Very cool and easy people to work with.
Best lumber/hardware store in NWA. They always provide the best customer service!
Too bad we cant give negative stars! One is more credit than they deserve. Very unprofessional, first lets start by when I called with a concern they wanted to brush me off. We told them we were concerned that the amount of sand we ordered wasnt delivered. Now Im smart enough to know that sand weighs a lot and 3 or 4 tons sounds like more than itll look. But Im not convinced we got what we paid for. When I asked for a weigh out slip they said they dont weigh it. So Im supposed to take their word for it?!? Then they said we would have to hire an independent contractor to weigh it for us and if they owed us more theyd reimburse us. Now what kind of nonsense is that. These folks are a joke. Obviously didnt care about our concern.
In my experience, these guys are great to work with.Prices are usually much lower on Lumber and Hardware than a Blue Big Box store around the corner!
We own a roofing company in Tontitown. We stop by to pickup items when we are working in that area. They always have what we need and a friendly knowledgeable staff. Jeff and crew are top notch!
Well we went to Anderson’s Lumber in Siloam Springs Arkansas today we walked in right a 12:00 (which there website said the closed at 1:00) walked in and no one said anything to us. Until I said I was wanting to see about getting a little lumber and that’s when the guy looked at us and pointed at the door and said we close at 12:00. They were still loading lumber and they said they would be for about another 30 minutes. We walked out and told them that we would never bring our business back to that place again because of the poor customer service. If there was a way to give them no stars I would, but we have to give one.
Great products and great people to work with
I had a very bad experience with Anderson Lumber of Siloam Springs, AR and want to caution everyone out there. My contractor used them to bid a project. They miss bid the framing by 18% and were completely unwilling to make this right with me or my GC. In my eyes, a professional estimator shouldnt be missing things by 18% and this wouldnt be acceptable to me if I owned this lumber company myself. The management admitted that bids get missed by 20% and acted like I shouldnt be surprised at all. Take caution with your material bids from this location and make sure you are adding extremely high contingencies to make up for low front end quotes.
Top notch customer service and best quality of materials in the area.
We moved from out of state & were looking for a place to source lumber for our business. We walked in at 11:45 on Saturday & were greeted by the most RUDE & SNIDE man, I didnt see a name tag but he appeared to be mid 40s silvery hair & blue blue eyes. We stated that we were looking for a place to source lumber & asked how their business works. He gave us the are you stupid or something look & said, you tell us what lumber you want & pay for it.... We then asked if we could pick our own wood, his reply was, No, seein as its 8 minutes until we close. We stated that the website said 1:00 & he rudely just said, NO. (I just checked again. It says 1:00 on Saturdays) We turned around & went across town to TH Rogers where we were greeted by a kind man ONE MINUTE before close. He spent time explaining to us how their business works & even printed out pricing for us. Our business spends about $30k a year in lumber. So glad we didnt make the mistake of giving our business to a company that DOES NOT CARE for their customers.
Poor customer service. Very rude and inconsiderate. I called to price a very common item and was treated like I had no clue what I was talking about and that the item didnt exist. Immediately called the local Lowes store; the genteman at Lowes knew exactly what I was looking for and went and bought it for about half the price.
It looks like a big house and I live in Brance
