Cool place to go geek out about retro games. Chris is the best!

Recently, the store changed owners and the improvements have been fantastic. While its still a work in progress, the owners (husband and wife), are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will work their hardest to find whatever youre looking for in the Retro gaming market. Not only is this a store for buying games and systems, but there are also TVs and chairs to play games on and hangout. With food and drinks being added in the near future! Definitely my new up and coming spot in Sierra Vista with nothing else like it.

This place is amazing and yes highly recommended over that other place,and the owner is awesome please stop by,and check this place out! You will be entertained and taken care of if you love games and gaming!

Chris and her husband are very knowledgeable owners who are passionate about the hobby and focused on bringing an inclusive video gaming scene to Sierra Vista. I can appreciate the changes they have made to the business since the previous owner sold it

Wonderful place, great new owners.This place has vastly improved after the change in ownership. Significantly cleaner, nicer staff and in store entertainment (arcade games)Retro and modern games, consoles, handhelds now span the store. They still have plenty of classic, collectible and retro games. I would say they have four times the inventory as last year.I heard they are expanding into DnD, Warhammer, cards and other nerdery but as of August 2021 its only video games.

Great little shop with retro games. Cant wait to see it blossom into a thriving business.

Ive been coming here almost every payday to snag their awesome games! The staff is friendly and I often find myself having nostalgic chats with other costumers about our favourite games.I highly recommend any fan of retro gaming to give the store a vist.

Fell in love with the store

I went in to grab a wireless GameCube controller. They only had off brand in stock. I asked the clerk if there were any issues with the off brand as I had read reviews that there were issues with certain games. He assured me there were no issues with the controller, so I purchased it....sure enough, it did not work with my eternal darkness game. I went back to return it to exchange for a wired one but was met with opposition. No returns apparently. Even though I specifically asked about the functionality of the controller with my game beforehand. He tested the controller with another game and claimed it works perfectly...I proceeded to tell him it doesnt work with all games...he said I would have to bring in my game and test it there...but still no refunds so why would I go through the trouble??? I bought a wired one now out the cost of two, left the wireless one there at the store since it was useless to me and left. The wired off brand one worked without any issue. I will not procure any product from this store ever again. I was in there the day before, Im obviously not a scammer, was just expecting basic return policies from a local vendor especially after specifically asking about the products possible deficiency. If I could give then 0 stars I would...In response to the owner response blaming my experience on dying batteries...I tried 6 different pairs before returning it to your store, from a newly purchased package. It wasnt the batteries...yes I left an older pair in there when I returned it...doesnt change your non existent return policy or customer blaming in store. Thats great that it worked for your copy of the game, still didnt work for mine, still had to pay again for another controller...still no refund on original purchase...

As someone who is big on supporting local businesses. They have a great sense of care for the community. And this place is kept very clean. And the retro game choices are sure to be please old and new gamers alike.

Very chill staff. Super helpful. Good selection of retro systems, accesories, and games. They also have rentable gaming areas and an arcade machine with multiple game choices. Always have a good time going in!

Fun place for everyone. Being able to play any consol and a bunch of games for an hourly fee is great. Now they have snacks and drinks as well.

I just have to be honest I like the atmosphere of the place but not good service. I went about 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday or Thursday. Ask do they have any Nintendo 64. Guy said we fresh out but Im order more next week Alright cool no problem. So I ask how much will everything be with the 64 and the games that I want with it? He gave me a figure no problem. He took down my name, number, email and said when it comes I give you a call no problem. As well as saying do you want to pay for it now or later? I said Ill pay later once you order it and it in the store. He said cool not a problem. Next week come which I know they close on Monday and Tuesday, I called Wednesday (week later)which it took them 30-40 min to answer the phone had to call 5 time before they finally picked up. Ask if he had got a chance to look up and order he said naw but Im going too Ill call you once I do. So Im like ok well I can see that cause they been closed etc etc. NEVER heard back from the shop!! I ended up finding a GREAT website that a friend Highly recommended to use. Which I did and got all I was looking for and my Nintendo 64 and the 5 games came last week and been playing it since. You dont do business like that, if you say you going to do something then DO IT or keep folks posted! Im give this a 1 star. Now if you already got your game system and just looking for game in the store then cool but to actually order something I would not recommended. Suck cause I like to help out small business in small towns

Tons of vintage games, table top games and accessories, great customer interaction, live tournaments plus the owner and his staff are great people!

Great store mostly retro items but has has some modern stuff.

Nerdtopia team sorted my ps4 and fixed all the problems I was having with it. Won’t be going anywhere else.
