Was a good experience. I went to get some good cleaning supplies, I was able to accomplish this goal. While there I had no list, so I made a couple of impulse buys. One of them I needed right then. Windshield wiper blades, not that I wanted to put them on, but they do still offer the service of installation of them. Both of the employees present at the time were very helpful. Now to the disappointing part of the trip. A young man pulled up,wearing an Auto zone shirt. He had his music blasting very loudly. This young man went inside the Auto zone store,he left his music playing very loudly while inside. I may have lost my cool a little because I asked him if he thought we all needed to have a concert? He turned it up louder and drove off slowly. Overall a good visit. I will return to this store.

The man Chris that works here was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t get the oil cap off and he came out and got it off for us. Then we came back about an hour later and he knew he exactly who we were. We hit a deer on our way home and stopped there to see if everything was okay. He was nice and polite he helped us and made sure we were okay. He is excellent and he should get so much praise for being such an honorable person ❤️

Ive never been a huge fan, of autozone my husband and I ran into the Sikeston, location there were so many employees at least 5-6, i kinda found that odd the last guy finally ask if he could help my husband. all we needed was a door lock assembly (#3) there junk thought I was gonna have a heart Attack 48$ each.... I promise I didnt ask to order Gold just a door lock shouldnt these employees be working not running over each other????? We so often take our jobs lightly. THE PEOPLE WALKING THRU YOUR DOOR IS WHO PAYS YOUR WAGES. Thanks Oreillys for being on speed dial.

U need cheap parts they got them. U get what u pay for tho.

Bad service. Stood there for 10 minutes while they yaked on the phone and when one of them finally finished they came around the counter and started stocking a rack by the register like I wasnt there.

Auto zone is the place I recommend. The associates are knowledgeable on pretty much everything. They told me the exact parts to get for my car problems in no time. It was great. The workers that were their were great kinda seems like they are a bit under staffed but they definitely were giving it their all to help everyone who came in the door. So employees deserve a 10 star rating in my opinion!

People working know very little about there job. Called the day after we were there and got a VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC man on the phone who actually LAUGHED at me!!!!! Very Very unhappy with the customer service and Ive spent well over $600 or $700 in last few days!!!

I have never been treated so badly over the phone by any staff anywhere..i was given false information hung up on and told if my money from a rented tool hadnt been put back in my account it was my problem call corporate..they then refused to give me the nu to do so. And even on the website i cant find the nu. They did give me the nu to an employee who just got off work telling me it was the regional nu. apparently as a joke...its worth the drive to cape the sikston store customer service is offensive

I have to be blunt. A sales man lost his cool tried to get in a fight with my husband. He was taking all his friends ahead of people who were in line. Older man with grey hair. I called him on it and he threatened violence. Following us out of the store. I stopped my husband from engaging him. This is the Sikeston branch. Not really sure if you want to go there. Seems like a lot of people who work there are some what stupid. Avoid go to Dexter or cape .

Could be better staffed with more knowledgeable people. If you know what you’re looking for the. You should be good. If not, visit O’Reilly Auto Parts.

The water pump on our truck went out Easter weekend in route to Minnesota. The manager and staff went above and beyond to assist us in getting back on the road. They found a mechanic for us on a Saturday, when I could find no one due to it being the holiday. They had the parts we needed and did returns on what we didnt use. They had us back on the road Easter morning. Thank you so much for your hard work. We really appreciated the extra done on our behalf. God bless you.

Screw this place. Bought an ignition switch that the website said was compatible. The guy at the store said it would work too. Get home, not even close. Smh

The girl was nice but its so aggravating when you call over there to put parts on hold and when you arrive, you just wasted a phone call and your breath and have to call your husband and go over every single detail that was just told to the older guy 45 minutes prior.
