Agree with others saying to stay away. Ordered some parts and one was damaged. Instead of sending me what I paid for, I now have to wait for them to get the item back and inspect then maybe get a refund wait again for new part. After reading other reviews I dont know if I will get anything back at all. Charlie has been responsive to my emails but thats probably the only good thing of the whole experience. If I knew it was going to be such a pain I would have ordered elsewhere. Now I have to drop another $100+ to get actual part somewhere else.

Stay away from these money hungry crooks! I made the mistake of doing business with them before reading their reviews on Google or Yelp. Now Im out $250 on a brake caliper I sent back to them, after confirming they would refund my money with Ely. Its been weeks now and they havent refunded my money, and theyve quit replying to my emails. Ill use Steady Garage from now on.

I ordered some stuff for my 2019 Honda Ruckus and had the absolute best customer service experience. Casey personally reached out to me AFTER HOURS to chat about what it was that I purchased and he helped me cancel my order and suggested I actually go with a different product of theirs. He really helped me out and saved me some money as well. Its awesome to see a company care about their customers like this.

Bought multiple items. One item in a combo package--cheaper to buy the combo than individually--was not stocked. It was nice of them to let me know after the fact everything shipped. I asked for a refund and didnt see anything for 2 weeks. Shot off an email on week 2 and finally saw a refund on the item 2 days after, not even an apology, just dead silence. Didnt even get a prorated discount on the item they shipped in the combo deal.Unfortunate. I went ahead and completed the rest of my Grom build with HardRacing and Steady Garage.

DROWsports has poor online services. Twice now, I have placed orders online and both orders have take over a week just to ship.Both times items in the orders were supposedly on back order even though website did not reflect this.Im pretty sure the only reason my orders shipped was due to me emailing them.When you spend over 500 dollars on an order you expect better service.Dont make the same mistake I did; there are plenty of other sellers that are much more reliable than these people.

Unopened box received, changed my mind on the purchase, I asked them if I can get a refund, was told I would receive a 1 time full refund being a first time buyer with them. I returned unopened box to sender, then after they received my return I was told I would only receive less than half of my refund for various fees. This is why I will never again do business with them. Amazon sticks to their word at least. Buy from Amazon! In response to below, I was never provided your shipping policies or instructions on how to return, and when I advised Casey that I sent it back and it was the same tracking number as the original, I received a no problem response. Also, I have yet to receive my refund or any portion of it that was promised. You not coaching your employees correctly on how to provide complete and accurate shipping policies on returns is not my issue and I shouldnt be punished for that. I expect a full refund. I can see from previous reviews that refunds seem to be an ongoing issue.

Just got my first ruckus went to buy some small detail parts and man Casey gave me the full run down of my ruckus the dos and donts EXCELLENT!!!! customer service both online and in person Im glad Im local and can pick up directly from them small shop but super passionate about what they do 100% buying again. Thanks again guys!!

I come here for moto gear! The owner Andrew is a really honest guy and is great to work with. Not many people know they carry gear and its local pick-up (or shipping). The turnaround is about a day to get your order in so its really convenient.

Casey is awesome always helpful and very welcoming every time I go here also goes out of his way to show you stuff in the shop but overall everyone there is very cool and helpful they all say hello even if they are not helping you.

Horrible customer service. refuse to help customers. Wont stand behind the products they sell. Talked to someone named Ely about the dr. pulley clutch conversion I bought that doesnt fit at all with the spacer they sent and clutch bell doesnt even cover the clutch pads and he tells me that its normal for it not to cover them and to just modify it to fit. the only way I could get a response out of them was to call multiple times. Wont refund money for product they false advertise to fit. STAY AWAY!!!
