The staff here are the best!! They really go the extra mile to make sure you get what you needThey are very knowledgeable and dont just blindly sell products off the shelf. They will analyze your water sample for free and give you an accurate diagnostic of your pool or hot tub.Yeah the prices are a little high but you are getting quality products from a reliable business.

Patio/Poolwerx has been a reliable source of parts, supplies, and maintenence over the years. Duncan did a great job on replacing our pump.

We had two filters replaced, not bad after 17 years of use. The young men who work on our pool are very good and friendly! We have had great service from Patio Pool.

Good customer service but showroom very small

On February 7, 2019 I contacted with Patio Pools in Sierra Vista to remodel my pool, install new tile and upgrade to Pebble Tec as well as repair the decking and finish to match existing. They removed a decorative stone wall to get their equipment in, placed AB over my decorative landscape rock, attempted to repair the decking then abandoned the project, leaving me to deal with their mess. I have not heard from them and its been 18 months since the start of this project and the mess is still as they left it. Photos to prove it. What a lousy company... My back yard is worse then before they started.... Kathy will tell you anything to get the job, shes on commission, but doesnt care in the least if its completed or has a satisfied customer. All I heard from the employees that spent half their time setting in the shade due to no supervision was how little they were getting paid. I been waiting, and waiting, and waiting. You would think that with a balance remaining on a open and unfinished contract that someone would have made contact. Maybe to ashamed! Im going to the Registrar of Contractors, Ive waited long enough.Please use this info before making your decision if you are considering using this company.

My pool light disengaged from the pool housing. Duncan and Cole came out to repair it and put in a new wedge. Duncan kept me informed of wheee he was and when he would arrive. Cole I had met before when he drew the template for my spa cover. Never have I met two more professional guys who were eager to resolve the issue. I know the water was cold (47 degrees) but Cole had nothing but a happy face on while plunging his long arms into the pool to repair the pool light. They even helped to find the GFI that had tripped not only the pool, Spa and Patio lights, but thanks to them I can now use my Traeger BBQ again. I have always felt that Ty was the best technician for pool service and he is the standard I always rate pool cleaners by. No better pool cleaner than Ty if you are lucky enough to get him as your pool cleaner. Now when it comes to repairs, Cole and Duncan are the guys to get ‘er done! Thanks again Cole and Duncan for making my life good again!!! God Bless you two and stay safe!!

Pool is nice and clean, unfortunately I asked for the spa heater to be serviced and replace the igniter they forgot, also replace the air pressure valve on the solar heater coil, also forgot. Doing it my self now, but pool is clean so...

Poor customer service. No followup on product ordered then overcharged when product finally arrived. Wanted to keep business local...but will not be doing business with this company.

Contacted patio pools to build my pool, they sent out a lady from Sierra Vista..everything was fine until they hit my septic leach lines. I had to pay over 3500 to re route them. Not to mention they won’t do the fencing or landscaping.Save your headaches and use a quality pool company.

I go into Sierra Vista once s month to get my pool water analyzed. Chris recommended that I try a product called “Endure.” It was the best thing, ever! Thanks Chris!

We have been customers for over 35years. Dont know what happened? Its seems that every since they moved from HWY92 South location to the Fry Blvd. Location in Sierra Vista. Something changed, and not for the better! Starting with the the feel of the aura when you walk in the store. To the courtesy professionalism and the warmth of a Hometown Store. Its just not there anymore. I dont know if theres been a change of hands of ownership or what exactly has happen? But we had to cancel our residentical pool/spa maintenance, cleaning and chemical service after 35 plus years. We like to think of ourselves as the perfect customers. Always pay on time never late once and trusted anything we were told or advised of by them. They let us walk in a cancel a 35year account without a question. We have owned our share of business over the years and know thats just bad business!This all stemmed from, what I strongly feel to be an untrained or lack of knowledgable pool maintenance lady. That was taking care of our account. Also very bad message taking from the office. To the head of maintenance threatening me(92yo female) over the phone and nobody following up on open or unresolved issues. Then (patio pools) breach of their own contract. That the head of Maintenance so politely instructed me that I need to read. Especially the part where it states that anytime a technician has to come out back that is not included in the maintenance maintenance contract we had no problem with that and completely understood that but then it also stated very clearly and their contract that I would be giving an written estimate before any work would be performed on my equipment by a technician. In the short anything over and above my maintenance contract I would be given a written estimate to the cost before the work that needed be performed... which is not the case of what happened! they just came out did a so called repair by a tech. and then give me a bill. then I also had to have somebody else come and redo the work they did correctly and completely. Then they wont stand up and own up to it. But try to bully a 92 year old 50year resident of Sierra Vista! I ask what happened to the old patio Patio Pools in Sierra Vista? I hope this help somebody make a decision. I have a new maintenance contract with a different Pool Company in town. To my surprise, it cost one third of the cost I was paying. like I said I trusted everything they said I never looked or check anywhere else until now.

Will offered Professional advice And quality spa parts

No stars. Charged me $160 a month and it was supposed to include cleanings, but it was not cleaned every time. One time was my fault for leaving the solar blanket panels in the pool, but there were plenty of other times when I was charged the full amount with no cleaning. My neighbors witnessed this and told me about it. I started monitoring it and found out it was true.

Horrible company for Sierra Vista. Most of their work is in Tucson. they basically sell the job in Sierra Vista and some contract to people in Tucson. So all their workers come from Tucson to Sierra Vista. If they show up you might get some work done. It will take a lot longer than expected and there will be a lot of frustration.

I have been into Patio Pools and Spas since getting an outdoor spa. Each time, the customer service I have received has been top notch. The customer support team is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, and go beyond what one would normally expect to answer questions concerning my spa, water quality matters, etc. Thank you so much for your help; I look forward to my next visit for more spa supplies.

Patio Pools and Spas in Sierra Vista, Arizona used to provide great service. A few years ago management changed hands and so did the quality of service. We recently had a pool drained and cleaned by Patio Pools and we are extremely dissatisfied. After we told them that we did not want the pellet/bead blast done for an additional $1,000.00 their attitude changed.After doing the acid wash and refilling the pool, they did not balance the water like they were supposed to and did not put salt in our salt water pool. Their reason for not adding salt to the water was that they had not included it in the estimate, knowing that it was a salt water pool. After all, they built it. Very disappointing.

Got an above ground pool with absolutely no knowledge of what to do. I walked in clueless 30 mins after pretty confident in what to do and how. Thanks to great customer service!! The other pool place in town stay away from

Told me they were too busy and it would be over 2 months just to come look at my pool. They told me to call Thunder Mountain Pools, Creative Pools, or Leslies.
