Great customer service & friendly staff. Copies are crazy expensive. Payed over $12.00 for 13 copies of regular 8.5 x 11 paper.

Had to print off 3 sets of a 100 page document for a school project. First time I used a staples. Will in print area was very helpful and nice. Did what I needed and looked great when I picked up.

Bought a $200 Brother Printer, and they cant seem to help me install it. Oh just go to the website - Like that will solve the issue. These printers are complex and not easy to install. The instructions are not helpful, unless you have a lot of experience installing printers. This why I prefer to purchase from Best By, because they actually have people who will help make the product work for you. So disappointed!

Morgan in the pringing dept was so helpful today! I was ordering some baby shower invitations & she was so nice with prices, etc. She took my info & said they ready n about 2 days. It wasn’t but about 3 hours & she called saying they were done! I drove rt there & she had them all cut & in a box. They looked great! GOOD JOB MORGAN!!!!Kim

It is a good store. I usually find what I am looking for and more. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Some of the products can be a little bit expensive but there are some good deals too. I like that they are open until 9 pm during the week.

For the most part, you are better off just wandering around and looking for what you need rather than asking, as they likely will tell you the wrong thing. Forget about using the copy center. I bought a lemon of a laptop here once but they did accept it back no questions asked. Employees tend to be incompetent. I wish I didnt end up feeling frustrated after shopping here but half the time I do.

Went in to have 3 PDF files printed and bound. Employee (#1) put in the ticket and told me they would be ready the next day. I went in the next day to pick up. After two different workers searched around and on their computer, it was found out that that employee #1 from previous night did not save the project and therefore they were not printed yet they had a ticket. So employee #2 took down the order. He printed a handful of pages. I noticed text missing and coming out as little squares so I pointed it out to him. He acknowledged, did something on his computer reprinted, and it came out correct. I told him I need these manuals done right, not fast. Was told they would be ready next day. Day 3, I go in. One manual is perfect. Two others have the same text-little square issue all throughout which shows they did a rush job and do not check the products they are producing. Employee #2 happen to be there and comes to ask about the manuals. I point out all the issues. Hes nonchalant and no real concern, no apologies, etc. So in comes store manager to handle the issue. Well see how they turn out. Absolutely ridiculous the people that work behind the print counter at this store. If you dont care about your job or dont want to be involved as a customer service rep, find a new job. Whats the point of doing projects or tasks people are paying for and expect to be done right if youre just going to rush it or put little to no effort into ensuring its done right the first, definitely the second time?

For the issues I was having with my HP laptop, he went above and beyond. He really knows his stuff. Conflict issues with Windows 10 and my Symantic software. . . Problem solved on the spot. 5 stars to Kevin and to my favorite tech store Staples

Fast, I dont like that they dont allow small dogs inside the store. In Arizona its illegal to leave a dog in your car. Guess Ill be going to Walmart from now on where our little Lucy is loved.

My father in law passed away and coming to this location made preparing for the ceremony and the funeral a bit easier. We were printing multiple pictures, programs and buying other materials and making many changes in the process day after day and the customer service was top of the line from all the employees. A very special thanks to Ernesto that works at the copy center; for going above and beyond in customer service, being very professional, understanding and providing the prints in a timely manner. During this very tight schedule we had, you helped and saved us time. Thank you!

Very positive experiences there, Gary in Tech & Ernesto in the copy center makes you feel like you are the CEO of whatever you are doing. Very knowledgeable individuals and customer service oriented. Whenever I am looking for office supplies this is my 1st stop.

Have bought a lot of things from this store in the past. I recently bought a laptop computer from them and it was a nightmare! Three trips back to the store and they could not repair it, the trips were 90 miles round trip, tried to give me a lesser value computer in exchange, finally opted for my money back. They would not do an upgrade. Will never go back in this store! Customer satisfaction sucks!!!

I called about computer monitors and I was told they have some 4K that “ranged” from $350 to $400??? I asked what brand and size they said I would have to go on line or come in store?? Yeah. This will be the last time for me. They could not walk 10’ to give me data. Wow.

Had to go here to pick up some same day return address labels. While there they had a massive 2 day Sale on paper. With rebate a ream was $0.01! I thought the rebate would be bad but you just make an account and then type your receipt ID. Took 2 seconds but of course now I have to wait for the pre-paid card. I had a small error on the mailing lables and the print shop fixed it no problem with great customer service.

Had a great shopping experience at the Sierra Vista, AZ Staples. Tera, Robert and the other two CSRs I interacted with were very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase.

Could not open my 5 mb powerpoint file to print a project. Failed to inform me they had not printed it. Arrived, and the only explanation was that it should have been in pdf format, even though I confirmed beforehand that a powerpoint slide was fine.

They have my best Boulder my friend she likes to have orders I have to buy her one every week she she needs to keep track of them for real she does she never keep track of anything

Show up 40 mins before they say they close and all employees are standing out front doing nothing and the store is closed up. How rude. Your hours online say 10pm is your closing time not 9:20pm. Update your hours on your website so people don’t waste time coming to a closed freaking store.

Went to Staples to figure out why our computer stopped getting onto our WiFi. They were very helpful and fixed the problem !!! Also No Charge !!!

Just a cash register and as I was loading it to my vehicle, it say 2AA manganese batteries not included. So I went back to the store to buy the batteries. But nobody know about it and the person trying to help me suggested to open my cash register to look at the battery compartment and try a regular 2AA alkaline batteries. I was thinking that why dont he check the register that they sell so that he will know it for future references...I guess he is too lazy to do so.

This place is horrible, the workers are rude and incompetent. I went to buy a $450 laptop that I desperately need for school and he wasnt interested in helping me find one that would fit my need. This would be my fourth visit and still not leaving with a laptop. My family and I will never be back.
