Ive never been disappointed once at the local ups store. I can see that they work hard, especially when they have rushes. Id say that my best experience this far, since moving was with the people at the UPS store!

I absolutely LOVE this store!! I appreciate these girls working during these tough times as essential workers. They can get busy sometimes but are always friendly, fast and very helpful! I have never had any issues and Katherine is always very knowledgeable, kind and makes sure people follow safety guidelines in the store which I appreciate very much as someone with a compromised health condition.

Rude, mean, uncompromising

I had the same problem with Amanda that another reviewer did. Weve had good experiences at this store in the past, but Amanda was rude and dismissive, even though the mistake in labeling the package was hers. She actually laughed when I said I would complain and said OH, Im really scared.

UPS Store is a wonderful place to go to get any type of business or personal mailing, copies, or document service done perfectly. One time I had to get a document notarized really quickly and because of my physical disability the notary came outside to my car and brought her book. All I had to have was my ID and sign. What a blessing.😊🌹💕

They didn’t want to help me with my package. Amanda the service girl said to fight with Brian the UPS supervisor at the UPS station. I asked her to call Brian and help me. She refused. Lost her temper when I asked to provide me with customer service. I have never been spoke to like she spoke to me.

They do not know what they are doing. Saying that usps packages cant be delievered by amazon to a ups store is a lie. Ive done it many times with the ups store in las cruces nm. Please. Go to another ups store. One woman even said that a fedex package could be delivered to a ups store like really? The woman screamed at me after i was calmly telling her about the ups store in las cruces nm stating its a federal offense to have usps delivered to a ups store. Thats insane. Ups is a customer of usps. This woman is clearly crazy and emotional and doesnt know how to do her job. And her store has no insurance. Somethings wrong with this person. Like i said. You dont know what your talking about. You just refuse my package out of spite.

The WORST Service I have ever received in my life. This UPS store improperly packaged my priceless antique and cost me 8,000 dollars in damage. They refused to take liability and would not even provide owners information or insurance information. In the process of suing them!

This place charged $3.00 to print one B & W page from a thumb drive. That typically costs less than one dollar. This is not right and they do not seem to know they are out of line.

Cant even get a hold of their other ups stores 45 min away no number no contact nothing they said they delivered to my house and no one answered but three people were here and heard no knock i tried calling them back getting a hold of ups lordsburg number and received no help now i have to wait longer smh
