As far as their coffee beans go, theyre absolutely some of the very best you can get it the area. Perfectly roasted, incredibly fruity-- making them through a pour-over brings out their best potential! If you want proper coffee beans, look no where else. Try their Nicaraguan La Bastilla Estate roast!Their hours might be a bit awkward for some people, but theyre worth a trip to when theyre open!

Nagadi Coffee is a gem! The pandemic limits us to interactions through a window that opens out to a nondescript parking lot. Oh, but the smells of fresh roasting coffee coming through that window are amazing! Definitely worth a trek on a Saturday or Sunday morning, but you can also ordered their beans online for delivery.

My only experience is with online purchases of coffee beans. Coffee arrives freshly roasted, within a day or two of indicated roast date, in well-sealed bags. I enjoy the Caravella blend in a moka pot, and their single-origin coffees in a French press. My new go-to source for specialty coffee.

This is a hidden gem in Silver Spring. Open only on Saturdays and for only a few hours. They are not a coffee shop nor a cafe. They are primarily a roaster and they specialize in single origin coffee from around the world. They do not do fancy drinks and have many options like syrups choices. What they serve is coffee and espresso drinks in its traditional forms. No big size drinks, no food other than a few complementary biscuits to nibble on, or milk substitutes. They sell whole bean coffee in limited amounts so the earlier you get there the better the chances you get your choice of coffee. They also sell some wares like coffee filters and drippers. If you are big into coffee, this is a place I highly recommend you visiting. Come here for the actual coffee experience.

Wow these guys are amazing! You have to get some coffee drinks here if youre ever in the area on a Saturday morning. Wonderful, attentive service from the people who work here. Not much in the way of food, its basically all coffee/espresso. Some of the best espresso Ive seen around here

This is an amazing place to grab a cup of coffee. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable and are truly able to deliver the expertly roasted coffee as it is meant to be brewed. If you are looking for coffee on a Saturday you should definitely spend the morning here. Get there early to avoid too big of a crowd and hang out at the bar and enjoy.

This place is a hidden treasure! First and foremost: incredible coffee. Great options for conscious consumers. Very friendly, likeable staff. Felix, the owner and master roaster, has the most amazing memory youll ever find -- hell remember things I briefly told him months ago! If youre interested in a few different coffees, they give you tastes of things whenever they can, which is extra fun. The place is hard to find though: enter the parking lot from Linden Ln, not Fraser Ave, and its the last bay on the right. Theres only a small sign. Its currently open 8a-12n on Saturdays. Despite the limited hours, its well worth it, so definitely check it out!!

Fantastic coffee roaster; Felix is only open to customers on Sat mornings between 8-12pm... I was blown away by the knowledge and quality of the roast, coffee, and preparation. Will definitely visit again when Im in the area.

Nagadi Coffee is an establishment that coffee lovers will be pleased to visit. It is very clean, has a pleasant environment, well equipped and has a very friendly personnel. I had there two espressos: one made of blend, and another – single origin. The blended espresso (Brasilian and Ethiopian beans) impressed me with its chocolate, full bodied and smooth taste. The single origin made of Ethiopian beans had a bright, clear taste with some hints of citrus and berries. I definitely will visit Nagadi Coffee again.

Brewed Felicity!Nagadi is a haven for both the casual drinker and the connoisseur. To enjoy coffee with Felix and Josue is to experience a masterclass of composition; the drinks are excellent, the hospitality is personal and attentive, the regulars are friendly, and the prices are remarkably affordable. A blissful way to start a Saturday. Nagadi know their craft, and know it well; they have been tried, measured and found winning. As Socrates is rumoured to have said, The unexamined cup is not worth drinking!

Only open Saturdays from 8 am to noon. Very kind people. Owner is very knowledgeable and super host. Coffee is very good and prices are low. Highly recommended for the people in DC area.

A wholesale coffee roaster and distributor. I lucked out by going at 10am on Saturday. Theyre only open 8am-12pm on Saturdays in their cafe. Its used throughout the week as a training location for their clients.Felix greeted me at the door, asked for my name, and engaged in conversation throughout the time I was there. I ordered the Ethiopian Natural process on espresso. It lived up to the fruit-bomb expectation.Great coffee- friendly staff- odd location for retail (but it makes sense since thats not their main focus).

I met the owner who was very kind to me. His staff were all very customer based and professional.

I had the macchiato and the coffee is really good. Im no expert but their coffee has no trace of bitterness or burnt taste.

The staff here is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee. Their product is some of the best that Ive ever had and this is coming from someone who is originally from portland, OR.

If youre in the DC area and you love coffee, you need to be here on Saturday mornings. Its a little off the beaten path, but Felix is passionate about coffee and it shows in the quality of every drink he serves and bag of coffee he sells.
