If youre looking for a Nissan, go to another dealership. Although the salesperson was helpful the location has a limited selection. What was most disenchanting was after working with them and coming back after they called and said the would give me the deal I was looking for, they changed the deal at the last minute and tried to hide it. Thats very unethical and came up when the owner of the location got involved.Overall buying a car had enough moving parts, find a dealership with more ethics and selection.UPDATE: I went to Nissan of Huntington Beach the next day and got a much better deal and exactly the one I wanted. Ka-boom.
I get my electric car charged here, M-F. Which is a godsend, because I drive to work all the way from Venice Beach, and its the only charging station within a walking distance from the office. Staff are friendly, accommodating to me, even though I havent purchased as anything yet - and got my car serviced for free. So Im obviously planning to purchase my next car here.
I came here looking for a used Leaf. Spoke with Bobby Singh very knowledgeable and affable sales rep. First let me start that facility here is very nice, small and clean. With regards to the sales tactics, Bobby was really good letting me test drive the car and not applying any overt sales pressure. He even let me drive the car home to show my wife. Very customer centric approach to selling. Now I came to see a car advertised at $9000 on their site and Car Guru. There was a discrepancy between that and what was being quoted. Something about add on features. Now neither their site or anything else spoke to this which would have added 2k to the sale price. I explicitly stated that if the price online is not honored I would walk.So it took them several minutes to come back to me. Bobby as ever was thinking about me and came by to let me know they (finance) were with another customer. Now finance wanted to add this service contract and gap insurance another 3k, turned them down and for expediancy decided to split the difference on the add on (wheel locks, lowjack, tinted windows, door protection trim and this brake alert system). Apparently they add this stuff on to all their cars. So be warned that the advertised price does not include it and you cant take them off.My 5 stars are only due to Bobby Singh and his customer service skills as I hated wasting time on negotiating interest rates and this additional cost. Otherwise it would have been a typical car dealer experience. My recommendation would be for dealer to give a clean cost then ask if I want a service contract or gap insurance and to speed things along.
I received great customer service today. Both Sale Manager Alfredo and Service Advisor Mia went above and beyond to help me getting my car after the hour since the service department closed early on Saturday. I bought 2 cars from this dealership in the past. Definitely will look for Alfredo on my next car purchase. I would recommend Mia to my friends or anyone that needs service at this location. Kudos to her dedication for providing great customer experience.
I had a very pleasant experience at Long Beach Nissan. Liana is a amazing, and is the sweetest salesman I’ve ever met. She makes you feel so comfortable during the whole process. Andre is also amazing. He did everything he could possibly do to give me the best deal possible. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend anybody looking for a Nissan to head down to Long Beach Nissan.
I have been a customer at this Nissan dealership for over 20 years and by far this team I worked with this Feb 3 2018 was the best! The manager that I had the pleasure of working with was Steve Tucker. He was phenomenal, as soon as i arrived he was available...got me to my sales rep and he was so helpful Hector Velazquez he took all my info and showed me all the features on my car and what they could offer me so I would be satisfied and happy with the vehicle. While Mr. Velazquez did all of this Mr. Tucker was working the numbers and making sure they could put me in the vehicle. So after I looked the car over and took it for a test drive...I WAS SOLD!!! Then it was time to seal the deal and that was with Miguel Gonzalez the finance manager...the finance experience was NOT stressful at all! Mr. Gonzalez was great...got me in his office and out within under 1:30mins. We went over what else they could offer me with my purchase and all the paperwork to complete this sale! We added a few reinsurance’s because I want nothing but the best for me and my new car! And then we made everything finial...signed on the dotted line and off I drove into the sun set!I will always be a Nissan chic and as long as they continue to make vehicles I like and great sales reps and managers like these 3 I will continue being a very satisfied and happy customer!Thank You Nissan of Long Beach!!
I had call multiple time to this Nissan dealer ask for documents I needed from finance and every single time I called I was told he was with a customer that he would return my call, he never called back and I would call the next day asking for finance and the same thing he would call me back and I would never receive a call back .. this is the most unprofessional dealer that I have been. I came in to ask for documents I needed and the front desk lady said to wait that he would be with me, but seeing everyone just talking in the hallways and chit chatting away and I didn’t see anyone being that busy doing anything and they had me wait over an hour just for them to tell me they don’t carry the or keep the finance documents at the dealer that I would have to call Nissan over the phone and get those documents.. the guy talk for an hour with his co workers before he could even assist me with anything.. I know for sure I will never make a purchase with Nissan especially how they treat their customers when they really need help with important documents that needs to be located due to a total loss.
I tried to make an appointment online and the site just kept loading. I get there and tell the guy exactly that... he then asks, Do you have an appointment? Its early maybe he is still sleep. So I tell him Im here for an oil change. He tells me well first lets get you started on a 90,000 mile service. I tell him Ive already had the service elsewhere and just here for my free VIP Privileges oil change. He then tells me my VIP Privileges oil change is no longer valid because of a change in ownership and because I didnt get work done there on my car. Ive been dealing with that location since I purchased my car back in 13 and regardless have never had any issues regarding oil changes. If I could give a quarter of a star I would. The new owner has taken honor, loyalty, great service to an all time low. I will definitely encourage people to not deal with this shady location.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Well-organized. Made the process of servicing my 2 yr old Nissan very smooth. Also provided shuttle service to and from my house. Ensured I had a rental car, too. Modern and clean facility.
Worst Dealership ever poor standards of management and owner. I regret purchasing my car from here. I called today to schedule oil lube and the dealer is closed down from what the third party person told me on the phone line. The website is down. I have Oil change plan now not sure what to do.Im glad this dealer closed down because this place is an example what happens if do not conduct a good business with your customers. I hope Nissan corporation makes it right for their customers that are affected.UPDATE- So Nissan North America (CORPORATION)is no help either they allow individual dealers to sale warranties and service plans that arent authorized from Nissan corp and will not honor nor help you get a resolution because each dealership is independent. Nissan corporation allows this which is a scam Nissan Corp just cares about there profits not customer base. The only thing I can do is make a complaint to the better business bureau in which after speaking with Nissan Corp representative told me to do why because it doesnt matter to them cause each dealership is independent and the fact that it close down nothing will come about this issue. I am extremely disappointed in this hole situation Nissan has definitely own the name of Garbage service starting from Nissan North America corporation to this dealership. Zero start for me from this place if I could. Dont Buy Nissan
Today we were assisted by Reginald Long. He was really helpful during our process of choosing a car. Great help and service by Reginald. Thank you very much for your help and service :)! My family has purchased here before and the service is always great and willing to accommodate to our needs.
Got a great quote for a 2018 rogue over the phone, went in and bought the car with very few issues. Everybody was really honest and nice and the deal was the best of all the dealers I checked with. Would highly recommend. Worked with Tim and Zaid, great guys, will refer friends to this place.
Excellent customer service. Tim was exceptional and easy to work with, he offered to drive my non trade in car home himself, and I live in Riverside. That is dedication! Very happy with my purchase. I only wish the process could be quicker!
Didnt have to wait long.Had previously been given an appointment. Staff courteous. And it was at night, so this is a plus. Salesman was a jewel. Not pushy, very friendly.Very clean and well kept. Slightly out of view but right off the corner if Cherry and Spring. I would go back.
My mother has always told me of her positive experiences but I had the opportunity this past weekend to witness the great service myself. I took her car in for the drivers door handle and was immediately greeted by one of the porters, followed quickly by a service advisor named Eric. I explained the handle had come off and expressed concerns that it may not be a broken handle but a small plastic cover for the key hole, and Eric offered to have a technician take a quick look at it. He then invited me into the service waiting area, reminding me there was hot coffee waiting. Theres nothing better than waiting in a comfortable and clean area and even better? Seeing your advisor and keys in less than an hour saying youre all set. We just had a death in the family so being treated so kindly was a precious act, more than Eric can imagine. Many thanks to the staff at Nissan of Long Beach!
Long Beach Nissan is the best! This experience could not have been any more pleasant than what I experienced. I dont just see them as business, I now have a new family! Thank you all for putting a smile on my face and a renewed faith in sales people, Juan, and Steve special thanks again! 😙😙.
This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. I received the same VIP treatment in every interaction regardless of who I was speaking with and what department they were from. The prices are very competitive, they finish on time, and everything works perfectly the first time. No need to go back for any adjustments. Highly recommend Nissan of Long Beach!
The Nissan of Long Beach did a great job. Although, I was stressed out about my car, I felt like I was in good hands. I was glad to have been given such great help from Nissan as my car was already out of warranty. I will definitely recommend Nissan of Long Beach and Andrew, the person who helped me out from the Service Department!
Sales people don’t know what the heck is going on. The finance people Use skim scam shady Tactics!Take your business elsewhere unless you want to lose your shirt! Not cool I will never buy another Nissan in my life. If You would like to purchase a Nissan.Go to Cerritos they are not as shady as this group. Oh by the way Hector was the best thing over there sweet kind honest young man hat to him !!I hope he finds a better job. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the people, not the most honest group I’ve dealt with. They pretty much smile In your face why they were stabbing in the back. I’m not into pain thank you very much! I’m a very unhappy customer. Don’t you make the same mistake I did. Don’t let those miles fully and good luck.
The service desk told me to my face my brake pads were completely gone and needed replaced. Went to a mechanic shortly after who was surprised to hear that because they had 40% remaining. Theres been other stuff (Ive been 6-7 times) but that should tell you everything you need to know.
Our service advisor was great! I think his name was Jose. He has excellent customer service skills, extremely helpful and explained all details that our vehicle needed for that service... Thank you!!!
I hate that Im giving this review only three stars, but unfortunately because the dealership website does not have a contact us button where I can complain about my experience, the only way I know that they will see it is if I put it here. I have to bring in my car for service today and I was informed a shuttle could bring me back to work, which was completely awesome. I was also told that if need be the shuttle can pick me up from work and bring me back to the dealership to get my car, which is double awesome. I was instructed to call 30 minutes ahead of when I would need the shuttle to pick me up and they would be to me shortly. I was told that the guy driving would call me when he was on his way to me. Will the time came for me to call, I called about an hour ahead of when I absolutely needed it just in case. 30 minutes went by and the shuttle guy didnt call, so I called the dealership asking what was going on. The girl who answered said that she would call the driver to see where he was at and we got off the phone. Another 10 minutes went by, so this was 40 minutes since I called, so I called the dealership back and they still had not heard from the driver, stating that he had left quite a while ago to come pick me up, mind you I am only a few blocks away from the dealership. By this time I am very irritated because I have to pick up my daughter at 5 and its 4:30. At 4:40 the, the dealership finally calls back again saying that they were able to reach the driver and that he was finally on his way to me, at which time I told the young lady over the phone that I could not wait any longer and that I was calling an Uber. While I was walking to the corner where I was going to meet my over driver I see the Nissan driver passing me, which means that the girl at Nissan did not inform the driver that this pickup was no longer needed. Overall my experience with Nissan has been fine and Im usually very happy to work with them because these stuff in the dealership is always so nice and helpful., the one saying that perhaps they can work on this time around is communication, both with other employees and with the customers. I love Nissan, but this experience made me a little worried about whether or not I was going to reply on their shuttles again. The service sounds nice, but does not seem reliable because I was forced to arrange for child care when I was reassured that the shuttle service would come through for me. Not cool.
My experience is still in process. once I had a chance to look the car over and the sales contract I realized I didnt get what I wanted or asked for. I am about to find out how Nissan of Long Beach handles their business when I return there tomorrow. I will certainly be back to let you all know how they handle their business and what level of integrity they possess, stay tuned.
Dont go here if you want to buy a car. I am not exaggerating. I went once by myself to look at a used car and then made the mistake to return with my girlfriend. I liked the car I saw and had cash ready to buy. There was no gas in the car for a test drive BOTH TIMES and had to go around the block becasue sales people were afraid we would run out of gas. The sales people were nice but totally incompetent. The first time nobody asked me for my contact detail and I met the manager after the sales person and he asked if I was satisfied. Neither asked for my contact details or asked if I wanted to buy it. I left becasue I knew I would come back with girlfriend anyway. When I came back, I had to beg to make an offer and beg to see the manager who by the way never came in to see me. If I owned this store I would be very very concerned... there is a silver lining, I went next store to another dealer and bought the car I wanted and got a great deal. So thanks Nissan of Long Beach for being so bad, I spent my money elsewhere and got a great deal.
All staffs in service are nice, friendly and always take good care of our car when i needed. Thanks so much. God bless you all.
This review is for the service department. All of the service employees are genuinely nice, however if you dont specifically name exactly what you want them to take care of on your Nissan they are really bad about actually inspecting your vehicle for any due repairs. I always go for my oil changes, but I literally went to my Dads Mechanic the next day because he wanted to help me fix my AC . When I asked Nissan about it, they told me I needed a blow motor. When my Dads Mechanic asked what was going on, and checked under the hood, he exclaimed well thank goodness you didnt listen to them. You dont need an AC blow motor, you need to replace all your belts. And he went on to physically show me how worn down and cracked my belts were. He noticed that the AC belt was a little loose and that was causing the noise I was hearing. He then saw that Nissan had also missed that I was due for shocks, and only had 30% left on my brakes in the back. I honestly was shocked considering I always thought the dealer would name all kinds of things that you need done to up the price. Instead, I have come to find that this Nissan is lazy about it, and if you ask them to check your car they just want to charge you their inspection fee, instead of just doing their job when youre there for work already!
This dealership was THE BEST! My 3 year lease was up on my KIA soul and I didnt want to stay with KIA anymore. My best friend has been leasing through this Nissan dealership for a few years now and says nothing but wonderful things about them. I have always loved the look of a Nissan and have been curious about test driving them. On a busy Saturday morning I decided to stop in Hooman Nissan. Everyone was smiling and very sweet to me. After test driving a few cars, I was hooked on the 2016 Nissan Murano. I was quoted an incredible low monthly payment to lease the car so I absolutely couldnt resist. I love my new car and recommend everyone to stop by this wonderful place! Thanks guys
BUYER BEWARE if you are bringing your own finance loan. They have NO IDEA how to process outside loans if you are not loaning through them. I almost lost my loan approval because of them.I purchased the car. 10 days later I received a phone call from my bank. They said “your loan approval is about to expire and you need to make a purchase very soon”. I said I already bought the car 10 days ago. Bank claimed I didn’t because they didn’t receive anything from the dealership. I contacted the dealer and spoke with multiple Finance managers, they said they processed everything there is nothing to worry. It was obvious something was wrong. I decided to go to the dealer to handle the issue face-to-face. I spoke with the finance manager who sold me the car. He looked into my case and found out they didn’t even send the documents to the bank (?!). He lied about it over the phone. He said they didn’t know how to process the papers (!?). Finally, I made them to send the package to bank and problem was sold 2 days later.ALSO, even though I brought my own loan, he submitted a credit application without my consent. When they first bring the Credit Application form I said I am not signing this because I don’t need another loan. I have my own loan approval from Bank of America. He claimed that they need my social to confirm my identity and promised not to apply for credit. 2 minutes later I received an email from Experian saying that they just applied for a loan. I was pissed. He again lied and said he didn’t submit any application. Later that they I confirmed with the bank that he submitted another application. They don’t respect your wishes. They don’t respect your time. They don’t care about you.
My experience was fantastic! Jay was awesome and very patient as all the others were as well. I want to thank each and every one of you guys at Nissan of Long Beach for helping me out! I will be referring my friends and family here!
We stopped in at Hooman Nissan. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the sales person Frances. She was not only helpful but courteous and showed us the vehicles we were interested in immediately. She was aware of our situation regarding financing and worked hard to accommodate us. Great experience!
What a great experience I had at Nissan of Long Beach. The whole crew was excellent I got the car I thought I couldnt afford then everybody clapped and rang the bell...awesome!! I was dancing when I left! Thank you everyone!
I picked up my new Rouge SV yesterday. Omar was great, he worked hard to give us the best deal possible. Were very glad and happy with the purchase..!
Had an amazing experience with Jamie Vidovic, Damien Le Forbes and Milton Aguilar. They made me and my husband feel comfortable and confident when buying our 2013 nissan pathfinder. They were respectful, quick, efficient, caring, considerate, and not pushy at all. I am going to recommend this place and these excellent workers to all my friends and family. Thanks for the great service and great deal !!
I only went there because of an airbag recall. The service tech was courteous & did not try to sell me any further services. I do not & will not have my car serviced there Their rates are much too high. I go to a AAA approved auto shop, but you can decide for yourself.
I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue The website listed all cars available, I set up a test drive through email and Jason greeted me when I drove onto the lot. The staff is professional, courteous and customer service is top priority. Test drive, application and paperwork were completed in less than 2 hours. They also have a V.I.P package that gives you life time oil changes and car washes whenever you want!
This has been the most AMAZING car buying experience! All my single ladies, come to Hooman Nissan of Long Beach and ask for Patricia Harris. She worked so hard to get me a wonderful deal, no double talk or hard sell! She is honest, up-front and excellent at taking care of her customer!
Was very disappointed that there was no warning that the company is no longer there. I had a service appoint at 445 pm. As I got there by 440 pm. I was told that they no longer are Nissan of Long Beach. Was informed today that they closed down last Monday and is a new company that took over. I made a car service appointment just to get told by a gentleman that there no longer in business and they were unable to do my car service. Oh well, onto finding a new Nissan near the house to do my car services.
In recent years I have found buying a car to be a good experience. Most dealers are now more transparent and have improved the overall customer experience. Hooman automotive group however is everything most people hate about car dealers. They will twist the truth, not show responsibility for any problems that occur, and will cut and run when the going gets tough. I urge anyone looking into buying a vehicle to do research on the dealer you are doing business with. This dealership and automotive group is definitely one to stay away from.
Ali was very good to work with and patient with the whole selling process. He got back to us immediately via email on any and all inquiries we had and was very professional. Purchasing a car has never been so easy! The only thing I wish would have been more clear is why a 39 month lease is prepared rather than a 36 month lease.
Be aware!!.. They will add GPS device without consulting with customer and you may need to extra bucks on top of your car.. And another thing is, nobody will pick the call except front desk.. Never ever suggest to anyone... Be aware again!!!
They were really helpful and willing to help me find a good car for my price range. Tim the salesman and Zaid the finance guy are the best💯
Wondering if I would be able to purchase a car and was nervous bout coming to Nissan. Jose Enriques is a genuine down to earth kinda fella. Thanks Nissan😉😉😛
We bought our Nissan in 2012 when they were Hooman. Since they have changed their name they didn’t honor the lifetime care of free oil change and car wash for our car? On another review, the owner said they honored his? Is it because we are women owners and that it isn’t honored? They quoted my daughter some outrageous price for 60,000 mile maintenance service and said they no longer honor lifetime car wash nor oil change? The only reason I am giving it one star is that there was a service advisor-Mike that worked there a long time ago...he is no longer there but provided excellent customer service.
Horribles customer service! Always taking for ever staff is not helpful at all. on top of that they move did t let us know, leave the signal hill location with no address or phone number
I have been driving a 1998 Toyota Corolla for the past six years, and since starting school this semester, my car was beginning to break down. I was contemplating selling my car and getting another used car, but my mom strongly opposed; she said it was time for me to get a new car. I decided to venture out of the Toyota family and try a Nissan. After researching online and reading reviews, I decided to make the drive to Long Beach (from Hollywood), and browse the cars at Hooman Nissan. I read great reviews on Google, and knew this was the dealership for me.I am sure glad I made that choice! When my mom and I got there, we were greeted very warmly by a salesman named Ryan. I briefed him on my situation and told him I wanted to look at the new Altima. Ryan was never pushy and I didnt feel as if I had to make a decision right then and there. He took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the car. We went back inside and discussed payments (I was quoted a great deal). I told Ryan that we were going to sleep on it and asked for his business card. He was happy to provide that for me, and we went home.My mom and I went back a week later, and asked for Ryan. He was pleasantly surprised to see us, and I really enjoyed the fact that he wasnt pushy the last time we were there. We went ahead and sealed the deal, and the owner personally came out and greeted us. I drove home in a beautiful, brand-new car! I am very pleased with my purchase and with the exceptional customer service I received at Hooman Nissan. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan!
Osie was genuinely interested in providing service and offered alternatives and answers to our questions. After being clear about what we wanted and seemingly going through several layers of management we came to an agreement. The finishing process was relatively quick and probably my 2nd best car buying experience.New staff and management are transparent about wanting to provide better client experience.I have to take away a star for putting up with music that wasnt my taste and it never varied in either genre or volume.
Love their service always so nice and helpful you don’t wait to be helped there’s always someone around to take care of what you need
My buying experience here was a lot easier than what I had anticipated. When I arrived, they greeted me very nicely and started showing me around the lot. I was in search for a Sentra, so I finally found one. My salesman showed me around the car, answered all my questions and didnt make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I got the deal I was looking for,Thanks!
I came to Hooman because I found a used 2010 Ford Focus they were selling. I have pretty bad credit, and the saleswoman who assisted me, Veronica, was very friendly, and fantastic with figuring out ways that I might be able to get financed. I ended up leaving Wednesday night with a new (for me) car, and managed to avoid all the hassles and anxiety that most people deal with when buying a car. I was lucky to have someone as caring and resourceful as Veronica.
The salesman wasted 5 hours of our time and came back with an offer that was double what we could afford. This wasnt the issue though. The salesman chased us back to our car and tried to block us from leaving. He tried say he was doing us a favor. Seriously, the least you can do when someone cant afford what youre offering is realize that its probably not going to happen and let them leave in peace. I dont plan on returning.
After my car was declared a total loss from an accident, I found myself needing to buy a car on my own with my husband deployed, and had bad experiences with other car dealers who felt they could pressure me into a sale or trick me with their fishy math because I was a woman alone. I finally made the drive from Oceanside to Hooman Nissan and I am so glad I did!!! Not only were their prices fair, but my salesman, Tim, really listened to what I was looking for and tried to find me a car that I both loved and was within my budget. Not only was Tim friendly and informative, but I never once felt like he was trying to force a sale. He even encouraged me to go home and think about it and talk with my husband about whether this was the right car for us. I wasnt even planning to buy a car that day, but after I left and got a call from my husband, I didnt feel I could get a better deal elsewhere and came right back. They offered me incredibly low financing, a great warranty on a used vehicle, and free oil changes and car washes for the life of the vehicle. After buying the car, they even helped to get my rental back to Enterprise so I could drive my car right home. I love my new Rogue and when its time to trade in my husbands car, we are definitely going back!
Mr. Tim is the man, my credit is not all that pleasant to look at, but mr. Tim got me a car, I really, and highly recommend him to my friends. he helped me, Im great full for the time that he took helping some like me. I will tell my friends and my brother whom is also in the market for a vehicle. if I could give 10 stars I would, thank you very much.he is 100% true to his word, he said he could and he delivered.
They have great monthly promotions. Every month I get different mailers on big service discounts, from tires to filter replacement for more than half off. You can also collect points and get free stuff! I am a frequent customer so Ive been getting a lot. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgable, they always help me with anything I need, great technicians that do the job thoroughly!
Friendly and eager to help staff. A very pleasant visit that I wasnt expecting thanks to other dealerships. Left with a brand new car, because it was better than a used car Id been looking at.
Absolute sleezeballs. I wouldnt buy from this place, even if the price was right. Theyre the kind of sneaky, dirty place that gives car lots a bad name. If youre thinking of buying from these guys, take my advice, from years of experience, theyre the bottom of the barrel. Do better.LOL @ the massive ad pumped to my houseamazing prime deals sales eventMade to look exactly like amazon prime. This is the kind of greasy stuff you can expect.
Stick with the Internet Salespeople, they can give you the better price. They waxed my car and fill up my gas tank too! Thanks for taking care of your Long Beach locals.
New ownership. Was informed that dealership was sold in Nov 2016. They are trying to keep benefits of new car purchases. They are offering discounts on scheduled service.
Since 2012 I had had nothing but horrible service! Estimated service time is never been what was quoted. Today 1 hour 7am appointment...11:45 no car, no call. I have wasted half day, had I been told I could have made arrangements for transportation. Nissan could have provided a rental car. I had a 9am meeting which I have now lost the deal. Every time I take my car in it never fails they find something to charge more! Oops I have a service contract. Dont ever buy! I have a navigation system that has been replaced twice, now they dont respond to my calls. Ive been calling since April. My service agreement expires soon, are they waiting for it to expire? I have high profile tires. Nissan charged me $800 to replace and took my car to Performance Plus where I later replaced myself for $400. Im a preferred customer. REALLY. Car wash, tire repair, rotation all included. They half wash so I dont bother anymore. The cant fix my flats on rims they sold me, they rotate the tires but dont balance. Oh the nice service person told me to learn how to read, he never heard of a service contract Which is now costing me $100 deductible to use! Thats the day I had to leave because I didnt want to be arrested for assault. I am so over Hooman Nissan Long Beach. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST in follow up. Dont return calls. No longer have a service manager, which served no purpose anyway. Referred to parts manager who only made excuses. I have more but now I need to call again because its now noon!
Always 5 star service when I come here, and a carwash to top it off is always great.
Great customer service sales man hector and Rudy has me driving a q50 sport in just a day with deliver service to my house😊
Very comfortable atmosphereClerk, Briana has helped me a couple of times. Think Ill ask for her when I need my next service checkLove the coffee and doughnuts for that early,start-my-day meal. Very knowledged and professional in dress, demeanour.
I was forced to purchase a theft patrol device with my vehicle. It was not presented to me as an optional accessory at the time of purchase. Come to find out my friend purchased a vehicle from Honda and he had the option of not purchasing the device. Nissan is refusing to refund my money. The theft patrol device added $2000 to the financed amount of my vehicle. Unacceptable.Update: I have no ability to reply to Elizabeths comment so Im editing this post. Elizabeth I left you a voicemail last week but havent received a call back. When I questioned the salesman about the theft patrol device he did not give me the option of removing the theft patrol device from the vehicle. How can the theft patrol device be optional but mandatory? It doesnt make any sense to me... why list it as an optional accessory when the buyer has no option to remove it??
Interested in a used car at this dealership, drove to the dealership, sales associate couldnt find the car, I showed him the dealerships website on my phone with the car I was looking for, he didnt know if it was sold or just overlooked. Gave him my number to let me know one way or another, havent heard back from him since.Update: The dealership contacted me a couple of days later, apologized and said that the vehicle was sold. Then a manager responded and said that he was told that I had received a return email. Funny thing is, the vehicle is still listed on their website as still for sale, a week and a half later!! Classic Bait and Switch, be careful!!Edit: 1 MONTH later, car is still listed on their website as still for sale! What the...?!?
Such a professional and great place to buy a car. They truly make everything much easier and faster. I surly recommend this dealership.
The interaction began on the phone with a nice gal named Brenda (i think thats her name) then Mark, then John. Then we came in, and were warmly greated by Brenda in person, and met with John. Talk about knowledgeable and professional. and laid back, not the cliche car salesmen of the 1970s. I will return someday for myself, and tell my friends to check Hooman out! Thanks!
I received very good and timely service and the representative (Eric) has very good customer service skills.
Good car dealership. They dont put too much pressure. Worked with my tight schedule. Gives you free oil changes for the life of a car that you buy there.
I Visited them regarding a car I saw online on autotrader. The day of the appointment they contacted me to confirm if I was coming in. Did not mention they had sold the car. Drove one hour. When i got there they couldn’t find the keys because supposedly they had already sold the car. Wasted my time. It was False advertisement, Click bait just to get you to come in.
I choose Hooman Nissan after experiencing totally unprofessional works at Carson Nissan. Hooman is good!! They are friendly and professional. I was surprised when a supervisor asked me to walk into his office and ask about their service. I strongly recommend them.
I went in to get a used car, but they claimed they could get me a better deal on a new car. I signed the contract and took the car home. Two days later they called me back in to tell me that my interest rate was not approved and the monthly payment would be more than what was in the contract I signed. I told them they could take the car back then. They basically sold me the car under false pretenses assuming once they got me in the car I would just accept whatever price they told me. I held my ground until they got it down to a number I was comfortable with. The initial sales woman was very nice, but I did not appreciate the trickery and deceitfulness that came along with it. I wouldnt recommend them.
Omg, super horrible customer service. They took over a week to call back and then the price of the vehicle had gone up 4K over the weekend. I was willing to make a purchase out of state for a new model, if they would honor the initial price. I spoke to a lady with a heavy accent that didn’t want to give me her name after she hung up on me twice and told me that the vehicle that I was interested in got sold and for me “to forget it, it’s done, it sold” she made me so upset. I compared vin numbers, that vehicle was still in their website but higher price. I called and spoke to another person ‘Hady’ or something like that who was rude as well. Asking me “how are you going to do it if you’re out of state” I was so upset. Totally crushed my spirits into purchasing the vehicle of my dreams. I will take my business elsewhere. If someone is willing to help (a REAL manager) my info is in their system, you can reach out.
Jerry C. Was highly professional and definitely made me feel welcome at the service center. Definitely will go back for more maintenance.
IS NOT NECESSARY TO SAY ANYTHIG ELSE.THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THANK TO MRS ROBERT SHANANARA.SHE HELP AT LOT.
I Wouldnt Recommend This Place Be Careful About An Interview There Its A Scam But There Is A Honda Lot Right Next Door Their Really Nice & Insightful Theyll Even Get You A Better Deal On A Car 🚗
Today i came in for oil change. The lady that was helping me said i would have to pay 39.99 for it. I told her that I’ve been doing the oil change for free since i bought my car here as part of the VIP deal. Then she told me that i did pay for the last oil change i got here and i said no i did not. Now she was telling me that if i dont do the recommended service then i’ll have to pay for the oil change. The thing is, when i bought this car, the lady that sold me the car didn’t mention anything about this. All she said was oil change will be free of charge as long as i have my nissan as part of the “VIP deal”. But today i am very disappointed.
It would be wonderful if they did what they would do. It woybe nice if they returned phone calls.
Prompt good service. Look forward to longer range whole new Leaf soon !
Terrible customer service I called prior to driving over 30 minutes down to this location. Get down here and literally feels like a slap in the face.Previously I was approved for low downpayment and I can drive off the lot.Now they are stating I have to put over 4000 down just to get started. Then demands that I stop going to other dealerships and running my credit.Told the guy thanks but no thanks if I had 4000 down I would not be coming to get a car.Why 2 days later I get a phone call no voicemail (I have caller ID and it came up as a random number from Long Beach.)So I decided to call back. Now they dont know who called me and cant find out that answer.GOTTA DO BETTER
Second day in a row that I had to reschedule my oil change. They are so disorganized and it is chaotic. They told me it would take 2-3 hours for my oil change as they were behind due to recall service. What !?! I made an appointment (both days) to avoid this. It is not my problem.... They made their problem my problem. Horrible customer service. I brought my car to Mountain View Tire & Service instead. In and out in 45 minutes. Hooman had a $27.99 coupon. The $3.00 difference was not worth my time and frustration. Not going there ever again.
Worst salesmen ever. I got tricked into trading my car in and buying 2 others. Seemed like a good idea till i noticed the contact. I got robbed! I tried getting calls and seeing if i can get help. Nobody cared. One fat finance rep told me to stop coming to their store. Im gonna leave you with this: real crooks wear suits.
Fast and honest service they dont make you waste your time
I was given 3 different answers at this dealership for the same problem. The thing is my car is still practically new and shouldnt have this problem. The problem is obviously a manufacturer issue. The car has less than 38,000 miles on it. It seems as though they are hell bent on getting money instead of solving the problem or keeping a customer. In addition to that the customer service is terrible. I dealt with a guy named Ochoa, he was a nightmare to deal with. He was sarcastic and condescending, and he seems to assume the customer is ignorant of cars. This is rich from someone who cannot spell words correctly and barely speaks English. He needs to be let go. I have decided I am going to leave Nissan and go with another car manufacturer. This is bad for them because not only am I a loyal customer, I only go to the dealership for repairs, oil changes, and even my annual smog check. I spend alot of money there. Not everyone I dealt with here was terrible, but generally this Nissan dealerships service department is about money not customer service. Should you choose Nissan, go to Nissan of Gardena.
I would never recommend no one to buy a car from this dealership if they have zero star option I would’ve picked that one! Got a lease from hooman Nissan which was once the dealership that Nissan of Long Beach is right now. They talked me into buying the car out right when the lease was up on the car they said that they can give me a good price on the car come to find out I ended up paying the original sticker price of the car. After that was done the bad business they did, they was supposed to pay off the lease with the bank they didn’t! so my credit score dropped because I was a couple months of mid payment from the old lease. They told me they didn’t know about it had to do my own research to find out they never paid them off! You have to stay on top of them to pay it off! Just bad business all around wouldn’t recommend my enemy to buy a car from this dealership
I see a lot of one star reviews and a lot of 5 star reviews but I can only give my version of the story and the rest is up to you. I came in near the end of August with the intention of buying a Nissan Note S Plus Automatic. Ryan found us a 2015 Note immediately and we we already taking a ride on the freeway. We didnt really negotiate since they were able to come fairly close to the quote that we wanted. The service was professional and Ryan did not try to do the usual psychological tricks car sales reps usually do - artificially raise the price on paper and then throw you a discount to make it seem like a good deal. When we were trying to go over the prices at the end, there was a $400 charge that was unaccounted for, but we were immediately helped out by James and the situation was resolved. For a deal that was going through at midnight when everyone had already gone home, I was impressed that they were putting in the extra time and still show us a large degree of professionalism.I will be periodically adding to this review as I go back for checks and other appointments, but so far so good.
First off I saw a truck on car gurus that I was interested in, so I made an appointment I was very shocked and surprised to find out when I arrived the truck I called in about was not ready for a test drive.I drove 3 hours to get to Nissan of Long Beach they called me to confirm the appt when I was on my way and I told them I will be there in 30 mins, so I thought for sure they will be ready for a test drive but instead when I arrived I had to wait another 30 minutes while they found the keys to each car, moved 3-4 of cars out of the way before it was ready after having to wait and finally test driving the truck we had a sales men named Hector, He was professional but his sales manger took over and tried to bamboozole me, the sales manager that I dealt with was trying to charge me $500.00 a month for a used 2006 Chevy truck, after I made it clear how ridiculous that is considering the fact that I have excellent Credit and a down payment. the manager knock it down to $365.00 for 72 months again with the credit I have he said that was the best he could do . And just let me leave with out trying to make a deal it seemed to me like manger was bothered he had to come deal with me. $500 for 72 months I could of had a new Titian, I was very disappointed and came home empty handed. The worst part of it all in spite of all that I went through already they call me back today leaving a message letting me know they can workout a deal that will better suit me. After speaking with someone over the phone and asking questions to get a better understanding of the new deal, they were totally unprepared and very clueless as to what I asked and couldn’t get any answers instead I was told I would get a call back, I have yet to receive that call, I’m very disappointed that it would be this difficult for someone to want to make a sale, I have purchased vehicles from Nissan many times in the past but this was a new for me, this dealership is really unprepared and very unprofessional and at this point I can honestly say it’s been the worst service ever provided.
Friendly helpful staff. Services took longer than I thought they would. But it wuz an agreeable experience.
They had a power outage early in the day making total chaos, but while all the girls were standing around scratching their heads this young man (latino) swooped in like Super man and processed everyone standing there within minutes. He totally made up for the inconvenience even though it was something that was out of their hands. He also changed my oil while they did my recall.
Service NOT GOING HERE EVER, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE CAR BEFORE DROPPING OFF YOUR CAR. THEY LEFT OIL ALL OVER MY CAR, WE HAD TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT, JUST BECAUSE WE DIDNT WANT A CAR WASH YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE YOU OILY HAND PRINTS ALL OVER MY CAR. ALSO THE AURELIANO TELL US I GUARANTEE THAT WAS THERE, BECAUSE ITS NOT DUSTY, REALLY HE DIDNT EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR AND HE TELL US THAT THE FKN DENT THEY PUT ON MY RIGHT DOOR WAS THERE WELL I HAD NO DENT IN MY CAR, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS.
Is this place a joke?! HORRIBLE customer service and prices for technical work!!!! This place just wants your money people, take your service to a business who actually cares! The people here are terrible. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PUT THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS!!
The service was AWFUL!!!I called to schedule a shuttle pick up and been waiting for over than an hour and no one call me back to confirm the time. I called them back and still no one replied and tried again they transferred the call to voice mail where I left a message and no one even got bothered to call me back......
I always went here for service and recently they have added an additional section called express service which only allow appointments. As I didnt had chance to make an appointment I went there for service as a walk in and was denied saying you need to schedule a service and we dont take walk in as an air bag recall is going. What a crap?I went to Carson Nissan and they immediately accepted my walk in and completed my service without an issue. I did asked them is there at airbag recall going, they said yes but we have kept our service staff separate for it.Not going back to this place and more.
This used to be a great place to charge an electric leaf. They have a Chademo level-3 charger, and the staff were really nice. From the transition from Hooman to the new ownership, I was glad to see that the Chademo remained free for loyal Leaf owners. Of course, it isnt as quick as the Tesla Supercharger network, but it would take my car from 20% to 80% charge in about 30 minutes. Now, things have changed, and the dealer is no longer supporting Leaf owners with free fast charging. I guess I can use the slower level-2 chargers which take hours longer. I cant see myself buying another Leaf or remaining a patron to this dealership
Nice workers good service Im coming back again 👍
I went to Huntington Beach CDJR and thought I got a great deal on a 2014 Jetta. Turns out that they let me drive off the lot with a new vehicle that I never got approved by the bank for, so they asked me to return the car. So I called up hector and Rodrigo over at Nissan of Long Beach along with Feraz and explained to them the situation and they provided me with the right type of vehicle for the right price. Best part about it is that they didn’t lie about me getting approved by the bank.
Cashiers are very rude. Looks like they not like to work there. Or not like to work at all. For all your need for your Nissan car. Go to Carson Nissan is Not too Far. For that people whom not drive too much. You can take streets to Carson. Wardlow st. Change name to 223 rd. After Wilmington
Went to the dealer with a preapproval from capital one. Right from the getgo the manager starts in about let me pull your credit. so we do the whole song and dance and then he does the thing where he leaves you in the office forever then comes back talking more and more options like hes doing me a favor. I finally got sick of hearing all the bs about a trade in and that our credit was low and that it would require a down payment EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ALREADY APPROVED AND HAD PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED A CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALER FLAWLESSLY! I got sick of it, Ive purchased many cars and know what im doing, I asked for my keys, he says why....Um because theyre mine and I said so, He says im trying to help you out and I said respect what im saying and give me my keys were not buying a car there. He leaves again. I go to the little sales office where these people congregate and I wait... My partner then starts getting notifications about credit hits.... AFTER WE RETRACTED OUR AUTHORIZATIONS! He has my keys in his hand walking towards me then sets them where I cannot get them and starts saying how hes talking to the banks.... not true. I then said Give me my keys now and he finally went and got them. We drove away and were still getting inquiries. I will never set foot in this dealer and I will be notifying the finance companies the checks were unauthorized.
My experience at Nissan of Long Beach was fantastic I was very nervous and apprehensive to go because I was afraid that my bad credit would keep me from getting a vehicle. I thought I was going to have to go to DriveTime or one of those places based on my terrible credit score, but to my surprise Mauricio who was my sales rep resented it was not pushy and he tried his very very best to get me into a car with my credit score and the limited amount of down deposit I had honestly I didnt think I was going to get a car I thought I was going to be turned down like the other dealerships. But I was able to get a Nissan Versa Note and I get my oil changed for free for up to 30,000 miles and vacuumed it and cleaned it all in all Id say they get an A+ thanks you Nissan of Long Beach
They posted one price we like on the internet. We came for test drive and confirm the price. Then came the internet sales manager who slapped another $2K for options that are not even installed yet...It was a waste of our time...
It takes a long time for a simple oil change.😴
