Great ice cream with lots of toppings. For the allergies they do a whole different mixer and spot to mix. The only downside is that there are new workers almost every time I go there. With new workers they are slower and even sometimes do the allergy part wrong

I have been here with my family of 8 multiple times within the last 2 months and I can say this store has quickly become my favorite place to pick up a treat! Each time I have come in I have been greeted by the same young lady, her name is Emelia if I remember correctly. She always makes the experience fun even when she’s dealing with a line of customers all on her own. I have seen this girl finish a line of over 20 people on her own in under 30 minutes, I have seen her handle rude customers in a very mature way, and I have seen her go out of her way to make customers days better. I couldn’t have asked to be helped by anyone else. The ice cream is incredible, the customer service is outstanding, and I am always happy when I go there!!!!! :)

This was my first time going to a Cold Stone’s and this was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. When the employee, Madison, came up to the counter for me to order, she just stared at me and had a bad attitude. I told her it was my first time and that I wasnt sure how to order. She said, “okay”, then walked in the back. Another employee was there and was busy making waffle cones so she couldnt assist me. I let her know that I knew what I wanted and she had to ask the other employee to come back out. Again, Madison had a poor attitude when I told her what I would like. When I was paying and left she didnt even say anything other than, “ Do you want a receipt?”. Definitely not coming back.

This store is unreliable. I preordered a custom cake, but they forgot to make it. Come pick up time they told me that the cake decorator had gone home without completing my cake and that I could pick it up the following day (too late for my event). When I refused, they offered a refund or a ready made specialty cake; I chose to take the cake most similar to my order.Unfortunately, when we cut the cake, I realized that it wasn’t the cake that I was told I was getting. It was just a plain mint ice cream cake with no mix-ins. Even the chocolate cake layer was dissatisfying, as it was unevenly cut and almost nonexistent in some areas.I will never order ice cream cake from this location again.

Ordered an ice cream cake a day in advance, when I arrived for my scheduled pickup time they told me I needed to wait for another 3 hours. Terrible first time experience

Order was not received so i drove down to ths store. Was told over the phone at 8:40 they had to close early per management but then decided to say they would open the door when i arrived. With receipt in hand they said they never recieved it and would not make it although i was charged for it.

They were busy with mobile pickup orders, DoorDash/PostMates orders and those coming in. But the 3 young ladies working kept it moving and got all orders completed very quickly and with pleasant voices and smiles the entire time.

Staff seems to have no sense of hygiene practices. The person who was working was adjusting/touching her mask and handling customers credit cards and not once did I see them wash their hands before grabbing their scoops to start another patrons order. I walked out. Will not be back.

This store has terrible customer service. Every time I go in there they take customers out of order, stand around talking, laughing, making jokes while ignoring customers....and today....oh today...I go in to pick up my cake that was ordered a week out, and they said they forgot to give the order to their staff members (the manager) now we are screwed out of our cake for our party....this place has terrible management and a terrible staff that dont value peoples time or money.

Im literally standing in the store as I write this. Ive been standing here for ten minutes with no service. Ive called out several times and have been ignored. I can see the employee and she has seen me. Im not coming back. Im the only customer in here 🙃

Clean facility. Good attentive workers. Tasty ice cream, you have so many options.My only complaint was the mouth full of walnut shell I got in one of my bites. The shell was very hard and had me concerned for my teeth.

They sent the wrong order. The item was $10 and they sent an ice cream with nothing I ordered. I called to get my money back or the actual ice cream I order. The employee was rude. She wouldn’t give me her manager’s name or hers. Very disappointing !

This place is amazing for ice cream. They have a big variety of combinations and proposals for you to choose and you can always create yours. The personnel is very polite and friendly and the service is fast. The prices are normal for the amount of the product that you receive. I have been there 3 times till now and I am definitely going again. One small disadvantage is the limited seats and tables available inside the shop (Only 5). And the temperature inside is pretty low, it make sense they sell ice- cream...but be prepared 🤗

O. M. G. This place serves what is most definitely the best ice cream i have ever had in my entire life. The girl was patient and nice and the store was neat and clean. Totally coming back. Worth every cent and minute it takes to get there.

Many years go, a friend introduced me to Cold Stone Creamery in California. Between the enduring, consistent high quality products and my own lack of will power, I go back time and again. Whether I choose a house mix or make my own, I have never been disappointed in flavor or their excellent customer service. Go, eat, and be happy. Its just that easy.

Have been here quite a few times. The employees are young, but respectable and kind. Thats a plus for me. Havent had any issues or concerns. Consistent, clean. Just fine.

Coldstone is awesome the lady that waited on us tonight loked like she was having a hard day. So I was able to make her smile. So I would suggest that everyone just try to be kind to you food service people because they are human too.

This is my absolute favorite place to go for ice cream. I frequent here quite a bit whether its just me, with a friend, with my kids or grandson. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The air is always clean.

Hello I am going to tell you everything you need to know about this company. I have spent many hours with the staff and management and these are my thoughts on this company from a insiders standpoint. First off let me start by saying this, the staff was very welcoming and comforting, working with them was a great experience. The biggest downfall in this business is that it is very unorganized, as I went through my training I quickly noticed that most things that were done wrong by the staff already working there. After the training, I started the job and quickly noticed that a lot of things that I needed to know were not explained and or was briefly covered. The training was very brief for their expectations on how the job was supposed to be done.

What a great idea, i love how they mix things together. Just walking in and smelling all the ice cream in the air is like getting a little sniff of heaven.

The creation mixers did not do a great job mixing in the add ins to our ice cream and the slab was filthy. The ice cream I ordered had other flavor remnants. Not impressed on this visit. Hopefully next time will be better.Update: the ice cream was great and the crew working this time was much better at creating our creations. The store was also clean this time.

Nice experiment...but after mixins it was too soft too fast.....soup not ice cream.....nice selection...Plan to sit in store and eat immediately.

We had great service and ice cream. There was one associate who clocked out right around 8 who made their self a cone, walked past the line of customers and out across the parking lot still wearing their apron. Probably not the best customer experience for the folks in line waiting.

It was not what I thought it would be. Went to one in Texas and it was really good.. Dont know what is going on here at this one but it does need to be like the one in Texas. I will go back...

The ice cream had chunks of ice in it and was not smooth like other cold stones I have been to.

Is the most wonderfulest place if you like ice cream they have all the house favorite and you can mix your own.

How can you even go wrong with Coldstone? Rockin frozen treats with awesome flavor combos to satisfy pretty much any pallet. Wasnt thrilled with tasting the oatmeal cookie dough flavor...but on the other hand, the banana bread...while not tasting much like banana bread...tasted amazingly like banana cream pie! I went with my old fave...French vanilla with strawberry and chocolate chips. Yep...TASTY!

It was my first visit, and I was a little overwhelmed, but the staff was very nice, let me taste whatever I wanted and stayed super friendly. When I had questions about ice cream cakes, they quickly had answers. To top it off, the ice cream was great.

They soft opened on 1/31 and they couldnt have done such a great job. There employees are fantastic and did a wonderful job. Parking is an issue but Wal-Mart has plenty to spare. Glad they came back to town.

Even though the place is always busy, the line moves fast and the service is great. There are lots of delicious flavors and combinations to choose from.

This place is one of my weaknesses. The choices are so hard to make. Every fresh thing you could mix with great ice cream they have.

Love going here. The staff is very welcoming and quick to get my order out. Parking sucks, but you park at Walmart and walk over. My kids love their ice cream.

My experience here has always been good and the ice cream is so good! Try the sweet cream with almonds and chocolate chips mixed in. My fave!

Not quite open yet but they used to be down by Candy World. This location will work much better for them. My only complaint is the parking is SO horrible in this small strip mall area. They put a lot of good stuff in a tight place and did not allow for good parking. You can park across in the Walmart area though. If youre in a big vehicle, I recommend it because it is hard to navigate this small area and the tiny parking spots. Glad youre back Cold Stone!

Two out of three workers wore a mask. One was off duty wearing nothing but a tank top no mask.

Cake Batter ice cream is very good. I mixed with oreo cookies. It came out to be a good mix. Girlfriend got same ice cream but mixed with reeses pieces. The combination was not as good. The reeses piece flavor over took the flavor of the cake batter ice cream.

Very disappointed with my first 2 visits. This is a vanilla and chocolate only town as far as ice cream goes. Ive been waiting for them to open for weeks to get some Butter Pecan or Rocky Road ice cream and turns out they dont carry Rocky Road and the first time I got Butter Pecan they didnt put any pecans in it. The second time, I asked why it didnt have pecans they said they add them in at no charge. Turns out a small bowl is $5 and they use pecan pieces instead of pecan halves. Very Disappointed. Went back to Culvers.

Fantastic ice cream with so many choices. Usually busy after diner hours and always busy when school is out. Although there is 6 tables to eat at 5 are awkward to sit at since the long line runs alongside and very close to you while eating.

Place is always clean, friendly staff, great service. Outdoor seating would make it even better.

Agreement as to the parking being a hard one, but for me, I am willing to park at walyworld and cross the street. Never had a trip to Cold Stone I didnt like, unless you count my trip in which I learned it was closed.
