The staff is nice enough. However there was a gentleman there who seemed to be getting very upset that my references werent just picking up their phones during normal work hours. I felt as if i was not trustworthy and i almost went to another rental store.

Jordan and Dakota delivered my fridge, bunk beds, and washer and dryer today and were amazing! Awesome guys, quick and efficient. But everything together for me and was in and out within 30 min. Super happy with Rent One and these guys today!

I rented a recliner for a month. 3 weeks later they called and said my account was due and I told them I only wanted it for a month. They said either I pay the additional week or pickup, that the month starts when you agree to the rental, not from when it was delivered. No one ever stated that. Very deceiving

I was in need of a bunkbed immediately. The employees were quick to help. A month later I needed a couch set and they did not have the one I wanted but the employees once again helped get one as close as possible to it. The two delivery guys were just as kind as could be when delivering. I will most definitely use them again!

Whatever you need the store manager Casey will do her best to hook you up. She will bend over backwards making sure you get exactly what you want! If you need anything she will find it! Highly recommend! Casey Rocks!

My experience was great actually. Im a manager at a large franchise and I was very pleased with the professionalism. I went to a few other rental places before I made my way to Rent One and the others didnt even compare. Brandon, (the store manager Im assuming) was very polite, professional and helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, shook my hand, addressed me by my first name and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Rent one is a great place to rent from when you dont have the money to purchase beds, furniture etc upfront. They are usually really fast when it comes to delivering your item(s). When there is an issue they do what they can to fix it.

They did a very excellent job today

Delivered a range to my house. 2 of the 4 burners didnt work and the first time I fired it up it was so dirty it smoked up my whole house! And even after all that I was cool and willing to let them make it right! But then the huge cockroaches came running out of it !! Needless to say, Im done with them!!

Brandon is great to deal with, but dont get me started on Richard. If I had known he was so difficult to deal with I would have never rented anything from Rent One. I hate going in the store not sure of the girls name but she calls it bubbly personality I call her HI WELCOME TO RENT ONE! while standing way to close to me, a little over the top and annoying. Its very off putting.

Employees are very helpful and informative when choosing what is right for you. Delivery was also in a timely matter. Definitely recommend for the Sikeston area!

This is the woworst store I have ever seen. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I wouldnt ever grace that store with my presence again. The owner needs to be aware that they are losing business because of this.

Good business big assortment but one of the employees named Kelley is rude harrasses people. She doe not understand the concept of a business owner being out of town on business I would suggest doing business elsewhere as long as she is employed with rent one.

Whay you will get is people who dont know how to put together a bed which fell down with me and my wife..a table promised fixed but hasent..oh and dont forget the roaches. I say find somwhere else where u get better service... O ya they want ur business but are not goog providing there word..even the girl that works there says the dilevery workers are lazy and do not clean products or spray for bugs. Just putting the word out dont go to this company in sikeston mo....if u do ur warned

Rented a washer and dryer from this place. I attempted to contact them and inform them that I had changed jobs and see if I could get an extension on payment. I couldnt get a straight answer. A week later I get a letter in the mail threatening me with filing a stolen property report and suing me in court. I called that day and asked them to come get their property. they refused. I loaded it up and returned it videoed the whole exchange and how rude they were. I will never do business with this company again.
