Terrible. At least the pharmacy part. Over half the people who work in the pharmacy are unhelpful and show disgust when you need help or have questions. Like another reviewer said, they resort to telling you to call your insurance to resolve a problem most of the time and push the blame on someone else. They have you run in circles and make the process for getting your medications as horrible and complicated as possible. Theres one or two employees that work in the pharmacy that have been helpful and seem like they genuinely care. I feel sorry for them having to work with such rude and disrespectful co-workers. If you want to save yourself a headache and feelings of frustration, I recommend you avoid this establishment like its the black plague.

The store manager is a shady witch

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. None of their employees are helpful. 75% of the time they cite an issue with insurance & tell you to contact your insurance company. Upon contacting my insurance company I’m always told it is either an issue with how Walgreens puts charges through, charges weren’t even put through (so they tried to bill someone else’s insurance or they didn’t even try to run it through insurance at all) or Walgreens is completely making up things. A couple of times my insurance company has even suggested I use a different pharmacy! Forget talking to a manager, as they are little help either & just offer empty apologies or offer to call you back but never do. Turnover is unbelievable (I wonder why?!). Have finally switched to another pharmacy & have had zero issues in 2 years. None!

This walgreens is hit or miss. Dont go when its busy because they will only have one cashier working. Other than that the store is everything you expect a walgreens to be.
