I have had to store things in multiple storage facilities over the years, and without question, Silver City Storage is the best! Eddie Alvo has assisted me over the phone multiple times, as my things were placed into storage after I had moved to another state. He was always so kind and he offered so much assistance each time I called. And when friends of mine were going to pick up my belongs and bring them to me, I asked Eddie if I could hire him to assist them in loading the truck. He refused to take any money, and even though my friends were delayed and didnt arrive until nearly 9:00 PM, Eddie still met them at the facility and helped them load everything.The storage unit rates are unbelievably reasonable (better than Ive EVER experienced anywhere else), and the facility is clean and safe, but what really makes this place exceptional is their management--specifically, Eddie Alvo.I would recommend Silver City Storage without hesitation!

I have been renting here at Silver City for several months and I’m very impressed with this facility and management. The grounds are spotless and security is fantastic. I thought I locked my unit one day and I received a call from the manager Eddie Alvo about an hour after I left informing that my unit was unlocked. I raced back and realized I had locked the lock but had not pushed the slider all the way in. Eddie had noticed this, which was really only a couple inches off but thanks to his eagle eyes my unit was safe guarded. I am truly grateful for his professionalism and highly recommend this establishment. Linda Zapata

Um, I guess the best thing to say is it has 24 hour access. Its a pretty nice facility. More expensive than other locations nearer to town. The really big problem is the owners. Everyone knows the place has cameras which is a good thing, and even I understand not spilling wheels on the gravel. What I dont understand is, why the owner runs up on you and screams it raining what the beep were you thinking confused I said I didnt understand. I mean really, I follow the rules, pay on time...... so why so hostile. Apparently he was concerned they would lose power and i would be stuck, well ok, I can curl up in my vehicle and wait. The gal in the office is pretty nice. Its not a nuclear bomb I had in the unit, but household goods moving in from another state. That fellow sure enjoys wandering around there in his truck. I guess I wont use them next time. I did move to a different one that is cheaper and just as nice. A nice counter person (possible owner). My advice shop around how close do you need to be to town.
