The staff is nice, as other have posted. The issue is their variety. As a national retailer, youd think theyd sell merchandise for a champion in national sports (Super Bowl, World Series, etc.). They dont. The World Series just concluded, but they will not be selling items for the series winner. What kind of national outlet does that?

Literally the best customer service you could ever expect at a retail store. Theyre friendly, they are sincerely there to help find the perfect hat. They just got an embroidery machine a couple months ago, and they can customize anything. I went in looking for a Pats hat, didnt have my size in stock, but they found dozens available from their warehouse. Got four of them shipped to my house in less than a week.

Friendly staff. Easy to buy and have something put on the hat. Decent pricing.
