Me and my wife tried to order online and our order got messed up. Our in store rep had a hard time resolving the issue but didn’t give up and even waited with us over a hour after they close. He was nice and professional; and also treated us with respect. Thank you very much sir. My wife loves her new phone.There is a heavy set white guy with a weird hair cut in the silver spring store; don’t go to him.

I was a little nervous about trading in my iPhone 10 for an iPhone 12 but I needed more storage space. Fortunately I got a great sales man, Brandon, who showed me everything I needed to know about using my new iPhone. He even wrote down some directions so I wouldn’t forget. Now I love my new iPhone and am way more comfortable using the 12 than I was with my old 10 thanks to Brandon taking the time to familiarize me with all it’s functions.

Service was great! Ms. Torres was knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions. We got the iPhone two-for-one deal with Verizon. She explained the finance process and knew the technical answers regarding problems with AppleID. The process took a few hours but it was time well spent. Thanks!!

Outstanding service by your rep today. I had an older tablet that was in need of upgrade, and not only did he help set the new one up in no time, but he was able to save me a few dollars on my plan as well. He also told me about upcoming promotions should I want to upgrade my phone. Very efficient people here.

It was not anything exciting. The first thing he said was I assume you guys dont have verizon. Why would he start a convo like that?. After he verified I was a Verizon customer then he proceeded to help. I didnt purchase a phone because he had to go in the back of the store to get a phone for me to see. He didnt bring more than one at a time nor did he turn it on prior to giving it to me and although he said it was because of Covid precautions he didnt wipe them before or after I held it. Maybe he was ready to go home at 6pm because it appeared that he didnt care if he sold one or not.

Verizon AssociateAl Jackson was a wizard transferring data from her dead phone to the new one with limited info. He was calm and methodical while keeping me off the ledge during what was clearly a challenging undertaking. Kudos !!

Verizon at New Hampshire Ave.William was quite an experienced fellow, patience and knowledgeable. He took al the time necessary not just to provide me an upgrade but also in changing all my accounts to the new unit and selecting the adequate plan.

My husband and I just switched from sprint to Verizon. When we ordered our phones we did it through customer service over the the phone. When we received the phones we tried to set them up and nothing worked. We went back in forth for 2 days with no help. We finally went into the store. We were greated right away and treated like they had known us forever. But most of all we walked out with all 4 phones activated and working. I will definitely be going into the store moving forward.

Best experience weve had in a store. Were came in with password issues on our Google account. Originally we went to best buy to try and get help on the laptop but the didnt do anything except say try Verizon. After coming into your location and sitting with you guys, we were able to get everything fixed and passwords reset on the phone and the laptop. Very grateful for the time spent by you guys. Went to the Verizon store by my house to see about purchasing an iPhone 7plus. First thing I noticed was that the store was immaculate clean and had ample parking. Met with Dave who was more than helpful in not only explaining the process of purchase but also was able to convince me that a 7 plus would be more my speed and he was right. Love the phone. Dave was also very knowledgeable about other apple services that he thought could enhance my experience with the iPhone. What fabulous service we received today! We went to Costco and the Verizon Corporate store in Rockville and the service was poor. Everyone at the New Hampshire Ave. location was service friendly. Dave was exceptional in terms of knowledge, service, patience and advice. The entire team was helpful. It made a difficult transition easy and comfortable.

Came in to get help on my new phone and the service was night and day. Went to Rockville originally to purchase my phone and they just gave me the box and moved me along. I came here and the representative was able to recover all of my information that wasnt on my phone, download all of my apps, and spent time to show me how to use my device. I assumed every store would do this but I was wrong. If you want excellent service, and not being pushed out the door come here!!

I came into the Silver spring store trying to get a S10+ but the guy told me about the deals Verizon was running and I couldnt resist. He gave me all the options I wanted and his service was stellar to say the least. Ported my numbers from T mobile, transferred my info, made sure they were ported over properly and tested my phones, the works. An I even got the buy one get one on the latest Samsung phones and a HUM. The store was great and he is even better!! Come here for anything, hes awesome!!!
