UPDATE: After them reaching out and explaining their side of the situation, Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt of the new hire scenario and chalk it up that the new hire was being thrown to the deep end, which is where mistakes always tend to happen. Being the Christian thing to do, Ill reverse my course on initial assessment of overall experience. I will reiterate Dan at LSB is great and being that dealing with him for 90% of the overall transaction should be the deciding factor of any review, so that being the case, a 5-star is the fair choice.

The folks at Lock, Stock, & Barrel Investments treated me with dignity, and got me the most money for my firearms. They were upfront about what they charge, and how their auction process works. They do an excellent job advertising auction items, perform in depth research on all items they auction (to ensure they are not misrepresenting any item), and quickly disperse funds. They answered all of my questions, and were very prompt in answer phone calls and emails. Had a great experience with the staff at LSB! From the initial phone/email contact to their professionalism during in-person visits, purchasing my first item from an auction was easier than I could have ever imagined. With current restrictions, you may have to wait outside while they process things so bring a hat! Overall - I would highly recommend Lock Stock and Barrel Investments.

Chris Morris was very helpful. The gun manufacturer was delayed in shipping to Lock Stock and Chris told me he would stay on this on my behalf. He stayed on this from May to September and called me the minute that the gun was available. Thank you Chris

When an extended family member passed away I was asked by his wife to address a substantial number of firearms. A friend recommend I contact this company as they will either buy outright or sell on auction for commission. We brought the firearms to their location, met with professional and personable staff. They appraised each piece, we agreed to a target auction value. Their estimates were correct. They got what they thought they would or a little more. They handled all the paperwork, and transfer of the firearms and 30 days later the family received a check. They did all the marketing, listing, paperwork, shipping etc... and all for only 20%. From our experience I would highly recommend.

An outstanding outfit that gets the job done. If you have a gun that you want to sell and get a decent price then this is the place to go to. They will treat you right unlike most gun shops where one is usually just tolerated. (I have used their services several times, so I speak from experience)
