I arrived at the office on time and I was greeted warmly. I Explained why I was there. My hearing aid was checked out and the reason for me not being able to hear with the left hearing aid was fixed. They explained that Chris was no longer employed there and the new person would be there next week.

I recently brought my elderly father to the Sikeston Beltone office for hearing aid repair. We could not have been happier with our experience. Kevin Earnhart, the hearing instrument specialist, took the time to listen to my fathers issues and indicated he would send the hearing aid in for service, all covered under warranty. In addition, Kevin made sure to inform my father of a location more convenient to pick up his repaired hearing aid when it was ready. I would highly recommend this business.
