I live in Bakersfield, and Ive been looking for a certain Jeep for about 3 mo. I found the Jeep on line at Buy your Ride at 7:30 am. I called and left a message and Eric returned my call on his way to work, Even before work he started, working with me and got it set up to go in, test drive and possibly buy the Jeep. Its an hour and 45 min from my house to there, but had to wait for my wife to go with me. we didnt leave until 4:30 that afternoon, and when we got there I saw the small dealership that didnt look like much and wasnt sure I wanted to go in, but we did and very glad we did, they werent pushy or demanding. They had the car right there for me to test drive and I loved the Jeep, it was what exactly what I had been looking for. Eric and his team were very attentive and were able to process the paperwork very efficiently and they stayed after hours just to make sure everything was done correctly and I was happy. Im 70 years young and have bought a lot of cars in my life and they impressed me, they dont spend their profits on multi-million dollar car lots and make you wait hours to buy a car. They find out what you are looking for and if they dont have it they are willing to locate what you want and get it for you. It was the first time in a long time I didnt spend 3 or 4 hours waiting in line just to buy a car, so if you want a professional to help you into your next car, go see Eric and his team, They will treat you with respect as a person, not just a number waiting in line for hours.

Highly satisfied with Buy Your Ride.I had a very complicated double transfer that I wanted to perform for a small amount of money but Eric was very help, courteous, attentive and professional. Not only was he a nice and personable guy but he went out of his way to help me with a myriad of different documents by filling out pdf draft copies for me to sign and even video calling to help me out.He was very detailed and diligent to give me clear instructions for what should have otherwise been a very difficult process. I felt the price they gave us was fair and the service was exceptional.I would highly recommend if you are looking to sell a car and want a knowledgeable and patient seller to work with.

I’m not sure where to even begin with this company... wow... just WOW! I’ve never experienced such great and amazing customer service from anyone!!! Eric went above and beyond to not only make sure that I found a vehicle that had every feature that I wanted (which is difficult because I’m VERY picky ha!) but he handled it like a champ!! Not only did he find my perfect car, but I got the car much less than what the dealership wanted to charge!!! My car was delivered to my door! I spoke with Eric, and he was really polite and professional from the very first day. Usually Im skeptical of CraigsList transactions, due to so many scammers on CG.. but I was able to make the safe transaction at his office in Encino. First thing is first, a facebook friend of mine shared a post regarding this company and my father was in the market to buy a used Truck.After submitting my inquiry online for my dad (I noticed their website was a bit shoddy, it looks like one of those Congratulations, you are a winner type of websites. The design was basic and the layout was exactly like those scam-sites. Of course, the post was from a relatively close friend so I didnt regret submitting my inquiry just yet. However, there is a section that showed customer testimonials, which reminded me of an info-mmercial for a product or service that is just trying way too hard to gain your trust. I gave it a shot but I decided to do some research on the side.I looked them up on Yelp and they seemed legit, some guy named Eric Van Ace replies to the good reviews posted on there and I also ran a quick search on corporation wiki to see where the company originates and it gave me an address. The address is for some home in Simi Valley, so I figured alright well, this Eric Van Ace guy is most likely just some guy running his home business with connections in the automotive industry.So Im doing my searches at 2 AM, because this business really caught my eye and find out he used to work for other dealerships, and he happened to be connected to some dealerships in the valley. One location was called Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram which I guess is called something different now, another was West Valley something or other- point is I thought wow this guy must be really successful to start his own business, he must be THE guy to know in the automotive industry. My level of trust went up!WRONG, the next morning I called the Valley dealership he used to work for in Canoga Park and they said he was let go. I brought his name up to one of my close friends who work in the automotive industry and they told me dont do business with this guy and they continued to let me know the reasons why he was let go from the company of course I was thinking well maybe its all just hearsay and rumors but I contacted a few other people I used to know in the business since I used to sell cars for Toyota and I havent really heard one good thing. I decided not to purchase from here, but hey, guess what? They didnt call me or email me...so regardless of all my research they wouldnt have earned my business anyway, they didnt want it!As someone who was formerly in the automotive industry (even though it may have been YEARS ago), it baffles me that a 5 star business would pick and choose who they want to sell to, or maybe he saw that I was submitting an inquiry for someone else? Not really sure, but I guess some of his close friends and supporters trust him, which is great but I personally wouldnt trust this guy. Youre better off buying a car from a dealership or some place with a real guarantee in my opinion.
