Excellent Carpet Cleaning is an excellent company. I’ve used this company 3 times, most recently to remove a huge red wine stain on my living room carpet. Their work is terrific, the prices reasonable, the cleaners polite, professional and on time. The man who scheduled all 3 services is also polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Excellent Carpet Cleaning. All 3 services were in 2021.

Absolutely wonderful! Scheduling was easy and really fast! The technician was very knowledgeable and helped me decide the best service for my issue. We have dogs so we all know what that does to carpets. I can’t be more pleased, My carpets look like new! Will use them again and recommend them to anyone who has a tough or easy jobs!

Rashaud was so helpful and honest about what level of service I needed. He never tried to push anything on me. He remembered my name every time I called. The company was willing to be flexible with me when I unexpectedly had to travel for work and allowed me to pay over the phone. Then they worked literal magic on our carpet! It was filthy from years of spills. They removed 95% of the stains. If youd seen our carpet before, youd never believe it were possible. We didnt even pay for the most expensive service either. We got the reviver. The customer service and carpet cleaning are top tier. Highly recommend!

Excellent Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning carpets in our new home. A few months ago, they also cleaned the hardwood and carpet in our old house, which we were preparing to sell. Both experiences were great. We have worked with a few services in getting the old home ready for market and moving into the new one. Excellent Carpet Cleaning has been one of the best companies to work with. They do the job well, and are flexible if you need to reschedule or adjust. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Promptly responded to my inquiry. Courteous and timely service. I had carpet cleaning (next day, very fast and efficient) and installation, (that took more time as the carpet I chose had to be ordered and only one person worked on the install, but he did it in less than a day and the work was excellent). I think they specialize mostly in cleanings, but they actually did an excellent job with my new carpet. Rashaud came to my home with LOTS of samples for me to review and really took time to look them over with me. A great local business!

I will say that the customer service was very good and attentive. I initially sent them a photo of a coffee stain that was about 30 years old. They said they would try their best to remove it...though some of the stain remains, I do believe the company tried their best. I was the one who spilled the coffee and do not understand why I waited sooo long to do something about it! It does look better and I know they tried hard...!!!

I received fantastic service from Excellent Carpet Cleaning from my initial call through the completion of the carpet repair and couch cleaning. I unexpectedly had family coming to visit and Excellent Carpet Cleaning accommodated my last-minute request and scheduled the appointment for the following morning. The technician arrived at the start of the one-hour window and the cost fell within the range provided over the phone. Both the couch and carpet look great. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them for future services.

It was very easy to schedule the appoint for the assessment, quote, and the actual cleaning. The quote was quick and professional, and once the quote was accepted, very quick to schedule the cleaning. The cleaning tech arrived on time, and was very thorough in cleaning the furniture.All in all, it was a great experience, very professional technician, with reasonable pricing. Very pleased with the cleaning job done on our wall to wall carpets, even in high traffic areas! Small oriental rug that we had a quick shampoo on didnt really come clean. Technician explained that they have to take that kind of rug to their workshop to get it really clean.

I had the tile floor and grout in my kitchen cleaned. We discussed the expectations during my consultation and was given a detailed estimate. Junior was able to come back in a few days, and my floors look wonderful! I have already recommend their services to friends and will be using them again in the future.

He did an excellent job and was significantly more thorough that two other companies I had used previously. I would have given 5 stars but I am not sure he was telling the truth about being CRI certified because he didnt know the proper cleaning technique for my carpet (Smart Strand).

The Washington DC area has received a lot of heavy rain this summer. With lots of homes needing water removed and clean up. My property also required water damage assistance. I initially called another well know company and was informed there is a waiting list due to overwhelming calls and that I would get a call back. Well I have an asthmatic child and senior parent and that wasnt going to work. I called Excellent Carpet Cleaning on a Thursday, they came out for estimate on Friday and job started on Monday. They gave excellent description of water damage and what would be needed. They made daily or every other day drop in to check on things. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and friendly.

We were moving out of a house wed owned for over 20 years. When the furniture was removed I realized that our dog had left quite mess on the carpet under our bed in the master bedroom. I was concerned that the new owners would be very upset and didnt really feel right about leaving it in that condition. I didnt think it could be cleaned because of the length of time it had soaked into the carpet. I was thinking about offering the new owner assistance in replacing the carpet when someone told me they had used Excellent Carpet Cleaning and the results were great. I called them and gave them the details. They said they thought theyd be able to get it clean. I wasnt sure but gave them a shot and was pleasantly surprised that they got the carpet looking great. Never heard a word from the new owners. Awesome

The cleaning they did was amazing on my Egyptian rugs! Totally removing any evidence and smell from training my puppy Oski. The service and support from their office was a little unnerving. It seemed like the girl in the office didnt have things organized or together forgetting charges then asking for them later and also scheduling delivery was kind of a chore. If their office staff has changed recently I would highly recommend their services.

This is one of the best carpet cleaning company in DC/MD/VA area. I was going to get my carpet replaced because it was plucking & needed cleaning so I decided to try Excellent Carpet Cleaning. They stretched & cleaned my carpet in one day. The results were amazing and their top of the line service was lower than the big name carpet companies basic price know because I got pricing from 3 other company. Excellent Carpet rep came to the house measured each room, looked at the carpet and provided clear guidance on the services they provide along with an estimated of the total cost of the work requested. I could not be happier with the results they saved me thousand, so I will be using ECC to maintain my carpet in the future. The cleaning crew is very professional.

We cant rave enough about Kaleal and Excellent Carpet Cleaning. We have VERY OLD wall-to-wall carpeting which was in dire need of cleaning. We have had other companies come in the past, and although the cleaning was good, given the age of the carpet, that one dark pathway from the kitchen down the hallway, could never be lifted enough not to show. From the moment Kaleal came in, he was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with and worked MIRACLES on our carpeting - he really worked hard, especially on the challenging areas and was able to (for the first time) get the carpeting just short of looking like new!!!! And, YES, the dark pathway is virtually gone! We are sold on Excellent CC and will use them from now on! Thank you Kaleal! V&I K

Best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service.I called with a difficult situation. There were carpet beetles in my new apartment, so I could not move in. I just needed to put my things in my apartment, because the next day I was supposed to get on a plane to go to a family wedding.When Excellent heard my predicament, Rashaud Wayns came out the same day even though they were booked. He was amazing. He listened to my concerns, he was kind, and he was thorough in spraying the insecticide and cleaning the carpets. I would not have felt comfortable putting my belongings into the apartment had he not done such a fantastic job. I was incredibly stressed out by the situation, but I felt so much better after Rashaud was done cleaning.I cannot recommend Rashaud or this company enough.
