I also dealt with a gentleman named Caleb from the Chevrolet Service in Superior. He was amazing when I had to leave my car. He was very informative when he was telling me about my car. I would absolutely deal with them again!

I like the friendly service and detailed report I get when I bring in my vehicles. They are good to explain things and give me all the options I have, so I dont spend money that I dont have at the moment. I can plan accordingly and most other places make all repairs seem like it is a have to situation. Also, they have wonderful service specials!

I appreciate the work that Superior Chevrolet Siloam Springs does on my vehicle. The service desk gives my car a thorough inspection every time I visit. I am not knowledgable about cars, so they usually have to take extra time to explain to me what is good, what is bad, and what needs work. I feel like theyre honest with me and not trying to sell me services every time I go in there as some dealerships do. The service team does a great job and the waiting area is nice and clean with work space available if I need it. I highly recommend them.

Superior Chevrolet has always provided me with good friendly service when I need to take my vehicles in to be serviced. The jobs are done in a timely manor and a detail of the job is provided. The service department and waiting area provide a clean facility. The service manager always explains what type of maintenance has or had to be done.

I went in for an oil change. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. It only took 30 minutes. I have used them in the past for recalls and warranty work. Excellent service and excellent customer service. I have dealt with Caleb Morgan several times couldnt be any better will figure out the problem .

Dealing with a service manager whom doesnt listen to all your telling him then says.. if you dont like what your being told, you can take your viechel else where.. is more than out of line.

My wife made an appointment for an ignition recall at Superior. When she arrived for her appointment she was told that they didnt have the parts to fix it and that they were surprised she was there. How can you be surprised when you have an appointment? How can you make someone drive to your service department and then say you dont have the parts to do the repair? The representative actually said that they get bad customers as an excuse to why the appointment needs to be cancelled. Hows THAT for customer service!? I will be sure to look for ANY other dealer and brand when I spend MY hard earned money on a vehicle. Are you waiting for us to be the next death statistic?...very disappointed

I have had the best experience in car buying at Superiour Chevrolet in Siolam Springs, AR.My daughter is a senior in high school this year and was in need of a NEW car, we went on line and every place I applied for would not approve me because my credit score!!!! I talked to Chance Staneter on the phone serval times and he assured me he could him me. I drove 5 hours to get there, the car my daughter wanted was sitting out front ready to test drive. She loved it, and guess what? Thanks to Chance and Daniel Fernandez (BULL) my daughter is very happy with her new car!!!! Chance was such a sweetheart and said as he would do! Bull (the bomb diggitty of all) was also very friendly finance manager! They made this the best car expierece of my life! I cant not exspress how much i appreciate them! Everyone ask for Chance!!!! They totally lied to us. They are scam artists. All they are out for is to make that sale. They tell you what you want to hear in order for them to make that sale. But, when it comes to the signing, when all the figures dont add up, is when you realize. They think they got $500 in Earnest money.....I dont think so!
