Paid for cold foam. Didn’t get cold foam. They acted confused when I ordered. :(

The old lady who helped me and my wife was super nice and helpful but her boss was constantly being rude to her and talking down to her.

Not very happy with the customer service at the window today, I ordered a pumpkin spice frappuccino and when she read my order back to me I could barely hear her so I pulled around and the lady made it seem like it was my fault that they got my order wrong. She said next time say something if your order was wrong while ordering and I tried to politely tell the lady at the window I didnt hear what she read back to me she proceeded to argue with me about she said if four times! Um I think not.

I come over there Friday morning and order a camel ribbon crunch with Xtra Carmel in side and out.i will I got one that you can only test milk so I call in and talk to some one she said to come back in at noon will I told her I cant Im out of town can I do it some other time she just hang up........ what can a person do

People are nice but this location is very inconsistent and can be very slow at times.

I moved to a very rural place and hadnt had Starbucks in a month. This visit made my return so worth it. I had an order for 3 all very different and they nailed it. Ill be back for the awesome service I received.

Fast but super overpriced for what you get, the coffee could be made a lot better. The hot chocolate in this specific location SUCKS. Its bitter and may as well be little more than badly flavored water. Get a packet Its better. And they close without any notice except a note on the drive thru window

Now I see how they mess up so many orders. Music is so loud in the store they cant even hear your order face to face. Drive thru is a nightmare. If all you do is take special orders all day long, why have music blasting. Very unprofessional and you cant even hear your self think. Each order I have to repeat myself at least four times and 50/50 the orders still dont come out right.

Absolutely love this Starbucks. They know me when I walk in and have it ready super quick and it always taste absolutely Devine. Definitely my favorite Starbucks ever. The staff are always super friendly and wonderful. They are always happy. It shows that they definitely have a great manager. Cole thanks for being so awesome and having such a great store and staff. Yall are amazing.

I wish I could say my experience was great. It absolutely wasnt my husband and I went inside the lobby to order and you open the door and cant even think the music is so loud. I ordered a venti raspberry frappuccino with three extra pumps of raspberry. The drink they made me was a tall mocha green tea frappuccino.... Then had to correct him to make me a venti...Then made my drink wrong again no raspberry added to my drink period...My husband ordered a a venti caramel macchiato with a quad shot he didnt get any caramel in it whats the point of the caramel macchiato? Maybe if you turn the music down you could pay attention to the customer and actually make the drinks correctly the first time.

Friendly staff that greeted us. Great service and atmosphere. My drink was made perfectly. I live in the Dallas area and been to a a good number of Starbucks locations. This location here is fairly new still and they continue to climb a learning curve. I look forward to seeing how that goes in future visits.

I love the Starbucks there. They know and greet their regular customers by name and know the customers drinks by heart! The place is always clean and the manager Cole, is always friendly and approachable

Great service but the coffee has been below par for starbucks.

It would be nice if they werent closed more than a couple hours a day, if theyre even open for a day. Inconsistently made drinks. Ive had significantly better experiences at other locations.

Went in April 24th had a $50 order made all my drinks wrong my sandwiches were horrible hard off to the side cold I will never be going back to that Starbucks in Siloam springs the whipped cream was completely melted its like they left the can out on the counter they do not know what theyre doing there.......

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! They close during week at 230. What Starbucks closes at 230? During weekend at 7. And at random other times they’re closed just because I guess they feel like it. Sometimes the drinks taste great other times not so great. Very inconsistent. Sad my town has the most crappiest Starbucks! Bummer!

I waited years for a Starbucks in town and sometimes it was worth it, most times it wasnt. Everytime I get one of two drinks, pink drink or pumpkin cream cold brew. Every time its different. One time I ordered both, they repeated back a pink drink, then we were handed a completely different item. The staff is friendly and Im usually served in a timely manor, but theres no way drinks should be made different this often. Also, the hours are a major inconvenience. Everytime I come the hours are different.

Went in to get my birthday drink, they misplaced my order and I requested a white mocha and got warm milk! Happy Birthday to me :o(. At least I didnt have to pay for it.

The baristas are super nice, and go out of their way to make connections. They even wrote my dogs name on his pup cup. 🥰🖤

ALRIGHT. Now before I Complain. I want to say I am in LOVE with your Mango Dragon Fruit. I AM Very Disappointed this Location is Closed Before 2pm!!!!! I was So looking forward to getting a Drink! Do you Guys just dont have enough people to take care of the evening shift?!

My main complaint is the wait time at this Starbucks. Never in my life has a location ever been this slow. The starbucks in my previous town had you out of there within 10-15 minutes max, when the line was very long. This one expects you to sit and wait in line for 45 minutes on just about any given day. Ive even waited a long time with NO line! This has happened on multiple occasions. When this one first opened, I was going daily out of the excitement of finally having one in my town. That excitement was Immediately kilt once I realized that im gonna get mad just about every time I go here. They messed up my coffee orders on the daily too, always having to ask for it to be remade makes you feel bad after so many days in a row of needing to ask. And only 1 time was I ever offered a free drink due to my excessively long wait times. No idea what takes them 15 minutes to make 1 single drink is beyond me🤨 maybe stop standing around talking would help

My wife waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru line and still got the wrong drink. I called the store. They were semi helpful, but it still cant make up for a horrendous experience. Dont stop here if you want to get the correct drink or care about your time.

Drive thru is not the best. It’s a really long wait for one drink, but when I go inside it’s fast! The drink I always get is good and their cake pops are amazing!

Incompetent drive-through staff and absolutely ridiculous parking lot design. I repeated my order four times and even had to spell soy because he thought I was saying skinny. He apologized for it being noisy, but the parking lot was empty, and then promptly repeated the completely wrong drink back to me.

Ive came in maybe 4 times and its good everytime,I just got one tonight and Ive got it twice now. Large frozen white chocolate mocha whippedw cream. I definitely have a sweet tooth and I love this!

I do not understand how and why this parking lot was designed this way. This is by far the worst design of any building space I’ve seen

Drive thru wait time can be very long. Plus Ive gotten the wrong order twice. Not a terrible experience but could use some improvement.

Amazing experience!! Listen this Is a new place so itd gonna be bumpy for the the first few moments but I went in last night and every single person welcomed me and they all had smiles, phenomenal customer service!

Its a Starbucks. Drinks are normal as as expected, atmosphere is that of a normal Starbucks. However I have two complaints.1. The parking lot is awful. First you come in through a separated in out opening with a median. The median encourages cars going out to turn right and cars coming in have it easier from the left. The problem is that most cars come from the side of the outcoming side. Where you have to make a more than 90 degree turn to get in. Then you have to drive all the way around through a gap beside the drive thru and find yourself pulling in to one of the six or so front parking spots. If these arent open, you other choice is to park In the very back and walk up through the drive-thru pretty much.2. When I went a few weeks back, it took them 23 minutes to make my drink. Now, had they been busy I wouldve been frustrated but understanding. They were not busy. They guy making the blended drinks was continually stopping to flirt with a girl who at the time looked like a customer. He would stop for 30+ seconds between each action in the process. I watched him make my drink slowly over the course of the while ordeal. However, at I e point the girl he was talking to jumped behind the counter and started making her drink before scrambling away as she saw a specific employee come out of the back. Very unprofessional even if she was an employee. Very poor of the guy to take so long without good reason.

The first time we came we were the only ones in line at the drive-thu. It took over over 30 minutes to make two drinks. And, 3 people were just standing around doing nothing . I’ve worked at Starbucks and there is always something for you to be doing . The second time I went I called 4 times to make sure they were opened . No ever picked up. So I go to see (it’s like 7:30) and there were a lot of people working in there. They had put a note on the window saying they closed early at 8 . How was I supposed to know . They should have answered the phone.

My sister went to pick up some coffee for us at 10:30am on a Friday and they had a sign on their door saying they were closed! Ridiculous.

We were there passing through town. Our drinks werent made correctly the first time, so we had to go back through the drive thru line and have them fixed. The employees were very kind and tried to fix their mistakes, it was also very busy, but the drinks even after they were fixed were just ok.

I’ve waited for 45 minutes and still didn’t get my drink. I order strawberry lemonade açai since 12:48 pm and I totally understand there’s a lot people in front of me which it might take them for a while to make my order. First, I’ve for 30 minutes and after the crowd was gone I went at the cashier to check on my order and the staff said they are working on it. I’ve waited again for another 15 mins then went check the second time and everyone look at me like I didn’t order anything and everyone has no clue about it. I totally waited for 45 mins and I told them I can’t wait any longer. However, they refunded my money back, but I lost 45 mins in that store.

My husband and I have given this new location a lot of time to get it down since its new... It always seems to be a 20 minute wait. If you ask questions through the drive thru it appears they need more training. I wouldnt be on here saying this but this evening was what I would say was a concerning visit. Once we made it to speaker my husband asked about a desert to see if there were nuts in it due to my allergy. The woman said wait a moment. We assumed she was going to ask someone. She literally said I dont visually see any.... Ummm how do you not have access to ingredients to double check. Once we receive it of course despite her assumtioas it did have nuts. Also the gentleman at the window said it was him and another barista working. Literally only 2 people, no manager present during high times. I feel this location needs more staff/ new management. You dont leave people who are still learning alone. Its not fair to them or the customers. Ill be willing to try again in a few months. Hopefully times will change. But for now I will be taking a break.

The WORST PARKING and drive through set up! Coffee was ehh, only come here when small business coffee shops are closed and Im desperate. There are cement barriers all over and you have to twist and turn to get to the drive thru and pray you dont hit anyone parked on the side crossing the drive thru to get to the store. Caramel Latte was ehh. Sons frappucino was thrown together and the whip was melted and slimy.

Says online they open at 5am. (Looked it up on the way). Pull up to the drive through at 5:15, and wait until roughly 5:26 getting aggravated watching a lady look at me through the pick up window several times and continuing to check if I was still there. I actually figured the speaker was broken. As I began to pull away at 5:27 she came on and said we are closed and dont open until 5:30. Sorry to inconvenience your morning 2-3 minutes early. This is why I will only go to local coffee shops now! This corporate overshadowing and greed doesnt belong. In regard to the other negative reviews, I can agree that the people who work here are lazy as hell, slow, and would rather coffee shop socialize rather than serve or work.

The only thing that this Starbucks has going for it is that the staff was friendly. Other than that, the place is terrible. It took 20 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me and the parking lot design is by far the worst layout I’ve seen. It’s dang near impossible to maneuver!

Very slow didnt seem like workers were giving equal attention to the walk in customers they were paying more attention to drive up customers and cream dispensers were empty at the condiment table and best of all there was a homeless or transient person sleeping at the first table as I walked in the door

Waited in the drive through for almost 20mins. Then they didnt have the frappuccino we wanted bc they were out? Seriously....then they got our order wrong. Had to pull back around wait another 10 min before it was corrected. The whole drive through parking area is the absolute worst. Idk who designed it but they honestly had no idea what they were doing. Save the headache go to 7brew.
