We are locals, haven’t dropped by in years. Now we recall why. The buffet was poorly stocked, as staff were more concerned with filling delivery and to go orders. We sat for 15 minutes before a single fresh pizza was added to the buffet. The pastas appeared to have been sitting out all afternoon, and stuck to the warmers. The waitress took our initial drink orders. After that, we had to fetch our own. The food is tasty, which is only factor preventing this from a one star review. We won’t return.

Horrible taco pizza was really disappointed they have done a lot better in the past just being cheap.

Food was good, well what there was of it. Buffet was almost bare. Waitress took our drink order then disappeared. We got up and made our own. Then when we checked out. I kindley let the guy at register know the buffet was bare and service was bad. He was very rude about it. While there another family came in ....I heard one lady say they are so rude here I wanna leave and go somewhere else. Just a heads up if you chose to go there, we wont make that mistake again.

Not a bad find while driving through Missouri. Pizza was decent and they provided a nice spread for their buffet.

Ordered delivery to our hotel. Great pizza. Fast delivery. Good price.You never know what you are going to get when you stay in an unfamiliar town and order delivery. The locals recommended pizza inn. We were happily surprised it was so good.We got thin pizza. And its thin. Like new york pizza is thick. That kind of thin. We loved it!And we are used to Ginos east, Pizzeria Uno, -- you know -- Chicago thick pan pizza. And still, we liked it.If it can make a Ginos east fan happy, its good pizza.

Food was fresh and of good taste. Customer service was mediocre.

Very busy with takeout orders yesterday so the buffet sort of got neglected. When another customer mentioned there wasnt much of a selection staff apologized and said they had to complete the takeout orders first... I totally get having to prioritize, but when you have a restaurant full of paying customers as well then some of the take out orders need to be told to expect a little bit of a longer wait time

Just had dinner delivered to a local motel. Was prompt, and the portions are generous. Im a big guy with a big appetite, ordered the large spaghetti dinner. Was easily enough for 3 folks. Felt like I got my moneys worth and then some.

Family tradition to eat here when we head back home on Sunday, Great staff, very accommodating, buffet stays full even with crowds, group of 22, and 10 plus church group, never waited for food!

Today was a disappointment, the staff were less than motivated. The place was clean. The salad on the salad bar looked like it had some time on it. The pizza was good. I never seem to have issues with the pizza. Staff were connected, meaning, they had phones glued to their hands. This business has taken a hit from lack of interest. That is sad.

I normally dont like to give a bad review. I try to find the good in a place I visit. But unfortunately this place was a terrible experience for me! No pasta, wilted salad, and very bland tasting pizza. Sorry..

Excellent salad bar for my family. The pizza was hot and good. And we had huge red cups of drinks.

They said that they had problems it would be 30 minutes before they opened so we didn’t get to try them, pretty upsetting seeing how everyone says that they have thw best burgers in Memphis.

Its okay if you go before 6:30. The buffet doesnt really get refilled after then. The salad was nearly gone and it wasnt yet 7. The pizza is okay but buffet is overpriced if youre planning a later meal.

I gave this pizza inn 5 stars because the service was great and the food was amazing.

Womens bathroom was out of order and the mens bathrooms toilet didnt flush, also the pizza was CRUSTY and there was barely any sauce, building was very dim and the booth was very uncomfortable

We were in the area & my grandson wanted pizza so we pulled in there. It was 1:10pm on a Saturday. Not much on the buffet when we got there. What we did have tasted stale, inc They did replenish & everything tasted better, although we were about done by that time. Service was good & employees were friendly. Apparently they had just had a big lunch rush & they had to call in another server to help.

When we walked in they pushed the buffet so we fell for it. Everything on it was stale and cold.Not good.On a better note, our waitress was awesome. She was on her job. She ordered us a fresh beef pizza, which wasnt on the buffet and made sure we were well taken care of. She gets 5 ⭐.

If you dont go at noon, or 5 oclock when the buffet is fresh and a lot of people are coming in, then I wouldnt go. Weve been several times..not at peak times and the buffet is always dried up and not much on it.

Horrible pizza, decent wings, but the ONLY THING OPEN so there is that. Plus the customer service was exceptionally excellent.

Went in after 11 today. The pizza was hot and there was plenty in the buffet. One lady working the dining room and they were getting busy at noon. She did a fantastic job keeping dirty plates picked up and checking on us.

This is the best place to go for Pizza buffet. We love Pizza Inn. The owner and staff are very nice, and take great care to make sure you never have a dry glass or messy tables. They also ask you if you want a certain kind of pizza, they will make it for you. Makes you feel just like youre home.

Our Church Second half ministry was having fundraiser for Back to School, The owner is great man he is doing 10% of sales and all tips. The taco pizza my favorite, its all yummy. God bless him.for what he does!

Great place to take the family to eat. Friendly service. If you want something that they dont have out on the buffet already, all you have to do is request it and they will have it in there shortly. I am a huge fan of the Bavarian Creme dessert pizza and my wife and kids like the cinnamon dessert. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone if theyre looking for a good cheap place to take the family!

Had to ask for lettuce on the salad bar, it was severely neglected. I know all about the blondes facechat she had last night, I took my kids to a pizza buffet just so we could hear her talk about her night at the top of her lungs. Our waitress (young, dark-headed girl) was very helpful and could train the blonde girl in professionalism. Pizza was marginal, at best.

Everything on buffet was ice cold and the pasta was extremely soft. Will NEVER eat there again!! The worst food and biggest waste of money!!

We stopped around 1pm on Saturday. The hot food was dry and looked like it had been there for hours. We did enjoy the cheese bread pizza and cinnamon dessert.The salad bar didnt have much of what I wanted in a salad. There were no vegetables except tomatoes.On a positive note the bathrooms were clean. They offer a veterans discount. I have no idea how much a regular buffet costs but anything over $5 per person wasnt justified given the quality of the food. (We paid over $18 for 2 meals with the discount.)

Delicious thin sliced pizza! My favorite was the chicken. I added some macaroni and cheese to it and made it a masterpiece! Getting the buffet with a soda is very affordable and you wont leave hungry. Five stars for the Inn.

This has been a great place for many years. This time was our worst expierence. The pizzas were cold and greezy and the customer service was at an all time horrible. We requested fresh pizza and waited for 28 minutes for one pepperoni pizza to be brought to rhe buffet. We asked for a taco pizza but it was never brought out. It really shows when Danny is not there working. I hate to leave such a poor report but it truly was a waste of our money.

Will not....absolutely will not go here again....$60 for a pick up order ( yes, tip included for a pick up) almost $7 for the smallest salad I have ever seen, paid for extra dressing and no dressing was given... enough cheddar cheese for the taco pizza that covered 3 pcs of a large.... absolutely disgusted with the money I paid...should have just sprung for Lamberts

Kid friendly. Prices fair. Only thing I didnt like is they dont keep the buffet up like they should. Buffet is out of a lot and several dishes end up sitting and drying out where you wouldnt want to eat it.

When you need a Pizza fix, this is the place to get it. All buffet style, many choices. The house garden salad is awesome. Great priceing. Good atmosphere. Try it, I think youll like it.

The foods there were just not the same. I grew up on Pizza Inn and always loved their food. But the last couple years they have went down.

Highly dissatisfied. We were traveling through the area and chose Pizza Inn because it appeared they had a good buffet. The buffet had been picked over and was not replenished with the exception of two pizzas during our visit. The buffet had many empty pans and had not been wiped down. The floors had food and wrappers that had not been swept up. The staff spent their time in the kitchen area lounging around and talking with one another. No one appeared to be working very hard based on the cleanliness of the restaurant and lack of food on the buffet. The food we did have was actually pretty tasty. Its a shame because this could have been a much better experience...theres lots of potential here if someone cared to make a better presentation and clean things up.

The tables werent clean and some bug on the seat back further added to the disappointment. The restrooms smelled like sewer - and I know you dont visit a restaurant for the restrooms, bit it was very rough. Will not go back - EVER.

The taste & quality of this pizza has gone downhill in the last few years. The prices have gone up. However, the customer service has ALWAYS & sense od familly been at the TOP ! Pizza Inn was one of our favorite pizza places to take our family. Wed eat in or opt for delivery & a night in. I am sorry to report that is no longer the case on price & taste. They have failed too many times to count.

The pizza definitely was not fresh. It tasted like a cheaper version of little Cesars pizza. Worst pizza Ive ever tasted. And I got charged for 3 adult buffets when it should had been 2 adult buffets n a child buffet. I will never go back.

Everytime I decide to go to pizza inn the food on the bar its never fresh or attend to..I really hate that because I love pizza inn since I was a kid. To know that the younger employees dont put their heart into the food makes the chain look bad..Please try to keep this piece of treasure alive..You guys can do better bottom line...

Ok, I know what you are going to say: You were in Sikeston, MO and you DIDNT eat at Lamberts??? Yep, thats right, I didnt. Nothing against Lamberts, but my family and I just didnt want to wait over an hour on a Saturday night to eat, so we drove down the street to Pizza Inn. We were not disappointed.Walk in the door and a very friendly girl at the counter greeted us and invited us to sit anywhere. Before we could get there, another very nice lady asked us what we wanted for drinks and was there any special kind of pizza she could get put out on the buffet for us. Any kind was welcome.Seated, drinks poured and off to the buffet. I have to admit, it was a little sparse to start. We grabbed a few random slices to start, but it was only a few moment before piping hot, tasty thin crust pizza was out. Pizza tasted very good. Salad was good. Our waitress was very attentive to our drink needs. Overall, a great, filling time at the Pizza Inn. Bring the family, you will enjoy.
