Great iced latte and chai. All the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mom n I got some goodies to-go and all was delicious. Mom said thats the best iced latte she has had in years.The mask mandate is very disappointing. I am from Florida and being clean and healthy is just part of life; Not to be forced upon businesses or individuals, imposed by our government.

This place is BEAUTIFUL! I personally want to thank the staff for having to put up with privileged white men who storm into their establishment without masks and berate them. I got to see that happen a few times in my 2 hour visit and the staff handled those situations with grace and courage.Aside from that, the menu is SUPERB. I had their iced mocha and then I ordered their lavendar relax tea. As I was leaving, I got to see some of the tasty lunch dishes they were serving up. I definitely plan on coming back as this is a top notch, high quality establishment.

First time there but wont be the last! Its quite a ways from where I live but worth it! The atmosphere is the best! And the service is also wonderful as they explained everything about the drinks We asked about & told us about They are Friday and Saturday night happy hour and that they have local musicians come and play! Im looking forward to that and to go back on a sunny day as theyre back area outside is beautiful with a water feature and just so relaxing. If you havent gone yet you must go!

Wow! Came here after some negative things were falsely said about the place. Walked in and IMMEDIATELY loved the atmosphere and it just looked so nice on the inside- bigger than expected! The employees were incredibly kind and the sandwich and drink I ordered were fantastic! Definitely a great place and I WILL be coming back some more. Thanks for being in Vista!

There coffee is wonderful. The new place is so nice, relaxing, comfy... love it!However - they should have stuck with coffee! Went there for lunch. Got a grilled turkey sandwich with onions and pesto. So, the bread was soggy and cold... not sure how they grilled it. The onions were slices so thin - you did not notice them in the sandwich. The pesto was pretty good.I will be back for coffee and a scone... but not for lunch!

This is a great place to stop for a breakfast tea and pastry or later in the day for lunch. Everything on the menu is good and worth sampling.

This is my first time visiting this establishment. The coffee is strong but not bitter. The atmosphere is relaxing and family friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating. You can buy coffee beans, food, and coffee related merchandise. I will definitely be coming back.

Here visiting family and we came to this cute establishment with really good sandwiches or wraps and smoothies. Very chilled atmosphere everyone ate and enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely visit again next time in town. Also very affordable with good portions of food.

Great place! It’s rather strange that coffee shops aren’t open on Sundays in Sierra Vista, which doesn’t make sense because everyone is back in town by then. May consider having some hours on Sundays? I can’t begin to tell you how much business SV loses because of limited hours. That’s why half the town stays in Tucson all weekend.

My wife and I went here for their newly obtained liquor license and sandwiches as our date night. We loved the siracha fries, and turkey pesto sandwich. Drinks were great and they were open for suggestions. Super excited for the locally owed restaurant. Of course the atmosphere makes this place! Great place try it anytime of day!!

First they have a podium with paper order forms you fill out to give to the cashier at the beginning of the line that has no obvious signage of the system they want you to use. So we go back to get paper menus after we’re at the front and fill them out at the cashier and hold up the line instead of losing our spot- whatever. The underage cashier didn’t know what a mimosa was at a brunch places he works at yet the place sells hard liquor and she’s mixing drinks while also pouring- ok. Then they mess up the sandwich order after we write down our order for them using their system. If you’re gunna mess up sandwich orders after I write it down for you, then what’s the point of making me fill out a order form. Why am I doing the cashier’s job of writing an order down. Use your system correctly or just have a competent cashier take the order at the register. Maybe have orange juice and sparkling wine handy since you sell booze. Plenty variety, good coffee, and tasty sandwiches when you get past the inefficiency.Update: we have gone back 4 times because my girl wants this place to work out so bad but it always screws up the sandwich order. Charming place with no service, but the manager did refund us. At least management is tracking the system is jacked up and does something about it.

Great coffee shop. This is the best place to come if you want a pleasant, inviting, roomy-but-also-cozy atmosphere.

Breakfast burrito egg and sausage very tasty. But I got it to go and it was cold. I saw a microwave but did not have time to nuke after waiting for it. Strange I thought because I was going to eat it on the way to work. Change in plans. Burrito was then lunch and heated it up at work.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I travel and am dependent on the coffee shops along the way to get my computer work done. I am writing this review from Sedona but keep thinking back to how lovely Urbano Coffee was! Aside from the fact that their menu (both for drinks and food) is impressive, I mostly loved the coziness of the place. It is like sitting down in your own living room. Even when the place is fairly full and busy, I still felt like I could stay focused as all of the seating options are spaced out and you can even feel kind of private in your own little nook. The owners are working alongside their staff and the passion and dedication just oozes out of them. Thanks for creating such a beautiful spot!My only comment and concern (and this goes for other coffee shops and restaurants as well), is the inability to drink from a ceramic or glass cup or glass. The amount of plastic and other waste generated in a place like this each day is dazzling to me and while I understand that using your own container is not possible due to covid I do wonder how much better off were all going to be health wise if we keep inundating the planet with plastic and waste. Would love to see ceramic and glass cups and actually silverware and plates for dining in...

Right off the 92 at Ramsey at the southern end of Sierra Vista. Walking in the door you are greeted by massive sacks of beans. They arent just for ambience either...they are waiting to be roasted onsite.When it comes to ambiance...they have it going on. Lots of kitschy things to look at and some big upholstered chairs with tables to kick back in. There is another room with lots of windows and some restaraunt heatrs and aditionally a covered area outside that I imagine you could have a nice cigar with your coffee.Coffee is good and way less money than Starbucks. Their large lattes come with 4 shots so yeah...theres that. Lots of yummys available as well.Brews Brothers definitely has it going on!

Urbana Coffe Company is just what Sierra Vista needs. What a spectacular coffee house. Its so much fun to look at the eclectic decor while sipping my favorite coffee. There are lots of nooks and crannies to get tucked into for quiet conversations. Being from a big city, I have been hoping for a place like this. Everybody better enjoy it before it gets really crowded after this pandemic situation.

Everything we tried at Brews Brothers Coffee was delicious! We were very impressed with the quality, and much of what they offer is made in-house. Plenty of games, puzzles and space for kiddos. Free WiFi. Our new favorite place in town.

We asked Urbano to host a special event for us during these trying, COVID times...and they went out of their way to come through in spades! Jessica, Rick, and their staff produced a great environment and did special touches to make it a great night. The food and drinks were awesome, needless to say. Were fortunate to have this family-run business growing in our community.

Cant wait until we can use the inside of the building but the outside accommodations are nice to have during these social distancing times. Great place to grab a bite and your favorite hot or cold beverage (Its the mango smoothie no whip for me) and spend some time with a good book or a good friend.

Just had a cappuccino and I loved it. Had this cacao nutty after taste with some chalky characteristics. Wont be for everyone but I loved it. The foam was creamy silk goodness. Those hints of choco were hidden deep in that coffee roastiness. Also this place has mexican coffee which is rare from my experience. I didnt buy it because I have lots of coffee but I will some time later if its available. Out of the way but plenty of parking and an outside seating area. Not a 5 star spot but a really good place nonetheless.

My friends and I loved having coffee at Brews Brothers. We care deeply about the owners and staff and it was with much anticipation we awaited the opening of Urbano. We would gladly be the first to patronize their establishment and show support during the difficult COVID era. Sadly we have been unable to enjoy the new location. We are very disappointed since they do not have restroom facilities available. We would gladly sit in the parking area to visit over coffee, but the lack of a restroom makes it impossible to linger over coffee for a couple of hours. Almost everyone needs a restroom after a couple of cups of coffee. It is understandable that restrictions have arisen due to COVID yet, many other businesses provide restroom facilities for their clientele. They have understood the want and need to their clientele and taken the proper measures to provide the necessities. If the restrooms are still under construction, contact a service and provide outdoor toilets. It isnt understandable why the issue isnt a priorty that requires addressing and resolution. We cannot be the only people who have to take our business to one of your competitors. We have no other option except to choose to meet for coffee elsewhere. We miss you and want to come back!

A great place for coffee! Since its a bit out of the way, its usually the choice when returning from a hike in Ramsey Canyon. Spacious, welcoming decor, big Arizona room and outdoor space, it definitely feels like youre in the country, and its a nice extension to a day outdoors exploring the Huachucas.

Coffee is incredibly inconsistent. Owners are rude and try to argue with all feedback directed at them. I wanted to like this place, but the prices and quality are awful even for a small local shop in a little town. We’re talking higher than Starbucks prices for less than half the quality. This isn’t the tiny mom and pops stall that they started as, even though they’ll try to portray that to get crowdfunding from their paying customers.Owners make terrible business decisions and use Covid as an excuse for their behavior. They were just planning to build a pool not long ago (during Covid) and then started asking their already overcharged customers for thousands and thousands of dollars and still charge them for whip cream.

Called 2 times before I went (for prices), & the gentleman was very polite. Got there a few minutes later and had good conversation with the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and a nice young lady. I learned a few things about Brews Brothers while waiting on 1 Mocha Frappe and 2 hot chocolates. After we left, I got about 1/2 a mile away when my girlfriend tasted the Mocha Frappe & decided that she wanted one all to herself 😅 I think shes decided that Starbucks lost her business 😁😁❤❤❤❤❤ Thanks for the great coffee Brews Brothers!! And her kids said the hot chocolates were good too!!

Coffee is tasty, service is slow. Prepare to be here for minimum of 10 minutes. Dont stop here for a quick cup of morning joe on your way to work, unless you have time to spare. Nice spot if your looking to hold a meeting, or sit down but theres got to be a way to make service quicker.
