William is a gem of an employee. He was very helpful, even returning a follow up phone call to answer a question and exchange information. Look forward to receiving our new phone and seeing him to set it up. While waiting in the busy store, he kept us informed as to when hed get to us; also observed him going out with a customer to set up her phone to her car.

This is literally the worst Verizon store. They are not helpful in anyway, almost every member in there has a horrible attitude. I bought my sister the new iPhone, she went in there to have everything transferred over and told her it’s not possible to transfer from her old iPhone to the new one. And that was after harrassing her about the name on the account which is my late husbands name - I have told them multiple times both in store and customer service line that he has passed and it should be under my name but that hasn’t been fixed either and he passed in March of this year. The store manager asked my sister if Jesus (my husband) could come in AFTER my sister had already told her he’s passed away. All in all this store should honestly just close down because they don’t really do anything helpful anyway. Id give it zero stars but it wouldn’t let me post the review otherwise

Don’t live close by, called ahead of time to assist with phone service transfer and they straight up say they not a corporate location,, after informing me the day before that they could help. When I asked if there was a charge they informed me no, today they want to charge per phone.. worthless location that can’t help switch service from one phone to the next.. this location is a joke

After 15 minutes of being inside the store neither of the 2 staff even acknowledged us. I walked outside and called the store and she answered right away. I wanted to purchase a new phone and add a line and was advised to go online to do that. Not sure what they do here but would recommend trying online first before making a trip and being ignored and not helped..

My son sent me $$ to buy a new phone for my birthday. This is my second time at Silver City Verizon - I cant say enough as to the high level of customer service. In particular Kaya not only knows her stuff, she is professional and very helpful. Especially to someone like me who is not fluent when it comes to technology. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Service was subpar, staff was not knowledgeable. I’d recommend going to the nearby Walmart instead since this is a 3rd party retailer where they charge you extra setup fees and have highly overpriced phones and accessories. They did help me with a refund so I’m giving 3 stars, otherwise it would be lower.

This Verizon store is fantastic! The waiting time for assistance was short. The assistant manager, Kaya was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very professional and provided me with several options when I ordered my new phone. The other employees were also very friendly. I highly recommend this store!

Purchased recently an excellent Samsung j3 phone that was free with the 60 dollar plan, unlimited data, 15 g of hotspot, and Amazon prime. Initial cost was just below 100 with activation fees and taxes, but I thought this was a great deal. Very helpful and friendly staff. Why pay more if you dont have to?!

Not going to lie. I wasn’t sure I’d get the help I needed as it was fairly complex and knew it might take a fair amount of time. Wow! Was I wrong! Turns out it was only complex for me - but did take time - and Kat stayed with me no matter how naive my question. She was not “just” patient, she was informative and friendly. Actually ENJOYED getting my problem solved and learned much from her - very impressed.And I could see that I wasn’t the only one obtaining excellent customer service - while I was there Kaya also helped two customers - one had a situation that seemed very challenging and she spent time explaining how to use their new phone to an elderly couple.Actually all three of we customers were Seniors - and our questions and concerns were not dismissed nor were we made to feel “stupid” - which is something that I have experienced during other efforts to get “Tech Help.”When the time comes to get a new phone I won’t be doing it online - I ‘ll make the 45 mile drive up to Silver as I know I will get all my questions answered and walk out with what I need. Thanks!

Gilberto was very helpful. I had my iphone6 go out and he explained that the towers could no longer communicate with the Simm card. He helped me get a new iphone8 for myself and my wife. He also transfered all our information to the new phones.

OMG I had the ultimate nightmare. A cracked screen and a huge fear I was about to lose everything! My suggestion use the cloud and as a backup write down the important ones. Bless the wonderful gal who helped me. Turned out the phone had a great screen protector and once she realized that she told me the phone was fine and she could replace this wonderful cover for $50! Whew was I relieved. I thought, how am I going to afford a new phone right now?! If you want to be treated like an important customer and you want to feel that you are getting honesty this is the place. Thank you catlyn (not sure on the spelling) I would recommend this store to anyone!

Kaya is fantastic! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Not only this, but she is honest and worked hard to find the best plan for my personal circumstances.Family and I arrived at the store around 4:30pm ~ and, the store closes at 6pm. Kaya planned to take a lunch break after a long and very busy day but stayed to help us with the process of choosing new phones, selecting different data plans, transferring information, and all that goes along with this. The entire process took over two hours, but Kaya did not complain about any of this ~ even though the store was closed by this time. She acted as professional then as she did when my family and I first arrived at the store.Kaya made sure that the terms of agreement for the promotional offers were followed. No tricks. Also, she did not oversell. Instead, she respected the decisions that my family and I made about phones, data plans, etc. and helped rather than hindered the process.We certainly appreciate Kaya and highly recommend her as a representative with whom to work when deciding upon new phones, plans, and other products. She goes above and beyond to help. If there were a scale to use to rate Kaya on expertise, kindness, professionalism, and the willingness to go the extra mile, then Kaya would earn a 10/10 ~ with 10 as the highest possible score.

I see that staff is stressed, but the customer service was terrible. I felt like she was mad and annoyed because I ordered online. I have ordered my last two phones online because it takes a long time to get phones and to activate, in addition to waiting to be helped. When I was here on Saturday they were short staffed and had many customers waiting. Good customer service takes practice.

Kaitlen was absolutely perfect! Knowledgeable, helpful, etc., it made for a pleasant ( albeit long) experience. Saul and another women employee helped out at other visits. Chad or Chaz?Was extremely rude, unhelpful and of no use at all. I came back in the day after are initial encounter and we did work out our differences, somwhat!
