Customer service is always lacking here. They take a long time to address customers on the scale. I have waited 10 min+ on many occasions. They do have a good selection but be prepared to wait.

Didnt buy anything yet, no sales person when we arrived but the lady in the office is friendly amd informative. They have a great price sheet that estimates price per square foot along with estimated quantities needed.

If you are looking for help with any facing stone, this is probably not the right place for you. I just popped in to see if they might be able to help me with edging a portion of a block wall, but they didnt seem particularly interested in showing me samples or discussing the project. Im wondering if maybe they work best with contractors and so my going in as a DIYer was a mistake. In any case, theyre not friendly. Dont use them unless you know exactly what you need.

Received 6 1/2 tons of the 3/4 river stone. The driver was a true professional. Where I wanted the rock was a little hard to get to So I thought The driver looked at the location and put it right there, on the spot. Perfect job, well done.
