Walmarts curbside is rocking. Quick amazing service. And they are out as quick as they can. Love it

While on a road trip, I needed antibiotics and stopped at this Walmart to get them. I asked how long it would take to fill a prescription while I waited. The man helping me was very polite and told me it would be 20-25 minutes. I called my doctor with the pharmacy number as he was ready to call in my prescription. After 20 minutes, I returned to check on my prescription. I was told that I had no prescription waiting while my doctor’s office had assured me that they had called the prescription in immediately. No one at the pharmacy had checked the messages, even though they knew I had a prescription being called in. Upon checking their messages and telling me my prescription had been called in, I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for them to fill it - on the bench directly in front of the pharmacy. With no news of it being ready, I returned to speak to the man who had been helping me hoping to pay in order to speed the process along. It was then that he informed me that my prescription was ready.I can’t believe that their customer service is so poor that they couldn’t be bothered to tell someone waiting in the waiting area that their prescription was ready.
