The staff are very helpful and professional. Recent products and pricing are very reasonable for a small town. I am grateful for local access to cannabis. You can drive to Tucson and get lower pricing, trade for time and gas, you are right at the same price. I am very happy with the staff here, and have been to many in CO, CA and AZ.Thanks guys.

Just had to give a shout out to Tim. He was not only knowledgable but very easy going and down to earth. Could have talked to him for a while. Im from Phoenix and can be very picky. They honestly had some great strains at a really good price. I was reading some of the reviews and couldnt help but laugh. Thank you guys again.

I enjoy visiting here. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. I learn something new every time I go in. I am new.I do wish they had chairs to sit on in the back. I have a great deal of pain and it hurts to stand for very long.

Prices are way too high and keep going up. No discounts on buying in quantity. Very slim pickings unless you catch the list as soon as its updated. Border patrol checkpoint will seize your prescription even if you have your mmj card. Not worth it unless you are visiting. Staff is very knowledgeable on the flowers they carry.

Laura, the woman at the front desk is very nice & helpful, one of the only employees who’s consistently kind & respectful. Unfortunately the products they offer SUCK and are over priced. They don’t do any special deals or discounts and regularly out of products. Save your self the time and money and go to another dispensary. The staff are amazing. If only the mmj was just as good........

This is not a big city and not a huge customer base to be served. The products they have available at any given time are limited. Worth the drive to Benson or even Tucson.

This dispensary is fairly well located in the city. Their facility offers a patient only waiting area, one on one personal experience and exceptionally knowledgeable staff to help you identify strands that identify with your particular diagnosis.I have been there twice and both visits were less than 15 min.They have informational literature available and also other forms of medical ingestion.

I only go if Im completely out and feel desperate due to pains..IF I cant get anywhere else at the time. This is due to misinformation given on strains (more often than not), inaccurate weights of product being purchased (its not weighed in front of you) and the expense being too costly. I quite literally save up to drive 2 hours to go to a real medicinal dispensary to avoid mismedication which happens regularly here. This place seems like a street dealer went legal and doesnt deal with negative feed back well at all professionally. I prefer to spend my money else where, where I can receive proper care for my medications. Im very disappointed in their services every visit Ive been. I rarely go but every other month and wont buy more than a gram to hold me over til I get to a real dispensary.

Im a caregiver for a disabled veteran on a limited income. They had a set price of $10/g which was great for him. Today he found out they changed the pricing to all kinds of different prices. Highest being $14/g. I am now currently looking for a different dispensary for him to go to. We were already disappointed when they took the point system away. Now no points, no veterans discounts, and higher prices.

The staff is great, but their supply is not consistent and their menu is hard to find online. Not a huge problem, but half the time they try to serve you through the express window, not allowing you to browse their supply at the counter in back.

I do not like this place. Came from Phoenix to visit down here I only got 2 prerolls and that cost me $25 and they are only .75 gram prerolls. Dont go to this on way over priced. Go to bisbee.

There products have been getting better, I feel they shouldnt CHARGE to assist w/uploading all your info to state to get your card (as without that card, they WOULD NOT HAVE YOUR BIZ) most places do it free as a courtesy, also they charge $2 for 1st time customers? Usually 1st time customers at other dispenceries give a deal on initial visit. I think that needs to change. They have GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF. Product getting better, they have deals a lot that you can be notified by text. I feel enough $$ is being made to NOT DO THE ABOVE MENTIONED THINGS AS A COMPLIMENTARY. If it wasnt for us, our cards, the owner wouldnt be making soo much $. Now different tiers and pricing. Again k owledgable friendly staff, I just dont agree w/some of there policies.

This place has gotten so much better recently. We stopped going for a long time and were going to Tucson because of quality and price, even with the extra drive. Heard their concentrates got better and came down in price, and since we never had any issues with them otherwise we gave it a shot again. Going back the last few months or so now. They are carrying a lot better quality products including K.I.N.D., Sunday Goods, Dabaratus, Trokie, Uncle Herbs and more, as well as upping their knowledgebase, even have had some BOGO 1/2 and other deals since going back. Having so many more seizure free days into weeks now thanks to the new regime I have with the patches and such Ive picked up there. Spending a lot less money and time, too. No more two hour drives to Tucson or more up to Phoenix! (They ordered patches for me in advance, too, so I always had enough recently when Ive gone!) Thank you for stepping up your customer service and product line, SVP!
