Rant for Sean, the manager at Kay Jewelers. 3 and a half months ago, I made an order for a custom ring. Had a great impression of Sean. Excited to do business and future business with him. Put 25% down. We were told 6 to 8 weeks which was perfect. Plan was proposing on 9/11 due to a deeply personal date. Visited the store and called a few times for updates. Not once would he tell me. And not the other employees or the 1-800 number I called could tell me updates because only my salesman had access to my order because its a custom order. So today we came in. Sean was on break and when he finally came in, he went straight to office. Took him another 10 minutes to finally come out. His immediate excuse was they had a finished ring but it got lost in transit. So its going to be another couple weeks while they make another one. Yea I dont know about you but I recognize lies when I hear them. How could there have been a finished ring when we had never decided on the stone? Wasnt shown any proof of this. No paperwork at all. Without hesitation, he gave me back my refund. No apology. No attempt to keep my business. Very disappointed.
Sean & Nancy have been so helpful. They are such a hard working crew and truly care about everyone of their customers. I am so thankful for them and everything they do.
My experience at this Kay jewelers has always been exceptional. Some of the people there have been at this location for a long time.

Awesome! After 38yrs of marriage my husband lost his wedding band. He wanted to replace it with one just like it. We went to Kays and they had the exact one in the exact size AND 20% off today... Woohoo!🎉

My wife and I just happened to swing by Kay Jewelers to review a number of pocket watches they just received (Im a collector). She noticed a rose gold ring and was intrigued. Having outgrown our own wedding bands years ago, we havent worn any since. I dislike establishments whose employees hover too closely over every customer...intent on closing a sale with pressure tactics. This stores Associate gave us plenty of room, reacted only when we expressed interest in a particular item, was VERY personable and LISTENED to our questions. We never felt at any time that we were being pushed or pressured to buy. We connected well, established a friendly conversation that resulted in our purchase of replacement rose gold wedding bands that delighted both my wife and me. I was so impressed, I also purchased a charm for my granddaughter. Unusual service for this day and age - a true delight and guaranteed to ensure our return for future needs. Buy with confidence. JCH

Never again.............bought two rings.returned two rings. 600 miles back and back and back.im sorry dosent get it anymore. Called corpret office. Again I heard was were sorry miss white. I should have spent all the gas money on a better more reputable brand jeweler and been done with it. What a nitemare.so kay can be sorry while I shop elsewhere. Shame on key jewelers expensive gifts shouldnt be returned and serviced 4 times within one year. Again.....shame on key jewelers.
Amazing staff..and they didnt push for anything I didnt want. Great insight and they knew their products and got me to what I wanted pretty quickly. Great experience.
I took my brand new Omega watch to change the band and they told me they can do it, but they ended up not being able to size it because they didn’t have the right tools, plus they ended up damaging the band and bending the inside piece where it could not close anymore. I brought it up to the manager and he denied any wrong doing and the bent piece they just bent it back in place to where it can close. Afterward they told me they could not it anything about it and left us with a damaged watch. I do not recommend coming to this place because it seems all they want is to have sales and not care about the customer.

The staff is the best there is. I have never had a bad experience. I go there 4 or 5 times a year and gave for the past 8 years. The staff are friendly, personable, and have excellent service skills. No pressure, no big upsale, just a great selection and they can fitvalmost any hudget.
