Very unprofessionally handled an internal scheduling issue. Would not recommend.I witnessed two separate occasions of a family with children, attempting to fix their windows in a rough neighborhood, organize two separate days of their lives through weeks of waiting around being told theyd have someone arriving on Tuesday.On the first instance, there was a scheduling error, and it was rescheduled. On the second instance, no profuse apology, no responsibility taken over the familys two days from trusting the word of a local business. Again, no appointment scheduled, even though theyd been clearly told by an employee that someone would be arriving.I am not the customer, but being raised in a business administration environment, if the owner(s) of this establishment witnessed what happened and how the customers lives were affected by their employees, they would not be happy either.

Fixed my finicky rear-view mirror in less than 20 mins!Id tried everything to get the rear-view mirror back in place and to stay on, and nothing was working. Made an appt at AllGlass, half expecting it to take hours and/or be told I needed to have the entire window replaced, but nope! They managed to change out a piece and fix it all up in under 20 mins, no issues at all. Not only were they quick, but also very friendly and helpful, explaining what they were doing and why it was needed. They treated me like a person, not just a random customer - will definitely be back!

Disgusting customer service. They told us they were not coming out to our house (after scheduling an appt) because we lived in Hurley and Hurley was ghetto?! Seriously.

Very disappointed in AllGlass MD. We ordered a glass panel for a shower and after waiting 4 weeks received a call the night before installation that the panel was incorrect. No apology - just blamed their supplier.We agreed to another 2 weeks wait and actually ordered glass for the other shower. When going in to receive the quote for the second product the manager was condescending, rude and downright unprofessional. She would not even listen to our concerns.We ended up cancelling both orders and will never order from them again! Highly recommend you not spend your money there!

Great work and customer service. Went to an other place first in town and was told they cant do the job they cant get an extra part needed to do my VW glass. So on the way home saw ALLGLASS MD, they had no problem getting what they needed to install new glass. Thank you very much!

I had a star chip in my cars windshield. After a not so great experience with another glass business in town, I decided to give All Glass MD a try. They were contacted by my insurance company on Friday, and All Glass called me this morning (Monday). They said that I could take it right in. I was there less than a half hour, and the repair was professional, and the employees I dealt with were pleasant. I will certainly use All GLass MD again if the need arises.

The customer service lady, listened and solved the problems I was having with scheduling. And she Even sent a very important fax for me, so she went above and beyond. Thanks. Just difficult to get to.

Great, friendly service and are willing to work with your schedule. Actually was given a Christmas promotion of free tint on two windows. Highly recommended.
