My grandpa called about getting few JD tractor parts, guys that answered twice were rude an not professional and not knowledgeable about the parts...also hung up on my 80yr old grandpa when he started questioning them...I called them myself trying to help with his parts, told them Id be there in 30-45mins...show up an nobody knows what Im talking about, says I can go out back and try to find the part...needless say I was mad with them, if you cant answer the phone an do what you say or look parts up on computer, then theyre in wrong business

EDIT:: This was resolved!!! They in fact do swapouts... Jim at their Sikeston location was wonderful to work with!! If you have similar problems I would definitely contact him.I would say they lack customer service to say the least. After talking to probably 6 different people, every. single. person. RUDE. Our first product we bought from them ended up being two different colors SO after numerous calls they were still out of stock to make this right. I finally gave up and they had no records of my calls to send me one when they were back in stock so I asked for a discount when purchasing the newer (brighter) ones when they came out... Not only did I not get anything of sorts they were rude. I work in customer service myself and its just not good business. They also do not offer any sort of swapouts so you better make sure you get what you need even if there is a miscommunication with part numbers. Bought lesson now twice, wont be a third time, and wont advertise their sprayer lights anymore!

I ordered parts for a 2630 John Deere tractor and was sent the wrong parts twice! They advertise as being the experts? Each time they shipped they would bill the amount and I ended up with three times the cash tied up for parts I couldnt use. When the so call expert finally asked the right questions and sent me the correct parts along with return label I was charged a 15% RESTOCK FEE! I not only had to wait several weeks for the correct parts but was CHARGED FOR THEIR MISTAKE! I would recommend looking elsewhere if I needed parts again.
