Went in right before closing. The gentleman on the phone even said if we were running a few minutes late he would wait! Amazing customer service a d such kindness and no rush while loading it up! This, is a great place to bring your beef or hog, me and my husband, own this butcher shop, we all are like family, here there are only 5 of us working hard to get everyones beef and hogs cut up and ready, for pickup. We, had a customer come in today, and the lady was rude to me. It was 12:15 when her and her husband came. She acted like I should had just stop eating lunch, just to wait on her, but my husband, which hadnt eaten his lunch yet was waiting her.no we do not close for lunch, but just wait your turn and you will be helped, I am sure if she works out any where, she takes her breaks without any interpretations. Please have enough consecration, for us too.

I took 5 hogs here the first of November to be processed and was very impressed. The cured meat and sausage is over the top. Great job, professional, very clean, organized, and unbelievable flavor!!!!! I drove 1 hr one way to get there and will definitely do it again. Great place and great people!
