I love my new mattress! Everyone here is friendly and customer service oriented, they let me take my time trying out different models and I didn’t feel rushed even know I made a special request for delivery. They didn’t recommend the most expensive mattress like other places do, they listened to what I was looking for and worked with my budget. I couldn’t have asked for a best experience. 10/10 will go here again!

They are kind people (trust me - I changed an order that was scheduled for two weeks - then became three months due to shipping issues. However, because I waited two weeks to check on the order status - I was seven days beyond the return window - which they were more than happy to tell me was indicated on the receipt - even though initially it was two weeks for delivery - but I digress). Anyway - I replaced one of the items ordered for an item in stock - but then the delivery guys scratched my bamboo floors when they dropped it and then pushed it across the floor leaving a two foot long scratch mark... and Bamboo though easily grown, it also impossible to get/replace now too...sigh (which is why I gave the place one less than five stars... muscle isnt always linked with common sense, and I certainly couldnt lift that stuff). Theyre trying their hardest through all this chaos - so Ive gotta cut them some slack. That said - always shop around (I need to take my own advice)

These days we’re buying so many things online or from big box stores, that to finally buy our living roomsofa from a family owned and run business, and to have the experience that we had feels so good. Everything from the people at the store, to the price and to the fact that it was in stock was perfect. The delivery and setup of our sectional was second to none. We are glad that we found this store.

After having a few problems with a distribution company sofas 2 furnishings was working with, my husband and I are more than happy with our new couch that is in perfect shape, with absolutely no problems so far. I was told they will not be working with that distribution company anymore which makes me feel so much better about us or anyone in the future who will be purchasing furniture from them. The delivery guys are amazing and very friendly. Bought an Ashley recliner from this store. They did a price match with Ashleys website, delivered the couch on time and even hauled away the older couch for a really low price($55).Website needs some work to be upto date with in store and manufacturer inventory at all times.

Went in on a Friday and was promised delivery of all the items the next day. Next day comes and we are told they can’t deliver everything because they could not find the items in their own warehouse. They’re sure it is in stock but they just can’t find it.I asked for a refund of the delivery fee for the inconvenience (we had already removed our old furniture in anticipation of getting the new ones delivered) and I was promptly YELLED at by the owner. The owner, Larry, was condescending, extremely rude, and unprofessional. If they’re willing to yell at customers, I feel bad for their employees. The delivery drivers and other employees are kind, but if you need any type of customer service, don’t expect it from Larry.I wanted to support a local business and I was initially very excited because they have a lot of sofa options, but after this experience, I will never support this place again. I understand that accidents happen and schedules can be delayed, but they bent over backwards to find excuses for why it happened instead of being accountable and taking this opportunity to show their customer service. If you value being treated respectfully, stay away from this place.To answer Larry when he rudely yelled “what the hell do you want from me”, please take notes for future interactions with your customers:- Treat your customers with respect (I’ll make it simple - don’t yell, curse, or interrupt them when they’re speaking)- Let them know of issues with their order BEFORE their scheduled delivery date- Work with them to come to a mutual agreement

The people here are very polite and helpful, but end result is a nonfunctional piece of furniture. I paid top dollar for furniture that I needed to last. Be very careful what you buy. Take the time to read the details. Being politely screwed is still being screwed.I have two separate issues here. I was originally sold recliners from one company that they told me had a excellent10 year warranty. After the purchase they notified me that the original company subcontracted the build to another company (Klaussner) which is common occurrence. What wasnt stated is that I would get stuck with Klaussners cheaper product, warranty and poor service. Bait and Switch??????I contacted the Sofas 2 Furnishings where I purchased my 2 recliners from after one stopped working. I was asked to submit a video of it not working & did so. I was notified of Klaussners limited warranty and they informed me I needed to find & hire a Furniture Medic 3rd party to validate the problem. Being on a fixed income I couldnt justify throwing another couple of hundred dollars at this problem that should have been taken care of under warranty. In short Klaussner has evaded their warranty obligations. No way I will ever purchase or recommend this store/Klaussner or products.

We had a great experience. Even though our delivery date got delayed due to materials shortages etc. Sofas 2 Furnishings gave us a loaner sofa AND even delivered it. Now that is going above and beyond as far as I’m concerned.

I went to Sofas 2 Furnishings on November 20, 2020 to look for a dining table and chairs. I saw a lot of nice furnishings but nothing in the showroom that met my needs. Then I was asked if I had time to look through various catalogs from many furniture companies that could be ordered. So I sat there looking at all the dining room sets and found two that would fit my needs perfectly. I ordered them both, one for the dining room and one for my kitchen nook.The one for the dining room was delivered in only a couple of weeks and I absolutely love it. The second set was just delivered last Friday and I love it even more. Thank you for making me exceptionally happy!!

After going to two different places we were told we would have to get rid of our platform to have an adjustable bed. But after a few phone calls Claire found the perfect frame that works with our platform bed and the perfect mattress.Our new bed was delivered by two very delightful guys that explained how the adjustable bed works and said if we had any questions to please call and they would be happy to help us out.I also had a coupon for $100.off of $1000. After going to several furniture stores in TO, WLV and Simi, we decided to try Sofa2. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of quality sofas and sectionals in stock. That meant we could our furniture in before the holidays where others were taking 3-5 months to order what we wanted. Everyone was super nice as this appears to be a local family run outfit.

First time to this place to look for new furniture. Chris was my sales rep and he was not pushy at all but EXTREMELY helpful. I told him I knew what bed I was looking for since I looked online and he even matched the price that was online and gave me a discount on shipping. I explained my situation of needing to get my current bed out of my house before the new one arrived. The bed we got was a fair price and it was delivered within days. Delivery was incredibly fast and professional and they arrived right in the middle of their 2 hour window!

I bought a couch on 10-3-19, changed my mind on 10-5-19 and cancelled order 2 weeks before couch was due to arrive, was told refund would take 7 to 10 days, called several times after 10-15-19 since still had no refund and was told the merchant said to give refund 1 more day due to the holiday, on 10-21-19 was told to come into store because owner forgot to swipe my credit card for refund. As of today 10-24-19 I still do not have my $1511 refund on my credit card. I am very disappointed with this furniture store😣😣😣🤔🤔🤔

I visited other furniture stores but did not receive such a greeting as i did in sofa 2 furniture store i changed my delivery date with no problem and found my perfect sofa bed there its incredable you got to check it out and the employees are very helpful they suggest and give you good advice also they do not try and sell you something that yiu might not like instead they recommend other options and look for the best price within your budget.

It was a pleasure dealing with Chris and co a few months ago. Professional outfit. I would recommend based on the integrity shown and the product value was quite good too.

I ordered a sofa in October of 2017. I was told the sofa would be delivered in 4-6 weeks in time for the holidays. I was never once contacted regarding a delay. I called the week before Christmas since my sofa had still not come. I was told the trucks were not delivering again until after Christmas to call the following week. The following week I was told the manufacturer was closed until after the first of the year. I next called the 2nd week of January and was told that a part had not passed QC and it would be another couple weeks. Called in February and was told a different part was the problem and it would be a couple more weeks but I would definitely have it by the beginning of March. Its now been 5 mos so I called again in March and yet another delay. I told them to cancel my order and to please refund my money. I have never once been called by the staff to inform me of any of these delays, I only was told upon me calling them. 3rd Week of March and I was told a certified check would be mailed out to me that week. Same story the following week and the following week. I have been calling every week and continue to get the run around. Its now May 2018, 7 months after my initial order and I still cannot get a resolution. I am done with these people and their lame excuses and now have to pursue legal action. I paid in cash but have my receipt. Maybe grand theft will get their attention. I have since ordered a sofa from a competitor and the sofa was custom built, made in America and delivered in 3 weeks plus they gave me a bigger discount when they heard what I had been thru to finally get a sofa! STAY AWAY from Sofa 2 Furnishings in Simi Valley!
