Dr. Devin Sasser is an exceptional optometrist. He is professional, precise, and relatable. He also has remarkable customer service skills. I highly recommend his services!

Dr. Sasser was very nice, attentive, and thorough. I have been having issues with one eye. Dr. Sasser listened to the issues, what had already been done, did a very thorough exam, and made some great suggestions. Highly recommend him.

The optician, Nate, was very helpful. My prescription turned out to be wrong (technically it was correct, but it didnt work right for my eyes). Anyway, Target replaced the lenses in my glasses for free AND as I had changed from progressive lenses to single lenses, they refunded the extra cost. I was happily impressed.

Dr. Sasser clearly loves what he does. First off, he is incredibly kind and patient (especially when someone like me really struggles over deciding whether a lens is better or worse!) He did a great job explaining what was going on and what condition my eyes are in. Out in the front office, Giovanni was so helpful in making sure I maximized the insurance benefits on top of getting Target’s discounts. I walked out of there with a year’s supply of contacts and two pair of glasses and felt I paid a very fair price.

Dr.Sasser was very professional and very detail oriented throughout my appointment! I was kind of anxious going in since it’s been awhile since I last had my eyes checked. But he made the appointment very easy-going and was super thorough with my eye exam! I highly recommend him :)

I have bought 4 pairs of glasses in Silver Spring and cannot say enough good things about working with staff Marilyn and Odell to find frames, return frames and replace frames to ensure 100% satisfaction. I had a prescription from another optician that was not quite right. Marilyn made sure that I saw Dr. Sasser, who was absolutely wonderful, performed a great exam and corrected the prescription problem. They have a very good selection of frames -- much, much better than Americas Best.

Dr Sasser, on the optometry side, and Odell, on the optician side, were both wonderful. Id had many negative experiences with chain opticians and an independent optician in Greenbelt, and explained to both Dr. Sasser and Odell how much trouble these other places had in making basic progressive lenses correctly. Target Optical got it perfect the first time, and were professional and friendly the whole time. I highly recommend getting glasses here.

Dr is really good and professional but the staffs in the store are not. They dont know what their doing. A guy recommended me wrong glasses and never kept his words or timeline. Go to other stores after eye exam

Awesome all around. The optomitrist was SO efficient and quick. The dude running the counter talked me through so many deductions and savings. Ect. I walked out with a years worth of contacts and new glasses for UNDER $200. They were awesome. Def. Give then a try befire Costco or online!

I originally came in to have my eyes checked bc I was having issues with the original prescription I was given here before (year before).To sum up my experience the new doctor is great however I probably would not come back because of the staff. I was told one thing about my insurance over phone and in person before the appt and told completely different after the app . I ended up paying more money bc of staffs lack of knowledge. I also had to wait over a month of calling to get my prescription. Because of this l, I will never go back. No apologies were given for any inconvenience or consideration.

All the stars here are for the optometrist. The selection and quality of frames are well below grade, even for discount eyewear.
