Staff was helpful in ordering products they did not have in stock. Came in looking for Aperol and the new clerk didn’t know what it was. I did find it while walking around in a place I normally wouldn’t have looked. Recommend that like products be stocked in the same area. Still, elated to have discovered the product. The clerk seemed interested about how Aperol was used and I’m sure he will remember if someone else requests this product…Spritz time! The place is tight to navigate and time shows the wear and tear. However,the service was good on the day I visited and the selection was better than expected. Price point was decent for our purchase.

We absolutely love the Original Beverage Warehouse. Anytime we come in we are able to find what were looking for. If we cant find it, the staff are always extremely helpful in pointing us in the right directions. They make great recommendations, as well, if youre not sure what to get. The owner is personable and well-versed in his product. You HAVE to get the bottle of their own brand of tequila - its super delicious and smooth.

Love the selection and staff here! They have even ordered wine specifically for me. Prices are a little higher than a total wine but I dont mind supporting a local shop.

Loved it. But the prefab plus is a little too much for travelers, but love the varieties.

I love this liquor store. The staff are incredibly friendly and the stock is massive with a huge selection of beverages to choose from. They do not require a mask or temperature check and its never crowded. Parking is ample and the location is easily accessible. Would 100% recommend this business.

They have a good selection, but it is not well organized, and Im guessing to save money they just buy the 30 packs and then divide those up into smaller sets to get the 18 pack 12 pack and 6 pack.

I called twice to simply ask if they carried a specific beer. The first time I was put on hold for 9 minutes then hung up on. The second time I was put on hold and waited 16 minutes, hearing them ask customers walking in if they needed help finding anything, without taking the 1 minute it would have taken to help me. I will shop at a gas station before I give them my business.

They had what I needed, but they are very much not taking any safety precautions as far as covid-19 is concerned! Im vaccinated and I still wear a mask(N95)! How about a bit of responsibility to their customers and themselves? Its so easy and everyone should be doing it! Wear a mask! Simple!

Its nowhere near a Bevmo or Total Wine so manage your expectations.This store sells kratom and cbd products at reasonable prices compared to most.I wouldnt come here for cigars as they do not have much of a selection and use glass cases to store them.

Decent liquor store with a fair selection of craft beers, and a selection of imported craft as well. Seeing selection is decent including local distilleries. Wine selection is not expansive, but has a good variety.

Best selection of liquors in town. Vintage Champagne, Imported and Domestic beers all excellent. Wine cellar is a little lean but everything else is tremendous.

Rudest employee I ever encountered in Sierra Vista. Ive been here 3 times in 2 years. The first time the employee was friendly and helpful. The last 2 times with the same employee it seemed that I was barely tolerated. I remembered being treated rudely before but figured that might have just been an off day and tried them again. She was so rude, when I asked for a particular brand, before I could even finish mentioning the selection she just said No!. I asked for a price on a bottle and she just about rolled her eyes.

They have a good selection of liquor and beer but their pricing is overpriced. I asked them why are they increasing their prices and they say its due to the increase of minimum wage. I know this is a mom and pop liquor store but dont price gouge the drinks and use the increase of minimum wage as an excuse. Its really bad when you go the grocery store to buy and its $2.00 cheaper per six pack or even a case of beer. I had a friend who was a vendor that handled Budweiser and he told me that their cost of beer is the same for mom and pop as well as big box stores, the only difference a discount will be given when they do specials and buy massive amounts but those are on a seasonal basis such as independence day or memorial day as an example.

Went in today to look at their little humidor for cigars, and I was really excited because they had very nice Romeo y juliets, uppman and Gurkhas and other very good quality smokes, with in seconds I noticed that every cigar I looked at was moldy and it was very bad, but it only gets better some of their Gurkhas and romeos had cigar beetles, they didnt even take time to empty their little foam humidifier so it was just sitting water. Very rude staff no one offered to help I didnt even get a hi.
