I have been going here for many years. I mostly go for oil changes because they are affordable, faster and easier clean up than doing it myself. I usually go in the early afternoon during the week and they get it done in less than 30 minutes. I get my breaks done here as well and they are very dependable. Highly recommend!!

I purchased four new tires today from a local tire shop (Americas Tires) and they referred me to Brake Masters for alignment (they even gave me a $30 off coupon). I had excellent service at the tire shop so trusted their referral for alignment. There was only a customer waiting in the main office when I entered, so I rang the bell for service like the sign said. The alarm sounded as I heard it from the main office. I could see technicians walking around the bay, so I patiently waited figuring one of them would eventually come and help me. That never happened. I even made eye contact with a couple of techs. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. If the customer service is that bad while trying to purchase services I dont want to find out what it is like afterwards.

Over rated and over priced.. person at the counter had no customer service skills was very rude so i took my business elsewhere. Not sure if they even merit 1star..

Great staff . Excellent manager and can do almost everything a stealership can . I did my wifes oil cooler plugs and coils for 200 bucks labor were here. We brought the parts just the oil cooler at the dealer the part would have been 600 .and its a turbo so the top half of the motor had to be removed to do the plugs and coils. Very professional and know what theyre doing they would be Master techs if you didnt have to pay for the certification & schooling. Hands on is always the best way to learn anything... Great place . I only let them work on my wifes sub and my car, syn oil change for 20$ bring your oil from Walmart for 28$ Mobil 1 annual protection. . Best prices in CA

Got sent here by Americas tires because I needed a lug nut. They took off my tires and said I needed new brake pads. Told them to put the tires back on because I didnt want to get it done today. Went to another mechanic and he told me I have about 50% life left with my current brake pads. These guys are not honest. Go to an honest mechanic for your brakes not here.

Had the rear brakes done on my 99 Yukon today at this location. Juan Pantoja and his crew took great care of me. I will recommend these guys to all my friends and family.

Quick response and fair pricing

Had a coupon for $45 alignment given to us by Americas tire in Simi. Shop added $45 labor to adjust the caster and camber. Seems like adjusting caster, camber, toe, etc. is an alignment. Seems like they just added labor to squash the coupon.
