I got into an accident almost two months ago, my car was taken to Pecks body shop. I have called weekly since their estimate went through over a month ago. I am continually told it will be done by the end of the week. I was told this the beginning of this week and had not heard back that they were unable to get it in. I went in today to get it and to pay, it was being lifted up, which is fantastic, however I was then told it wont be done for another week. This has been going on since the beginning of July, being told oh it will be done next week.. They used to have a great reputation thus why I chose them to fix my vehicle. However I have been let down repeatedly by how long it has taken and the customer service, my calls are constantly ignored and when I went in to check on it today I was blown off by the mechanic.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!To shorten my og review I will say this, Chris was a lier who hid from me after spraying the ENTIRE INSIDE FRONT of my car! This after not returning car to me for over a month! The replacement work wasnt done properly. The paint job sucked so bad I had to take it to Mond0s to fix! They broke parts that wernt broke before going in. Took over a month to get those. They left orange peel effect on my car and SCRATCHED THE heck out of the PAINT jobthat wasnt part of the repair!!!!Thats the pic I posted. They yet again lied to and decieved me!!!$407 LATER at a dif auto shop its FINALLY FIXED. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COATS!! Liers and thives!!! The pic is of their fixed paint job. Not sure why insurance companies bring their business here. They need to be taken out of business. BE WARE!

Had my truck there for body repair and the repair job was done terribly with dried clear coat drops coming off the panels, there was scratches on the truck that weren’t on it when it was taken in, and I was told they used only factory parts, which was untrue. Upon inspection they were aftermarket. I will never take a vehicle there again nor would I recommend anyone else take there vehicle!!

Id recommend them to anyone. I had my frame straightened at Pecks. I believe that they are the only one in town with a frame straightening machine. The work was fast and perfect. The staff was friendly. This place is staffed and run by honest, hard working people.

I will Never return to pecks body shop. I urge anyone considering working with pecks to reconsider. While the work done was satisfactory, office management was very poor. Pecks kept extending the work the were doing on my car and assured me they were communicating with the insurance agency the whole time. This was not the case and it ended up costing me $165 on a car rental that insurance was suppose to cover. After explaining that they needed to let the insurance company know why they were extending the repairs, they continue to refuse speaking with with insurance. I am very disappointed and have heard that this is not the first time Pecks has done this to others. Be warned.
