The lady was SO helpful. We needed to return a rented laptop, and the company has pre-filled a lot on the shipping label they provided. We were not sure on several of the spots about value, speed, or getting it there in time to get our deposit refunded. She advised us on how many companies handle situations like ours, and advised us to call and ask specifically on a few things, and how to word out questions. It saved us money because we found out later that the shipping actually was deducted from our deposit refund despite it showing on the FedEx shipping tag that they were paying it from their account. π€¦πΌββοΈπ So calling and not putting extra insurance or faster speed saved us a bunch of money, thanks to her counseling us on what to do!!
I absolutely love the FALSE delivery attempt made with me literally standing in my doorway at the time of the supposed delivery. Amazingly I cant tell which location is worse this one or jonesboro when it comes to their coffee shop deliveries (you know marking a package as delivered while sitting in the coffee shop) I will now require all of my distributors to use anybody besides fedex or I will no longer use their service
Had a package showing on truck for delivery on Sunday. Watched the truck pull up behind my truck, my front camera shows him sitting there. After less than a minute, and the driver not getting out, he pulled off. I thought maybe it was the wrong truck. An hour passed and I got a text, delivery attempted, noone home. BULL!!! I have him on camera in front of my house. Try calling about it, went through 2 reps before getting someone to turn that truck around. Chances of that are slim. Monday, they will be hearing from me and it wont be nice.
I have contacted FedEx numerous times over the past week. First, I was told my package would be delivered on Friday. When it did not arrive, I was told it was put on the wrong flight and would be delivered on Saturday. Then on Saturday, I was told it was not loaded onto a truck for delivery. Customer Service told me to go pick it up at this location on E Malone in Sikeston. After driving an hour to get my package, I was told I could not pick up the package because it was in a container. Sunday comes around, and a representative put me on hold while they contacted this location. The representative told me I could go pick it up immediately. Again, I drive an hour to pick up my package just to find out they are closed on Sundays! Today, its Monday. First representative i spoke to at 7 AM said my package would be delivered, today. Its now 9 AM, and another representative told me the package is unable to be picked up, will not be delivered today, and does not know when it will be delivered. FedEx refuses to transfer me to the location on E Malone. FedEx refuses to transfer me to a supervisor. The representative hung up on me. I guess my package that I paid a lot of money for and a good sum of money for overnight delivery will not be delivered, and only God knows if/when it will be delivered. This is terrible!
2 packages supposedly delivered. But my address is actually a usps office and they (all the workers) said no fed ex deliveries today yet fed ex driver listed both as delivery sign on file.This is crazy. I want my packages, fed ex does not have my permission to sign my name. And the physical address is the united statespost office building so it could not go to wrong address
I got my package from NJ to MO but it took a 12 day detour to CA... Previous package from GA to MO made a stop in Memphis, took a 3 day trip to MS, ended up back in Memphis and I finally got it several days late.

Iβve been waiting two weeks for a package thatβs been out for delivery, I really donβt know why itβs been out for delivery that long but itβs annoying because now I have to go and get it and basically do the job the person couldnβt handle for two weeks. Well I called and they said they would transfer it to a facility where I could pick it up. They never did that they just decided to send it back to the sender and the customer service people are basically useless if they literally could not help me whatsoever. Never will I use FedEx.
Fed ex has been delivering my packages to wrong address for 5 months now. I contacted mangers at sikeston mo. with return calls telling this was resolved but still going on

My package was delivered on Dec 6th but was delivered to the wrong house. The people at that house finally delivered the package to me on the 18th. I knew I was getting a package but wasnβt sure on the ship date. Need to make sure you are delivering to the correct address

I always receive my packages with usps and ups. But with FedEx itβs never in time or one week they find my address and next week they say package was not delivered because they didnβt find the address. Worst delivery drivers and shipping center ! If I luckily receive the package, I can tell itβs been through extreme rough handling. I lost multiple food delivery through FedEx . Donβt use it if you have other choices.
I have been a customer of a food delivery service since 2016. Getting a Saturday delivery each time, at number 915. For some reason the last two deliveries have not arrived at my door. The first one was left on my neighborβs porch, 914. Ok, not a huge deal, since we found it and picked it up from the neighbor. But interesting since the box was CLEARLY marked 915. The second issue was the fact that the driver tried delivering to number 919 which doesnβt exist. They did manage to find the house the following Monday, but of course by then the salmon and chicken that were in the package were pretty rank. I have not heard a word from FedEx. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Needless to say Iβm VERY frustrated with their service and wondering if they willl be able to manage my next delivery this Saturday!!
Probably the worst facility in the Fed X system. They have had a package of mine over 3 weeks and will not deliver. You cannot even call them to pick it up yourself. UPS for me now on everything.

Shipments been on truck for 2 days for delivery and still not delivered, now they tell me tuesday not monday. so I have to wait a week to get it delivered.and who knows if they will deliver it then. even tryed to get ahold of them so i could meet the driver but you talk to some one in mexico. and they wont give out the phone number of the local station. why?

Calling the customer service does no good. My package was not delivered and they said the driver managers phone is off so they can not call to find out what is going on with my package. Rediculous!!! It is a $400 item they are handling and I am so mad!

The worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. They gave me a time frame for delivery then it wasnt attempted until an hour later. I go up to the store and they wont allow me to pick up the item. All they do is give the run around on information.
