Clerk was not overly friendly but I can live with that. After I paid the clerk handed me my merchandise. I asked for a bag and was told they had gone green and we’re bagless. That’s not going green, that’s cheap. If you want to go green, have reusable bags. I had several small items and had to carry them out in my hands. Dropped one and broke it. I will never shop here again.

This Goodwill was really awesome! Found some good pick ups! Nice clean place with plenty of stuff to look at!

Goodwill is ok. The staff is always nice to me. But, I would much rather go somewhere else. Because the money that gets spent there, lines the CEOS pockets. Also, whatever color is on sale for that week is VERY hard to find. They over price things anyway.

I like looking at the good will store cause you can usually find some nice jeans on sale and another item youve been looking for.

I go to this goodwill very often. This is not the first time this employee has been rude.However today was a very very bad experience. To the point to where I put all my stuff back and walked out because the same employee was very very rude. When I tried to address another employee about the situation she got rude and said I did not know what I was talking about and that she had been there 8 years and there was no employee by the name I said. I may have been wrong about the name but she did not even look for the employee to address the situation. Doubt I will ever go back. That is sad considering it is one of my familys favorite goodwills.

They had a nice selection of merchandise. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Some price were a bit high and the color tags were only 25% off. There was a blazer and skirt set but I had to pay for each item though they went together and same with swimsuits have to buy the top and bottom EacH separately which makes for twice the price! Staff acted like they hated there jobs and yelling back and forth at each other lol

Goodwill is ok but I think it could b a bit cleaner than it is here in Sikeston. Since covid it seems to me they dont have much there anymore !

Overpriced and rude staff. Got to love the fear mongering as well and their legal loop hole to discriminate against people with respiratory disabilities.Never shopping here again or supporting businesses like this one.Teen Challenge is a Much better option. They provide bags, have a nicely organized store, And serve our community. This is where I will be shopping from now on so not to face another round of discrimination.

Store was well kept. Plenty of safe Distance to shop.Prices were maybe out of line. Used USB turn table Id 25 00 new at Walmart. Was 30.00 at this store.

I love this place.. the workers are so friendly and understanding. I love the prices and the color tag sales. The sikeston store is so clean and well organized. I love the variety of styles here versus other goodwill stores.

Seems like goodwill is much cleaner and more organized on the inside than it used to be. Staff was kinda meh customer service wise but other than that things were pretty good, bathroom was clean too. Item selection is pretty much exactly what you expect from a secondhand store.

Well organized and the staff is always helpful and kind. You can spend so much time looking around, they have a huge selection of clothing and a little of other random household items. I wouldnt recommend going at busy times, since there are only two checkout lanes.

Great donated items, inventory. 2/6 cashiers have been nice. Some overpriced items for sure. Store is busy everytime and has rotated stock.

I didnt like the fact that you have to bring your own bags now to put the stuff you buy in but other then that I enjoy shopping there

Can find good stuff sometimes but lately the prices have been borderline ridiculous. They need someone with some common sense doing the pricing. Also can be pretty crowded.

Wasnt too impressed with the selection of mens wear and shoes that they had when I stopped by. The selections of items here change dramatically (one day it can be full like your local Macys, other days its just bleak). Staff are just there to do their job.

They put out 4 tier of just shoes mix it up. I stopped going to goodwill just for that reason

Have to wear mask right now, which is no fun...but found some deals that made it worth it!

Wish they would put clothing by sizes, it would make looking for things so much easier.

Tons of womens clothes, not much for men. Housewares and home stuff is small but sufficient in selection.

Great store can find just about anything you are looking for.

Wasnt impressed the stuff there is over priced on alot of things better off buying it new across the street at walmarts sorry may just have been my own personal experience with them as well as a family in there with clothing vouchers and where treated unfairly as to where someone else ended up paying for their stuff since they had ben declined of their vouchers and the total of those ppl things was a whopping rounded off $12.00 worth an was a pair of shoes an jeans for a young boy that had nothing

Staff is usually short/Kurt with customers. And dont ask them questions they get upset.

Really big, lots of things! Only problem I found was you have to look at EVERYTHING in the category to find clothes. Look through ALL if ladies shirts for large shirts, look through all womens plus pants for size 18, . . . Not convenient.

As usual I didnt find anything, but I have to go, because you just never know when you might find that million dollar rock for a dolkar

Prices are too high!! This is an establishment that sells used goods, most of which are donated and it is ridiculous that the prices are so high....and to make things worse you have to walk out of the store with your purchases in your hand because they are too cheap to purchase bags!! I will be so glad when Teen Challenge opens on March 9th!!

Thus Goodwill always has less nice stuff than most others in the area. They are also more likely to mark up prices on brands that arent really worth the extra price.
