I am always pleased by the staff at miracle ear. I love my hearing aids. The office is nice and friendly The staff is always here and ready to help. I like to come to my visits. Its always clean and welcomin . No doubt that I love the miracle ear product.

Staff is very friendly. The environment is warm and inviting. Casie and Ciara are always so professional and polite. I am a very satisfied customer. My husband loves the candy the girls always have ready for him.

My experience at Miracle Ear was great as usual. They are always very personal and professional. My hearing aids are nice and clean and I can hear out of them again. They had gotten quite clogged up.

Came in for information and the ladies in the office were very professional. Casie was knowledgeavle and made me feel comfprtable and Ciarra was verg welcoming.

I truly enjoyed my time, Casie was really kind and helpful and all my years owning hearing aids I learned a lot more with seating with them for only 30 minutes! So overall 10/10 would recommend!

Casie and Ciarra very personable.

Mary Helen was friendly yet totally professional. She knew exactly what she was doing all the time. When it came time to explain the results of my testing she explained so well that I felt that I could have explained it to someone else. I never felt like a dummy even though I know nothing about my ears. You better keep her. I bought two hearing aids and will keep going there as long as she is there.With the current visit, I have found the same superior and professional service and also great care from both Mary Helen and the assistant (Im very sorry but I cant remember her name and I should because she always is friendly and assists Mary Helen with many things as support and does the office things also). Im so glad to have both of them, but especially Mary Helen there to take care of any and all of my little worries and questions as the hearing aids are perfect. My whole experience with Mary Helen and her assistant and Miracle-Ear has truly, truly changed my life for the best!

You know I didnt know how bad my hearing was until I went to Miracle Ear for a test.I must say I have met some wonderful people there. I am really glad I took that first step!
