance

I like the fact that they carry a variety of each products, thus providing an option that would best suit your needs, wants or desires. The down side of the store is that recently, they just seem to not be able to make up their mind on which isle certain products should be displayed. One day coffee or whatever is placed in one isle the next time you shop, Its in a completely different isle. Is this a tactical manuver to have the customer wonder around aimlessly in hopes they will buy more items while attempting to locate that one elusive product they are looking for? Or just a game of hide and seek?

Huge Walmart. Very busy. Baby medicine was sparse. Found a great humidifier.

I find what I need in one place. I dont like running all over town. One stop shopping and done.

I am visiting Sierra Vista and have visited your store 3x. Very busy and good for business,however encountered a few employees that were rude and not helpful. As an avid Wal-Mart shopper I found this unusual. Sad

Let me start this off by saying this is a huge Walmart lol. The customer service aint great but honestly Ive come to expect that. So it doesnt really bother me. Its a clean store. They definitely run out of items quickly. But for the most part this location has a pretty wide selection. Just beware because there are Karens lurking about in the parking lot. Had a run in with one who wasnt paying attention where she was walking. The Karen thought it was smart to walk behind my car right as I was getting ready to back out of a parking spot. Then proceeded to behave like she had such a traumatic encounter with my car that literally didnt move. 🙄 So be careful out there yall. Karens apparently cant see the lights behind cars that indicates its getting ready to move. 👀🙄

Hard working associates! This is a very busy walmart and these workers try really hard to keep the shelves stocked! They are very helpful, considerate and accommodating! Keep up the great work!

This store is Clean. Friendly and helpful employees. They usually always have a handicapped cart. It also has anything im looking for.

It would sure be nice to go shopping and all the shelves not be empty, Douglas, benson, nogales, tucson, and pheonix Walmart are not like this why is ours they really need new management or something seriously

This car wash was not as good as I expected. The lighting is very poor and the card reader is not working properly and the cash collector is very very hard to use I had crisp dollars and each one took three times to accept. The dryer didnt work . Other than those few things . I guess considering the location I got what I paid for.

Its a good Walmart. Not open 24 hours. Has a garden center and grocery section. Even when its busy, they move pretty quick.

At 6pm on a weekday (Wednesday) they have one pharmacist and one assistant working. The doctor submitted a prescription. It took me 45 minutes to get to the store only to be told it would be at least an hour before it would be filled. Asking if it could be done quicker as the need was immediate, the assistant shrugged her shoulders. Hire more people or provide some semblance of customer service skills.

In a wheelchair and no offer of assistance in taking a grocery cart to vehicle. Not to mention some of the most inconsiderate people shopping I have ever seen. Bunch of a**holes

Handicap parking is horrible, there are not enough spaces. Makes me really angry when someone is just sitting in their vehicle in a handicap space waiting for the shopper to come out. Have some common courtesy and drop them off at the door and use a regular space while waiting. Those of us who are shopping alone need the space. I really wish Walmart could keep the shelves stocked. It is frustrating not being able to buy the items needed. I understand prices are going up, but I am seriously considering taking my business to another store. I am not really saving any money at Walmart anymore. I have always loved Walmart, was an employee, bit do to my handicap worsening I had to resign. So I know how things work in the back. Management is allowing the employees to do mediocre work and no one cares.

Its a small town walmart so there is nkk it much that can be said that has not been heard.I was, however, surprised to discover that in a military town this Walmart does not honor the military.

This is the WORST WALMART EVER!! ONHANDS are wrong. Mgrs dont know the basic. Just making dumb excuses. The online pickers are lazy...got charged for items that I didnt receive. Shelves NOT stocked properly and items online saying the store have but don’t. WHAT IS THE MGMT doing??? Are you working or just collecting a check while sitting on your behinds? I NEVER SEEN SUCH A LAZY BUNCH OF.......no words!!!

It was crowded this visit. It is usually not so bad, but Friday afternoon was a popular time. This store was quite picked over. Lots of empty spots on the shelves. I was able to get what I needed, but could have gotten more if the items were better stocked. Still a great place to get a wide variety of items.

It was a typical Walmart. Does anyone remember ROLL BACKS Or .77¢ for a bag of chips? They are the only store that has zero Deals or specials now, But ppl go in droves there to pay more???... WAKE UP PPL!!! That is why I gave it 4 stars.

Last 2 times now i told cashier this debit card i have to use keypad to inter my pin # both times they replay was okay but no key pad no leaving with what i needed because they dont know whats wrong annd just nothing they can do wow okay then why are they even there? Didnt help me any but what can we do seems like always a walmart stop we all get it but sure would enjoy no more walmart stops

I am generally a fan of Walmart but the fact that they are moving ahead with self-checkout and only a small number of cashier check-outs is a game changer for me. They are shifting their labor costs and responsibilities directly/physically to their customers. Whats next, will we be expected to stock the shelves? I sincerely hope they consider delaying this policy change until all-cart scans are a reality. I, personally, will make fewer trips to Walmart.

Long lines at self checkouts. They need professional cashier help with better attitudes. I always say if you dont like your job leave it to someone who does

Our Walmart really needs to offer more. Had to drive to Benson for the item I was looking for because our Walmart didnt carry it. Super disappointed.

I had dropped my insulin and it was lunch time there was an angry customer in front of me that took a long time so when it was my turn they said i couldnt get my insulin. I let them know that i was paying cash and they didnt have to go through insurance. They still wouldnt sell me the insulin. Thats horrible fora diabetic. Such a disappointment for Walmart. Worst survice ever. I wish I could rate it zero stars

I called customer service for Walmart, and first I was looking on help on a order that I didnt receive! I called Walmart. Com as my local store said! 1st I got a recording saying my last order was in June and I said that was wrong my last order was in August 2021, and I got nothing! Then a man answered and I told him what my problem was! That I made a order at the beginning of August 2021, and I received a message that it was delivered 31 August 2021 and I did not receive the order and I checked with neighbors and they didnt receive see anything! So this person said are you talking about Junes order and I repeated the hold thing again and he took about ten minutes and then he said that order was delivered on 23 August and again, that I received a message yesterday saying the order was delivered on 31 August and I didnt receive it then he looks again and repeated that order was delivered on 23 August and again I told him that I was talking about order delivered on 31 August! He said it was delivered on 23 August and I said it doesnt matter which dated I still didnt receive this order! He said I can give you a refund and I asked the amount and that was it! So I said ok and how long before I receive the refund and he said about a week! I think never before have I had so much trouble getting information about a order! WHAT A MESS! OH, IVE HAVE HAD TROUBLE BEFORE BUT THE PERSON DIDNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH VERY WELL! BUT TODAY TJAT WASNT THE CASE! IM NOT SHORE I WELL ORDER FROM WALMART AGAIN!

I love walmart in sierra vista. they have such a knowledgeable staff. Thank you Walmart for hiring our veterans, seniors and in the middle adults. it is nice that a large stores associates gives their customers that mom and pop store atmosphere.

Everyone was great! I had foot surgery and I need electric cart and they were very kind to get me one and find a wheelchair for me to sit down until the electric cart was brought to me. Im from out of state and need to pick up an antibiotic tomorrow and everybody at the pharmacy and at the checkout line was wonderful.

Hard to find any help especially the paint department. Otherwise clean store. Mostly stocked well. The only dept. I get good help is electronics

They did have cashiers at the register😁 Only thing I would say really needed improvement is their parking lot. Maybe have an area for larger vehicles like trucks pulling trailers or Mack trucks. That way you dont have small cars or smaller vehicles going in and out and around trucks. makes it easier for everybody else

This place has EVERYTHING you can imagine! This is totally a one stop store, from grocery shopping, clothes, electronics, office supply, Gardening, Camping Equipment, Sports Equipment, Pharmacy......you name it, its there. Even the people that shop there are from all walks of life! Diversity in every way, shape and form.

All good. I think some of the employees in the electronics department could use a bit more knowledge on the electronic products they currently sell especially the smartphones like for example the Unlocked phones they sell. Oh and they should carry phone cases for the unlocked phones they sell but for some weird reason they dont sell the cases for the unlocked phones that they sell or at least for the motos. its kinda ridiculous to not sell those accessories for there unlocked phones.

One of the more well kept Wal Marts iv had around the country ..... Only complaint I have, as a nighttime person from back east, Is that its not 24hrs like normal stores and I cant do my shopping in peace at 3am or 4am when the city is deserted, like I prefer to do.....

Well, its a Wal-Mart so what do you think its going to be like?I was impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the store. It seemed pretty well kept. I had a few questions on where to find things and the staff seemed pretty knowledgeable and actually took time to take me where the items were.Check out experience was exactly what you would expect.

Better than the neighborhood market on 1st and ft lowell. Worth the time and distance to travel to. Clean store. Friendly employees. Fast checkout. Great parking. Nearby other great shopping plazas.

Walmart is great.... But the picks are from the pandas express across the parking lot.

It looked like about 50% of the grocery merchandise was out of stock. Sad!

Garden center employee would not check me out until shift started. Carrying loads of garden products to front registers and than back to garden area where I parked at 9 am is pretty slack for Walmart standard. I could have waited for 15 minutes if I wanted while 2 off shift employees came on shift all while sitting at a register talking, not to mention 2 gate keepers in garden and 1 stocker all in same area. Its a wonder I do not miss shopping there.

I hate all WalMart stores. The merchandise is poorly made and the clerks are too lazy to be bothered with actually providing customer service.

The shopping experience was overall good, picked up everything needed, groceries, clothes, and medicine. I do not care for all registers being self-checkout.

They really have a good selection of products. the only gripe is a minor one, they move things around too many times too often.

I arrived late, during closing at the vision center. I broke my glasses and only have 1 eye. The lady quickly looked for frame and helped me with a smile even though she was closing!!!! AWESOME JOB VISION CENTER

This walmart does not stay well stocked. Its HOTTER than Hades inside. Some cashiers are great, others should not work in customer service.

I just hate that I cant find things that I use to be able to get w/no problem, like Mountain dew made w/real sugar & not high fructose corn syrup, that stuff is so bad for you, cups of soup, cereal, etc....What gets me the most is the way people look @ you if you dont have a mask on, that is the worse of all besides how much the price of EVERYTHING has gone up since Biden became president. I DONT GET IT.

Its a Walmart. The people are nice, and they have a decent selection when theyre stocked. I like the self-checkout option, and Im looking forward to trying the cheesesteak when the store opens inside.

I hate checking out $150 worth of groceries I am sick and tired of chasing around your store trying to find everything that youve moved and then having to bag my own groceries put them in the cart and haul them to the car. Sorry Walmart no thank you. Im going elsewhere.
