The pharmacy here is great but none of the store’s employees seem very happy. They installed an Arizona State Lottery kiosk and I had scratchers worth $220. I take them to checkout. How much, another not so happy clerk says. I say $220 and he says we can’t do that, we don’t have enough money. We can only do $20. Excuse me, why do you have that kiosk, if you aren’t prepared to pay people? This is the same store that installed a self checkout next to a cashier, where customers were forced to stand 3 feet apart, during the height of the pandemic. Poor sun kissed Zonies.
Either their website is lying that they take tricare or the pharmacy is lying that they don’t. Either way, what pharmacy doesn’t accept Tricare when then are right next to a military base? Unacceptable.
The pharmacy is so good!
As I was checking out the cashier Sandra was very rude and had a bad tone to her voice. An was saying just cause the sticker says 50% off doesnt mean the whole shelf was 50% off. I took her over to see an the whole rack was 50% off.
Unbelievably LAZY - there was a line of 7 people up at the counter just now - and the supposed Customer Service Representative i.e. the CASHIER stood there and told EVERYONE - including a person in a wheelchair AND elderly people to use the self check outs - while she stood behind the counter and DID NOTHING.
Spent 45 minutes in this store, for a flu shot & several items. Had to return (10 miles) because I was charged twice on my credit card. While in the store the first time, there was a malfunction on their side, which resulted in me standing in line, long line of people waiting behind me, mad. Two trips, 1-1/2 hours. They installed a self checkout kiosk 3 feet from a counter register, placing customers 3 feet apart.THIS IS A PHARMACY DURING A PANDEMIC! After 15 years I am a new Walgreens customer. They have a drive through.
I needed help at the pharmacy this morning but arrived 2 hours before it opened. Fortunately for me, Athena was working in the closed Pharmacy and took the time to answer my questions. She was a great help! Really appreciated her taking extra care with me. Great customer-centric attitude, Athena :-)
A customer for many years. Cant think of a problem that hasnt been dealt with appropriately. We are all so rushed... a little patience goes a long way. Respect and kindness is a two way street.
The people behind the pharmacy counter are not very friendly. And they are so slow oh an other thing these people have no clue what there doing or talking about . David is the only good one there unfortunately the others make him look bad
Took my 97 year old Mom for a flu shot. We had an appointment, and still had to wait an hour. The pharmacy employees are efficient, but overworked. Especially the pharmacist who gives the injections.
I always find CVS staff very helpful and professional whether I need pharmacy, regular goods or a cashier’s assistance.
Been using this CVS pharmacy for a couple years. As long as you, yourself arent rude or demanding, the staff are calm and professional. The medications can sometimes be two or three hours late past when they say itll be ready so I use the CVS app.The store seems generally clean, and although the unspoken line-up area for the pharmacy could be better shown, still fully functional.Ive had much worse experiences at the Walgreens than here!
I miss my old pharmacy. Customer service is poor. It is impossible to speak with someone. They are charging large copays for things have never had to pay for.
One of the many stores in the area that do not have items such as makeup, to meet the needs of the off military post, residents of color. Post has products for all skin hues. Non military & anon DoD cant shop in base stores. We shop in stores on the economy, such as this CVS. Their statement remains that they dont have enough request for other shades of makeup, and they cant just change what they have in stock . This was from the day manager. The item I searched the isles for was BLACK eyebrow contour brush system. The darkest shade they had was dark brown. So colors went from light brown through to medium dark brown.
CVS is always helpful, as long as the customer (yourself) is not rude or disgruntled towards the employees either at cash register or pharmacy, they are friendly. If an employee sees you just looking they are always willing to help unlike most pharmacy stores.
Had what we wanted for a reasonable price.
This is the second time the store failed me. Initially filled an antibiotic for granddaughter then lied to me about being able to flavor the medicine said they no longer do that.Today I had surgery in Tucson, two hernias repaired. Dr faxed in pain med at 3pm. I arrived at store at 5 PM prescription was not ready told they would expedite it and to come back in two hours. This store is a disgrace to Cvs
Im starting the switch from Walgreens to this CVS. Prices always are cheaper, the new remodel looks great, almost never a wait to check out, and the new manager dude, Daniel Smith (i believe) is a great guy.
Be very careful with your medication when using this pharmacy. According to the pharmacist they do not have time to delete old medication orders that have been replaced with a new dose or med. They will send you messages about the old meds that you should not take.
Been going here for years. Never had problems!
Pretty so-so for a CVS. I generally see a nicer, better kept store at most CVS locations. The clerk I dealt with was grumpy and unhelpful and seemed put out to assist me. Wont be back unless I really need something... Will probably go across the street to Walgreens.
I Would give them 0 stars if I could. I have Never experienced such awful customer service. The people running The pharmacy are by far the worst. I Will never shop At another CVS again.
I am so put out at this pharmacy for claiming they never receive prescriptions from Doctors offices. It happens so often, they should close their doors! Shameful for us seniors who depend on medications, then CVS claims they never received the request. I cant take the aggravation anymore!!! I will go elsewhere!! Do you read your terrible reviews????
I discovered that a prescription filled by this pharmacy for cholesterol which cost me $80 per month was shorted by 10 doses.I contacted the pharmacy directly and spoke with the pharmacist Dave, who informed me that they very rarely make mistakes and that he would be more than happy to refill my prescription but he was not willing to replace the 10 doses that I was shorted and paid for.He then wanted to argue with me rather than just admitting that they had erred in their count, and replacing what they had obviously shorted me of .I would seriously suggest to CVS hiring a new pharmacist who is adult enough to admit there errors. The cost associated with medication is drastic enough and then to have to deal with a complete moron just adds to peoples frustration.
The WORST website I have ever used (or attempted to use)! Works about 20% of the time. If the website was a convenience, like other pharmacy website, I would have given it 5 stars.
This CVS isnt the one we usually go to. Its a big store, though, and the staff is friendly. The pharmacy people were a bit unfriendly. The ladies were helpful, but we waited for the pharmacist to give a consultation and he was very slow. He took his time and, like many pharmacies, didnt show much concern. He gave me a short sentence on how to take the medication, not much detail. When I asked if it would make me sick or what either side effects, he said that I should take it with food because it can cause stomach problems. I had to ask him to find that out.
Reading these neative reviews really surprises me! Every time I enter the store someone says hello, and when Ieave I get a good-bye (unless theyre really busy). The pharmacy is always polite, has my prescriptions ready - if there is a problem, they always check it out for me. I am just always satisfied when l leave there. And Im there at least once or twice a week. 5 stars in my book!
Id give zero stars if possible. My insurance has some kind of deal with CVS, so were forced to use them. Ive never had them actually have a prescription ready, even with days to fill it. Im convinced they dont start it until you show up in person, and then it seems to typically take another two or more days to get it filled. The employees are really nice except for the blonde woman thats works in the pharmacy, shes about as nice as hemorrhoids the day after eating spicy food. This place is obviously severely understaffed and the business is badly run since they have been like this for years and havent fixed anything.Edit: It has now been three days and my prescription is still being filled. Thank cod this is acne cream and not insulin or something important.Edit #2: Its now been four days, and when I mentioned to the blonde lady that they have been lying to me all week, she just repeatedly snapped at me to go to drop off. Ivewwasted hours trying to get one thing, so i just left, and moved all my prescriptions to Walmart. Im done with this joke of a business.
Checked to see if CVS would use a coupon for a prescription I had sent to Frys. CVS called me back and said yes they would honor the coupon for $11.49 but I had to change the prescription from Frys to CVS. I had the Dr. reissue the prescription to CVS and when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me $141.00. They said they could no longer give me the coupon price. I will NEVER use them!!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible, rude and unprofessional. I went shopping there today.I went to use the restroom. They looked at me and my t-shirt and shorts and acted like I was a homeless person and told me I couldnt use their bathroom. When I asked the manager about it, he said Im sorry for the inconvenience but you know how it is with a public bathroom when people destroy things.
This CVS store looks outstanding looking from outside, but once stepped in the store and look, particulaly on the items on the shelves, they are all messy and disorganized. It is always difficult as I try to buy overthecounter medicine -- they are messy and disorganized. On one occasion, I bought a alcholic drink, which was tampered --watered down--and tasted almost like water. I asked for the manager-- an employer said he is not in. I told the employee of the tampered alcoholic drink and this issue hasnt been resolved. That was it. The store has to replaced the management.
I like CVS are a norm with their large selection but the Pharmacy here is always busy with a line and wait, even for pickups. The prices are okay but not great, unless on sale. They usually seem under staffed at the register with little help on the floor.
By far the WORSE CVS Drugstore Ive ever been in.Wish I could rank this lower. Scripts NEVER ready when I go to pick them up. Store is dirty, trash on the floors, bathroom not clean.WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS HOLE IN THE WALL.Dont know if the problem is understaffed, or over worked but whatever it is they need to fix it.
Worst pharmacy in town. I hated this place for the long lines and poor service, but recent experiences have ensured I will never return. My newly adopted special needs son had a severe asthma attack on 01/02/13. He received treatment at the doctor and was released only because she felt we could keep it under control with frequent breathing treatments. CVS took 3 hours to fill his prescriptions and sent me home with only 3 of his 4 medications, not even bothering to tell me they were missing the 4th medication. They told me the next day they were out of the medication, so I filled it at Kmart (which was great service, thanks). CVS made me pay $462.67 out of pocket because their computer system couldnt verify my sons AHCCCS coverage. They promised they would refund the money when they could access the records again, but on 01/03/13 they only refunded $58.68, saying one of the medications needed prior authorization. At that time the pharmacist kept my receipt, only giving me back a rejection message for the medication that had cost $403.99. I returned 01/08/13 after verifying that the doctor authorized the medication, and was told that I would not get a refund because I did not have my receipt. I showed my credit card statement, which had both the initial $462.67 payment and the $58.68 refund on it. I showed them my ID and the credit card itself. They refused to help. They are trying to keep my $403.99 even though AHCCCS has authorized the medication. Staff was rude and condescending, didnt seem interested at all in the fact that $403.99 is hardly a drop in the bucket.
Fast and friendly service
Store is OK and staff is nice. Crack head customers are unavoidable in Sierra vista and theyre all on meds so they tend to frequent this place.
Pharmacy is slow and and not friendly. Go somewhere else.
I have found the staff at the pharmacy to be very professional, courteous and friendly
This has to be the worst pharmacy between Tucson and the New Mexico border. Sloooooooow, no customer support skills and no desire to help their patrons.
Super nice and helpful staff.
Pretty much everyone that works here is rude as anything!
Always friendly, helpful and good coupons
Worst customer service ever. Medication was not ready for pick-up and my husband was given the run-around. This had been the third time where we had to wait in different lines. This was bad, even for a CVS that are normally not service-oriented.
The pharmacy clerk Melissa was rude to me and to my insurance company on the phone. Ill be going back to Target.
Rudest staff Ive ever had to deal with
Pharmacy is very knowledgeable and helpful
It was totally expected
The worst pharmacy in Sierra Vista there is always something wrong
Employees are hateful
Great service
I dont know I had kind of a difficult experience here they pushed a rewards card on me and they needed my debit card in order to enroll me in a free trial program that cost $5 a month so my $7 purchase was free which was nice but they made me go pick up $3 worth of free merchandise more which I had to do before I could get the free $7 and then I had to go online to cancel it and that wouldnt work so I had to call the 800 number to cancel it so I wouldnt be billed $5 every month. That was my experience with CVS
