I went into the bookstore with my sister and was absolutely thrilled by the bookstore that seemed to cater to me. I had never seen a Black owned bookstore before and it was really validating to see Black books that didnt just exist in the African American literature section. Cant wait to come back!

Bought a book as a Christmas gift. The order was ready much sooner than I thought with all the other delays I had experienced with ordering products from other companies. The contact-less pickup was great and the store looked super cute. Cant wait to peruse the store post-covid

[Dec 2020]. In-store shopping or browsing is by appointment only during COVID-times, but despite this, staff are super-friendly and helpful!! They will quickly and efficiently retrieve books (if you tell them which) or bring you your order (if youve already ordered online), while you wait outdoors.

Great curbside pickup. Makes supporting a local business possible during these times! I felt good ordering a book and going to pick it up.

I ordered several books back in June. In September, I got an email that 3 of the 4 had arrived, but by then, I had purchased elsewhere (having heard nothing from the store since my purchase). I wanted to cancel my order, but the store has been unresponsive to my messages sent via their website and by email and there is no phone number listed. I wanted to support a local store, but this has been a really frustrating experience.

Incredible book selection, thoughtful staff. I miss going in person during COVID-19 but have been able to fulfill all my book needs either via curbside pickup or shipping directly from the warehouse. Thanks, Hannah, Alanna, Malik and all the staff for being so amazing.

Love the atmosphere and the staff. They make you feel at home when you walk in. Small selection but it is growing and love to support local businesses especially one as good as Loyalty Books!

You need to update your google results. Bookstore is not open for pick up until 1pm. Disappointing.
